Last but not least we should mention the delicious breakfast and the unforgetable lady in charge there, who treats all guests with care and love! Thank you Harmonie team for a perfect stay
On 19/08/21, we stayed at the Harmonie Hotel for three nights. There were 4 of us (with two young children). We stayed in the Superior Room, which is spacious, clean, and luxurious
This hotel is great for both business and tourism, and the hotel breakfast environment is great. It is within walking distance of nearby transportation hubs and restaurants
It was our third stay at the Harmonie Hotel and it was as amazing as we remembered it! The welcoming and caring staff, the beautiful and spotless clean rooms, its place in the quiet Harmoniegasse but near the D tram stop for quick access to the city centre
In addition, because it is located in a residential area, there are many good and cheap restaurants nearby, and there are also supermarkets for shopping
Although it is not in the city center, there is a tram at the door, which can directly reach both the scenic spots and the transportation hub

If you are a beer lover and love to travel this Hotel-Craft Pub-Restaurant is the perfect place for you. Very friendly staff, on-site parking and a beautiful indoor terrace make this a paradise in the middle of the city
Possibly the quietest hotel I have stayed in, absolutely no street noise of other guest noise. Nice large spacious room and large bathroom too.All made for a pleasant stay.
Great hotel, the staff is perfect, beautiful summer garden. The rooms are big and spacious with a high ceilings, breakfast is very nice, but there would need to be some variation of food selection during weekdays
And it turned out to be great! Quiet location with a tram stop right outside and six minutes walk to the U3 and U6 (so basically 10-15 minutes to Stephansplatz)
Super helpful staff (shout out to Michaela; sorry again about leaving the door open, and also to the housekeepers and maintenance man who fixed the safe). Large family room with kitchen and table and chairs; comfy beds
Good design, especially the public area, the sitting room is a good place to take a warm tea rest after whole day's walking. Good service, every one are considerate and friendly
We stayed in Room 53 which was super quiet and cozy, with a great layout, a view of the church (which I found out was the inspiration for the walls in the room) and even a yoga mat (which I LOVED )
Great individual style of room with extra love in all details, fantastic breakfast. Loved being surrounded by art. Phantastic hotel with many stories to discover.
Such a unique hotel - from the gorgeous rooms to the dining and the tea time. You will not regret staying here! The reception desk was so helpful. And the rooms are to die for!
an approach that made our stay worth remembering! The entire stuff was very friendly and no doubt they all make the experience count due to their stance towards the client which makes the visitor feel comfortable from the very first moment
The best home away from home: unique rooms, adorable personnel, unbeateable location in the coolest Vienna neighbours, best breakfast and team time. I will be back!
Nice hotel that’s very well appointed and comfortable. Great value for a single room for 100 Euros. Location is a bit out of the way, though still very walkable to the old town where most tourist sites are located
The room was great, the staff were great, the transportation was convenient, but I would definitely stay here again in the future because it was safe and within walking distance of the main attractions
Breakfast was great!
The front desk is very enthusiastic and will recommend city activities!
The room has a kettle and tea bags! I haven't encountered this in other hotels in Vienna
Nice thing is it’s out of the realm of tourist feeling area. Would stay there again given the value for the money
Perfect size room. We had a good view to the street. Staff was v helping.
It is very in line with Chinese habits, very warm!
recommend
Price/comfort/location/parking all good. Our room was huge, but old fashioned with a noisy wooden floor. Breakfast selection quite small but ok. Nice staff! Would come again.
The hotel unilaterally cancelled my booking and, to get rid of me, lied and said they could replace me with a pretty good hotel. In reality, it was a poorly rated hotel, far inferior to my current one
Clean, spacious and warm. It was the warmest accommodation in Europe. It was also a huge plus that water was provided free of charge. Breakfast was not necessary. It was a good location for going to downtown Vienna.
The location is really great.
It's a great place to go anywhere and the staff are friendly.
The cafe right next door is also delicious and I highly recommend the traditional market near Saigon Rice Noodle House.
This is a wonderful hotel that I would like to use again. Most of the main tourist attractions are within walking distance. I stayed there in the winter, but the underfloor heating made it very warm
I booked a room with a kitchen. However, there were no pots, pans, plates, knives, etc. So there wasn't much point in having a kitchen. However, it was a traditional and historic hotel
We were there for 1 night over the weekend. The hotel is located close to public transportation and surrounded by street parking (although the hotel itself offers parking in its own garage for 9 euros per day)
The bathroom is clean, spacious, with a shower cabin and towels are provided. All in all, the only thing that could be a little missing in the summer months would be air conditioning and a fridge
The room was classic with one double bed, 4 single beds and a cot for a child, a small LCD TV on the wall, a coffee table and a closet. The room is relatively large and has plenty of light
On the inside, super friendly reception/ staff Clean rooms, comfy bed, quiet nights and pocket friendly budget ( for wein) Certainly recommend ( & I'm fussy!)
Good hotel with clean rooms with daily linen change. There is no air conditioning but at night, despite the morning temperatures of 36°, you sleep with a duvet
in the afternoon they offer a juice, down in the hall there is a vending machine with drinks. very courteous reception staff

