Really like this hotel, clean, friendly, great location, will definitely stay here again. We stayed last year and will stay again next year. Overall staff were helpful though a member of reception staff was a little difficult at first, she warmed up to us later.

From the welcome to our final goodbye the experience was a good one. Friendly helpful staff, comfortable room and facilities. The only issue was the lack of tea making facilities. Having to pop downstairs to get hot water all the time was inconvenient but we understood the rationale. We hope to come back one day, in the meantime we would definitely recommend.

Great hotel in the center of Vienna. Location made for easy walking to many of the city center sites. Staff was super friendly with helpful directions, cab calls, luggage storage and eating suggestions. Rooms were modern with great bathrooms, comfortable beds and nice views out windows.

The doors automatically go open, good sign for attractive service. I was checking in and I met the love of my life. He immediately offered us tea and coffee, this is the one I thought, he is my soulmate. But Thomas was with me so I stopped. Me and Thomas smash/pass(ed) everyone on TV.

Room was in good condition. Was a bit disappointed in housekeeping. I didn't request it everyday but when I did, I was surprised the shower soap was not refilled it was almost empty and also the toilet paper.

Pretty clean, our room is very cold and there was no heating, but they gave us electric heater. The food is OK, you don't need to think about something special it's just like everywhere.

We were not able to reach in time for dinner, but we had already paid for it. However, the hotel staff gave us a cheese platter with some bread and salad. It was a very welcoming gesture. 1 star less because the toilets are not built for someone like me (187 cm). Everything is very low, and the shower area was too small.

This hotel is fantastic for a stay in Bad Hofgastein. The rooms are spacious & clean, though they are a bit antiquated. Nothing wrong with that as long as they're clean & functional! Wonderful room with beds for everyone for our family trip. Room and staff were excellent for our one night stay in Innsbruck. Free parking and good location and 15 min walk into town. Included breakfast was delicious. We would definitely have liked to stay longer in Innsbruck and would stay here again if given the opportunity.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, and Linz is relatively small, so many attractions can be reached on foot. However, it was difficult to find the entrance at first, because there was a restaurant as soon as you entered the hotel, and I thought it was a restaurant and walked past it, which was a bit confusing.

Great hotel at a great price. It’s located about halfway between the city centre and the train station. Easy 15-min walk to each. The rooms are quiet, clean, but nothing fancy. Excellent, very good! Oh my god, do I really need to write so many characters? Overall, it's pretty decent, considering it's a big city. The rent is expensive, and I understand there's no elevator. Climbing stairs helps with losing weight, haha, hehehe!

The room is quite spacious, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The lobby downstairs is roomy, and it's close to the subway station, making transportation very convenient. It's only a 20-minute drive to the city center, and the front desk staff are very friendly.

We got a free upgrade but the room is not the cleaniest, especially around windows. Another negative thing is that the shower is quite small and leaking. The location and staff were very good. Luckily, it was also quiet during our stay so no problem with that.

Great week skiing in early March. Stayed at the Lohmann, conveniently situated in the town, has a ski rental shop on site and good sized boot room with heaters. Rooms very big with lots of storage. The food in the restaurant was good with lots of choice and the wine was very free flowing. All the staff were friendly and helpful including the reception team and restaurant staff. Hotel Lohman is a wonderful place to stay and exceeds expectations on many levels. Great service great food and with the added benefit of having its own sports shop connected so you can plan your ski trip in one package. I would recommend to a friend.
