Where to stay with car in Vienna

Price/comfort/location/parking all good. Our room was huge, but old fashioned with a noisy wooden floor. Breakfast selection quite small but ok. Nice staff! Would come again.

The hotel unilaterally cancelled my booking and, to get rid of me, lied and said they could replace me with a pretty good hotel. In reality, it was a poorly rated hotel, far inferior to my current one

Clean, spacious and warm. It was the warmest accommodation in Europe. It was also a huge plus that water was provided free of charge. Breakfast was not necessary. It was a good location for going to downtown Vienna.

The location is really great. It's a great place to go anywhere and the staff are friendly. The cafe right next door is also delicious and I highly recommend the traditional market near Saigon Rice Noodle House.

This is a wonderful hotel that I would like to use again. Most of the main tourist attractions are within walking distance. I stayed there in the winter, but the underfloor heating made it very warm

I booked a room with a kitchen. However, there were no pots, pans, plates, knives, etc. So there wasn't much point in having a kitchen. However, it was a traditional and historic hotel

The hotel's location is decent, about a 20-minute walk to the city center attractions. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were friendly. It's quite a unique hotel.

The location is great. There is everything right outside. The cathedral is next to it. All attractions can be reached on foot. It is convenient for eating and shopping. The subway station is 100 meters away.

The location of the hotel is very good, next to Stephen's Cathedral, it is very convenient to the Sissi Museum, Hofburg, and Golden Hall. There is a pedestrian street right outside, with all major brands

In particular, the waiters at the front desk were very enthusiastic and helped us take a taxi to the train station. They made an appointment for us the day before, which was so considerate!

The staff are lovely, friendly and polite. The rooms are clean and have a tub to soak in, which is very comfortable during the winter. The accommodation location is in the city center

I am very satisfied with the location, service, and cleanliness. This is a historic hotel, and the lobby and rooms have wonderful European-style furniture

Just a short walk to the subway station. Or you can walk out and take the tram, it's not too far, about 500 meters

We checked in for 5 guests, but the hotel incorrectly assigned the rooms. Three guests were placed in a 2-person room, while two guests were assigned three separate rooms

The hotel was attentive and prepared welcome cards, wine and snacks for us. The room was beautiful and upscale. It was very convenient to go to the attractions. Famous churches and brand-name stores are right next to it

Excellent location in the heart of the city. Good room size for 2 adults and 1 child. I would mention that maybe a door into shower area as no privacy when showering. Which my son didn’t like being 15yrs old

Nice hotel for one night travellers or for those who came to Schönbrunn visit. Beds are fine, hotel is quiet. Some staff members does not speak English. Parking is available but not free of charge

Better to check if parking is available in advance - we came later at midnight and it was totally occupied. Hotel is 5 min walk from Schönbrunn which is convenient

The street front of the hotel was good, you can find food every time but there is no gas station or 7/24 markt near this place so be careful

I did not got to the bar or autopark but I think they were good too. But there was a problem in the hotel, elevator system was so annoying. There is no up button on the floors and always you must go the lobby floor

Great hotel in the center of Vienna. We were celebrating our anniversary and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel fabulous! (I mean who doesn't love chocolate, fresh fruit and a bottle of champagne)

I had a great stay at Hotel Am Parkring. The ocation is very strategic, just across the Stadtpark and walking distance to many famous locations like St. The hotel is very clean with the great view

On the day of the visit, we were also unexpectedly upgraded to a balcony room with panoramic views of Vienna

There is also a park nearby, so it is not scary to walk around unless it is too late at night

The service staff are warm and courteous. Although it is a business hotel, it is very good. The breakfast is particularly amazing. It has an authentic Austrian breakfast, juice, coffee and jam. It is very satisfying!

Super friendly team and very helpful! The hotel is well located, close to public transport. The popular shopping street Mariahilfer Strasse can be easily reached even on foot

The location is convenient as it is within 10 minutes walk from the subway station, and there is a coin laundry and pharmacy in front, and Villa Mart is a 5-minute walk away

The hotel is a little far from the city center, but it is quiet and sanitary.

It was the cleanest hotel i’ve ever been, the staff are so cool and helpful the rooms are beautiful, the location is up hill in a beautiful place but it’s 45min bus ride away from the city

Rooms use keys not cards which is a bit old fashioned but works - only downside is the heavy doors banging shut. Walls pretty thin so guest noise unavoidable but no outside street noise at all

Vegan burger joint just across the canal - wide range of burgers/fries ALL vegan which was a (welcome) surprise for me anyway to find in Vienna! Breakfast was included but I prefer to find my own so can't comment on this

Not loads of storage space in the room - I big wardrobe but it was enough. A digital safe was also included in the wardrobe. Location was superb - a couple of minutes to the subway, 10 or so walking to Stephenplatz