Would highly recommend. It’s really great and the Lady at the reception was kind enough to give us an early check-in. The room itself is great and good amenities and close to the bus stop as well.
The room is quite large with good facilities, including a refrigerator. The service is very considerate and provides cups for three people, toothbrushes, razors and other toiletries
The room was even more spacious and bright than it looked in the pictures, and the bedding was so soft I didn't want to get out of bed; I slept soundly until I naturally woke up
The Eurostar Hotel in Vienna is very clean, the staff is very nice, the breakfast is rich, and there is a bus at the door, making travel very convenient. recommend!
This stay was a complete surprise. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff's smiles and sincere "Welcome home" made me feel incredibly warm
The breakfast was also good, with a lot of fruit, but the shower water might be cold if you take a shower too late at night
The hotel's location is decent, about a 20-minute walk to the city center attractions. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were friendly. It's quite a unique hotel.
Very friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, nice continental breakfast included. Steps from train line.
This is a 4-star hotel, but I stayed in a spacious, high-floor room, and the breakfast was excellent
The hotel's location is excellent, very close to all the nearby attractions, and all are within walking distance. The room is clean, hygienic, and odor-free. The heating works very well, and there's no noise at night
I loved the room's decor; it felt vintage yet was impeccably clean. The location was superb, within walking distance of central areas like the museum district, and also close to Nash Market
Location: Super convenient, just about 100 meters from the subway station exit and near the Ring. Facilities: It's a traditional hotel, small but charming
The breakfast buffet was great with an amazing selection of fresh fruits that one could enjoy while sitting in the terrace. Sauna facilities were superb as well, which I really appreciate coming from Finland
The only negative I found was the WiFi, having to stay in my room with my young daughter of a night I wanted to watch a couple of series' but whilst I managed to watch them at the start of the stay the WiFi got worse as our stay progressed, I did think it was due to the busy period over Easter but once the hotel quietened down again I still had a problem
I truly enjoyed my stay, the hotel is located right next to the charming vineyards, offering beautiful places to walk/hike to
Friendly staff. Good breakfast with many options. Nice size room with terrace. Good Garden. Limited car parking however.
Characteristic hotel in a quiet area served by city transport. Very clean and welcoming with a breakfast above all expectations
This hotel is lovely, very homely, clean and warm rooms, the bathroom facilities were great and the shower always had hot water. The breakfast buffet had so much variety in both food and types of tea/coffee

The five stars are for John !! The morning guy at the reception Was the best ever! He helped us a lot with everything we want, and he was the reason that our faces became happy again as we faced a problem with a book at get your guide ! He solved it!
A very friendly guy from great Philippines !!!
There are no words for him!!!
HE IS THE BEST ALL THE FIVE STARS ARE FOR HIM!!!
Thank you John
Georgia and...
Pouyan, who took over the morning shift, was just as attentive as Emilio and did everything he could to make sure we were comfortable. They made us feel like guests in their own home, and we are truly grateful to them
Simple, clean and very cozy hotel. There is only one bus line very close but many tram/metro stops within a short walk. Located in a quiet neighborhood, a little far from the center (which was perfect for us)
After a long and exhausting journey, he made us so happy that we thanked him personally, but I also want everyone here to recognize what a wonderful person he is
We arrived at the Meininger Sisi Hotel around 4 a. and were immediately welcomed by Emilio’s exceptional attitude and helpfulness
Really cosy and clean. Convenient location, good breakfast. Free luggage room. Great service! Would definitely stay there again!
The location is great. There is everything right outside. The cathedral is next to it. All attractions can be reached on foot. It is convenient for eating and shopping. The subway station is 100 meters away.
The location of the hotel is very good, next to Stephen's Cathedral, it is very convenient to the Sissi Museum, Hofburg, and Golden Hall. There is a pedestrian street right outside, with all major brands
In particular, the waiters at the front desk were very enthusiastic and helped us take a taxi to the train station. They made an appointment for us the day before, which was so considerate!
The staff are lovely, friendly and polite. The rooms are clean and have a tub to soak in, which is very comfortable during the winter. The accommodation location is in the city center
I am very satisfied with the location, service, and cleanliness. This is a historic hotel, and the lobby and rooms have wonderful European-style furniture
Just a short walk to the subway station. Or you can walk out and take the tram, it's not too far, about 500 meters

