The check-in time is incredibly tight. Even though there's a self-check-in machine, I can't check in after 8 p.m. I called the security guard and told him, but he refused. Fortunately, I was able to get in after pleading my case.

We usually use this hotel while in transit through Austria, and we love it. No frills but always clean and comfortable. However this time around, we found the room was not swept properly, the floors were not clean and there were some stains on the bedsheets. The location of this property is ideal if you don’t mind taking a 30 minute walk to the main attractions like St. Stephen Cathedral and the main shopping area. The staff service was great, I did not have the breakfast but the other guest seem to enjoy as it was full every morning.

There's a tram stop and supermarket right outside, and the nearest subway station is a 10-minute walk. The environment is rather compact, fitting the stereotypical European style. There's no running water inside, but they claim it's tap water that's safe to drink; those interested can try it out 😅

The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the room was spacious. However, the hotel is quite far from the city center and the main train station, with limited transportation options nearby. That said, the hotel provides free public transportation tickets, which helps offset the inconvenience.

5-7min to 2x metro stations line U4. Bakery and supermarket 1-2 min away. Hotel staff very friendly no matter which time. If the room is ready they let you even check in arround 11-12am. Very positive.

I love Leonardo boutique as it has a good central location if you want to leisurely explore the Salzburg city. We did not bring cars so convenient for us to walk from the hotel and short distance to the old towns. The hotel room is nicely decorated and clean. Breakfast no fault they that many various choices of food and drink. The receptionist were all helpful. Lovely stay for 2 nights.

Wonderful hotel located within a few mi minutes walk to the Cathedral. Room was spotlessly clean with a good size shower cubicle. Most importantly are the first class staff on the front desk who are willing to assist with any travel queries taxi bookings.

An amazing stay. Stayed there for our 3 day trip to Vienna. A very friendly and an amazing setup for backpacking travelling who would like to like to cook. But the plus would always be the staff at the front desk. So helpful and cheerful. I have never seen such level of hospitality before.

I want to write for families: this is a great hotel. A place for kids to get their wiggles out (climbing room !!), cheese pizzas, apple juice -- all the things you need for a smooth arrival after a long day of travel. Honestly, they were so kind to our loud, emotional little kids. And the staff's kindness was top notch. I would much rather stay here than a 5 star hotel.

There was some chaos on the side of the hotel with my booking—they messed up the dates but I could eventually check in as intended sure to a cancellation. The room was OK but the water in the shower hat a pretty weak flow and the transition from cold to hot was quite sharp making it hard to set the right temperature.

The location is great! The room and the furniture pretty old. The cleanliness wasn't very well. The breakfast solid, but they only serve pork. Which I don't mind, I eat it. But my friend doesn't so she couldn't have any meat. The stuff could be nicer. I don't have any complaints in particular, it's just an observation from someone who works in tourism for 12 years now.

In the old city, right on the promenade, the rooms in the building next to the hotel are uncomfortable or bad.

The location is very convenient, with two entrances, one near the river for easy access to the bus stop, and the other leading to the main street. The room provides individually packaged toiletries, which is a nice touch!