Room was great - decent size and everything worked well including the wifi. Tv location was odd - sort of in a corner so you could not sit and watch directly - only at an angle. May be different in other rooms

It’s also extremely close to the metro, and most Uber rides to destinations within a 40-minute walk were around $10, which made getting around incredibly easy. Despite being so central, the area felt quiet and calm

There was a complimentary bottle of wine in the room, and it was very clean. The bathroom doesn't do much to mask any sounds, so if you're not at that level yet with your partner, it's something to consider

Room felt like small apartment. Excellent restaurant for dinner very near hotel. Jazz music in common areas could be improved. Would benefit from non vocal additions. All staff had adequate English

This hotel is an art deco gem with fantastic, friendly vibes. We booked the Ideale Plus Deluxe Double Room and it was charming, spacious, and comfortable. The pillows are like sleeping on a cloud

The thing that irked me about this place is that the best four tables in the house, located in the four corners of the room were reserved every night, all night, with nobody ever sitting at them

The building is magically beutiful. It is very close to everywhere. Trust that you will love this hotel

Stayed here for a 3 day business trip and I summarize good/bad aspects here: 🟢 Positive - The location could not be better than this. It’s in the most central area of the city and easy to walk to most attractions

- Free coffee/tea at the lobby was perfect. 🔴 Negative - The mattress was not high quality and it was sunken as a result of being used for so many years I guess. - The pillows were either too soft or too tight

- The staff were super nice and helpful. Specially the turkish girl at the breakfast saloon. They helped whenever they could and we asked for. - Breakfast was tasty and you have various options to choose from

- There were no specific shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. It was just the same bottle of handwash in there. 💯 This hotel completely worth it for the value🤞🏻

The room is reasonably clean, but let down by old, low-grade furnishings. It is also clearly a partitioned space, as it lacks a proper door frame

The highest rating and the rooms and service,and location. Don't know when was renovatie,but a renovation in classical style all rooms are just perfect

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, making it incredibly easy to visit nearly all the main attractions. Breakfast was also delicious, and the cleanliness truly exceeded my expectations.

The only little downside to the room is that there were 5 steps of stairs in my room that made it a little challenging for me to lift my luggage out and also a potential risk of accident of missing a step but this is not significant for me

The location is impeccable as I can walk to all the tourist attractions that I have planned for myself. The staff was friendly and helpful. I got help with my luggage to my room and my tickets printed out very promptly

Amazing property and the penthouse suite is a one of a kind room. The entire property is beautiful and the service was outstanding. Beautiful view of St Stephen’s Catherdral and close to everything

My one complaint about the tub was more for my traveling companion, who was 79 years old and who had the room next to mine. While I found the tub luxurious, she found it anxiety inducing

Wonderful experience. Excellent breakfast, very warm and caring hotel staff and very helpful. Superb Wifi and this place is almost at the heart of this beautiful city making travel nearby a fun and exciting experience.

Located in the hearth of Vienna, the hotel offers clean rooms with comfortable beds, great breakfast and discounted parking near the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with advice on Christmas markets and what to see in a limited amount of time! The hotel also offered free walking tours, which we didn't get to go on but we would definitely factor this in for future trips

It is located not far away from the underground station. The room is not small. The breakfast is delicious. The WiFi connection is good. The ambience is clean.

Just a few mins walk from Belvedere Palace (to see Klimt's The Kiss), Wien Hbf, and various public transportation modes - this place is super convenient! The breakfast options are also very delicious, from fresh and healthy vegetables and fruit, staple ham slices and cheeses, an assortment of beverages, and bread and pastries

Overall, my experience at the Ghana Vienna Hotel was positive. The location is excellent, very close to the main station, which made getting around incredibly convenient

The front desk service was really nice. At first, a man with a beard said my booking name was wrong and didn't match my passport, implying I wouldn't be allowed to stay. com order and it turned out he was mistaken

Generally, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives, but there's still room for improvement on the details. On a side note, the breakfast was great, and I really appreciated the heater in the room

Well, we had a really good, second, time there. And I think i’m coming back. But somehow i miss the the extra stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️. Do not get me wrong. Everyone treated us extremely well. So don’t miss this wonderful hotel.

Breakfast menu was varied and had a large choice of items, many cooked to order. The bar is small but has a relaxed ambience. Lots of different champagnes to choose from also. Good position for exploring the city

It's at a walking distance from the cities major attractions which made it a prime location to stay at. It's located near Vienna’s Naschmarkt - a major market in Vienna

The room has a kettle, tea, and ground coffee, as well as a reasonably priced minibar. We didn't include breakfast, but there are plenty of cafes near the hotel

I especially loved the little table by the bed; I sat there and ate dinner I had bought from the supermarket, followed by afternoon tea. The hotel also has a lounge, where guests can enjoy afternoon tea breaks
