Gym has everything you need! Very clean room, has shower gel shampoo conditioner , body cream, towels, even coffee machine with capsules!! If I go to Vienna one more time I’ll definitely stay here!

The location is decent. I stayed for 3 nights, but was disappointed that the towels weren't replaced on the second night. However, the room was very compact and easy to use.

Loved our stay here! The room was spacious and clean, the only downside was its distance from the nearest subway as we had to walk about 10 minutes in the cold to get there

The breakfast is very good where you can have a lot of choices. However, the room is pretty old. The worst part is the parking fee. It was €33/night as written on the website, but the actual is €48/night.

The place was spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly. They kindly provided me with some complimentary pastries and a generous two welcome drink coupons for the bar.

Everything is alright, nothing to write home about but the location is very central and you can walk or take the train to old town (St. Stephen’s cathedral) and over all, I’m happy for what I paid for

This is the most satisfying hotel I have ever stayed in. The overall style is very European, including the corridors decorated with many small paintings, which is very romantic. In addition, the service is very good

I stayed here to watch an opera at the State Opera House. It has a calm atmosphere and is safe even late at night

You can order a variety of eggs for breakfast, which is much more advanced than a complete buffet

Stayed for 2 nights, the room was clean, daily clean up was fine. Breakfast was not buffet, but you could order whatever you want except two on menu

I stayed for 3 days, and the service mostly met my expectations. They helped with luggage, and the turndown service and daily room cleaning were all provided as they should be. The rooftop bar also offers a nice view

By the way, buying a city card that includes the airport pass is quite worthwhile (the hop-on hop-off bus didn't seem to have much purpose)

There's a gym and a pool downstairs too. Breakfast really depends on the main course you order; after a few days, I found the English breakfast and Eggs Benedict to be quite good

Since it's right next to the City Park, it's very close to the station for the Airport Express (CAT) and places like the Musikverein (Golden Hall)

The hotel location is good where i can explore the local street foods outside the hotel by walking diatance, will stay here again.

The ironing board was horrible, it could have been fallen as the iron stand was imbalanced, no cotton pad covered, it was all worn out that any homes would be thrown away! At the end, we don’t enjoy our stay there at all, we chose this because it was new and opened

However, the light switches were weird, once the lights were shut for sleep, u would have to turn on the central button in order to turn on the bathroom for toilet in the middle of the night, that would obviously affect others in sleep

it was completely out of our expectation as it is operated under the brand Hilton. It wasn’t a 4-star hotel for sure, will not recommend and will not buy hotel rooms from Hilton anymore due to the lack of confidence now

The restaurant was not open after breakfast, couldn’t even get lunch, tea, or dinner as the hotel is away from the train station 15 mins, it was improper and inconvenient to customers

In these days where even a five stars classification is not a guarantee of quality, this hotel was a pleasant surprise, providing a true hospitality experience

The position is unrivalled, being only minutes of walking distance away to Stephansdom, Hofburg and other important points of interest

The room was pristine, and we even received a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which made for a super comfortable stay

It was good stay especially breakfast and take-away coffee. However I found the lack of commodities like toothbrush, shaver and so on. According to shampoo, body-wash, and body-cream, we have to demand at the reception

However, the check-in time was long and on the second day I waited for more than 10 minutes only to get a parking ticket validated!!! All because on an understaffed front desk. That you will need to improve

I went to the Lindner Am Belvedere 2 nights instead of 4 (lockdown) and just one word: WONDERFUL! Staff were so kind with us despite the period. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve tried

Only fault is the erratic WiFi. It often dropped, making streaming a frustrating experience. The onsite restaurant makes decent pizza at a good price - a decent option if you don't fancy going out

Transport links around Vienna are excellent, with the U2 station almost within shouting distance. Staff speak excellent English, and are friendly and helpful. Comfortable, if smallish room, and well sound insulated

He then gave me a much larger room with a double bed, but 1) the booking itself should have shown that the room was prepaid in full, and 2) the booking  should have shown him what kind of room I had booked, and 3) he should have looked at the receipt I showed him to confirm what room I had paid for

My friend who is with me thought : We booked a twin room. On the night of our check-in, my friend discovered that there was no hot water, and she had to take a cold shower, which made her feel unwell

Everything is great at the hotel. I can leave my luggage there both before check in and after check out. However, the location is a bit far from the center but easy to take public transportation to go

Facilities: The facilities are great. There's a bar on the top floor with an excellent view. Service: The in-room minibar items are all complimentary. I highly recommend the apricot-flavored juice; it's delicious

The front desk staff were professional and friendly. Since I didn't have cash for the taxi, the hotel even paid for it, which was a huge help. The room was spacious, and the mini-bar was free

Breakfast was very expensive! It was a buffet plus à la carte, and while the view was nice, you could get a similar brunch elsewhere for half the price

The mini-bar was refilled daily with three juices, two sparkling waters, one still water, and even chocolates and chips. The Bose Bluetooth speaker had excellent sound quality

My only complaints are that the shower in the bathroom didn't have a slope, so water tended to spill out, and the bathtub needed a wipe-down before use

The hotel is good three, not four. The room itself is clean, rather big. Breakfast is decent - there is something to choose even for vegans)

When we checked in on Sat, the 2nd floor room allocated to us had a missing toilet door knob and a choked drainage pipe. Water from the shower could not drain and overflowed onto the bathroom area

Clean hotel, great location and reasonable price

The hotel gave us a room on the 6th floor, only for us to discover that the heater in the 2nd for room was actually not working!  The 6th floor room had a working heater!

The bathroom is a bit on the small side, but it's comfortable. They have their own parking, which is reasonably priced for this area and can accommodate large cars without much stress

Big thanks to all the people at the reception who fulfilled all our wishes over the 6 days stay - provided us with special USB cables, different type of pillows, and even kept our groceries in their fridge until it was time for us to leave

there was a bus stop near! We used an app the receptionist told us about and transportation was very easy! We didn’t mind at all that we needed roughly 15 minutes to get to the center! We were with our 2 children too! The hotel is kind of connected to a small mall! The Gym of the hotel is there too

During our stay, my husband accidentally left his gold chain in our room. A diligent member of the housekeeping team found it and the chain was safely returned to us without any issues

Even for a terrace room, it was perfectly big enough for two people!

It was a good location not too noisy as it is set back a little but close enough to reach the centre. Very clean and enjoyed the sauna too.

The room itself wasnt massive, id say this kind of room is good for a shorter stay because the location its in isnt anything too desirable (lots of shops (food,pharmacy, amenities etc)

My room had a clock on the wall, some lovely artwork to accompany it (It's wine o'clock) You can easily go to and from the centre since youre only 2 -3 stops away on the metro

Stayed here for approximately two days visiting Vienna. Absolutely cant complain, was given an early check-in, the room was clean and everything where it should be

Breakfast are also tasty and rich in options - you can benefit with ala carte breakfast. Spa has small pool but nice sauna section. I would recommend it for adults and couples