The hotel was lovely. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to our requests. The window and room was great. We enjoyed the shower size and pressure. I would recommend staying here.
The hotel is centrally located. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly.
We checked in for 5 guests, but the hotel incorrectly assigned the rooms. Three guests were placed in a 2-person room, while two guests were assigned three separate rooms
Drei Personen wurden in ein Zimmer für 2 Personen untergebracht, während zwei Personen auf drei verschiedene Zimmer verteilt wurden. Dies führte zu unnötiger Verwirrung und Unannehmlichkeiten
The hotel was attentive and prepared welcome cards, wine and snacks for us. The room was beautiful and upscale. It was very convenient to go to the attractions. Famous churches and brand-name stores are right next to it
Excellent location in the heart of the city. Good room size for 2 adults and 1 child. I would mention that maybe a door into shower area as no privacy when showering. Which my son didn’t like being 15yrs old

Nice hotel for one night travellers or for those who came to Schönbrunn visit. Beds are fine, hotel is quiet. Some staff members does not speak English. Parking is available but not free of charge
Better to check if parking is available in advance - we came later at midnight and it was totally occupied. Hotel is 5 min walk from Schönbrunn which is convenient
The street front of the hotel was good, you can find food every time but there is no gas station or 7/24 markt near this place so be careful
Rooms kind of small, but very good value for the price. Ample breakfast included in price. Parking available in basement but costs extra
Staff were lovely, room was well presented and the shower was excellent. Very well connected. Would stay again.
I did not got to the bar or autopark but I think they were good too. But there was a problem in the hotel, elevator system was so annoying. There is no up button on the floors and always you must go the lobby floor

There is also a park nearby, so it is not scary to walk around unless it is too late at night
The service staff are warm and courteous. Although it is a business hotel, it is very good. The breakfast is particularly amazing. It has an authentic Austrian breakfast, juice, coffee and jam. It is very satisfying!
Super friendly team and very helpful! The hotel is well located, close to public transport. The popular shopping street Mariahilfer Strasse can be easily reached even on foot
Very good, very suitable for short-term stay
The location is convenient as it is within 10 minutes walk from the subway station, and there is a coin laundry and pharmacy in front, and Villa Mart is a 5-minute walk away
The hotel is a little far from the city center, but it is quiet and sanitary.
Breakfast included was fantastic with three food stations and lots of fresh options. This is classic European hospitality
A very centrally located hotel. The breakfast was excellent, and we were also very satisfied with the cleanliness
Rooms use keys not cards which is a bit old fashioned but works - only downside is the heavy doors banging shut. Walls pretty thin so guest noise unavoidable but no outside street noise at all
Vegan burger joint just across the canal - wide range of burgers/fries ALL vegan which was a (welcome) surprise for me anyway to find in Vienna! Breakfast was included but I prefer to find my own so can't comment on this
Not loads of storage space in the room - I big wardrobe but it was enough. A digital safe was also included in the wardrobe. Location was superb - a couple of minutes to the subway, 10 or so walking to Stephenplatz
Room was great - decent size and everything worked well including the wifi. Tv location was odd - sort of in a corner so you could not sit and watch directly - only at an angle. May be different in other rooms
Great location, friendly and helpful staff, excellent cleanliness.
If you do your reservation with time you can get a very descent prace and make the whole experience a bargain
Very close to the metro station. Near the cathedral and other attractions. They didn't change the towels and there are few amenities. There are two elevators, which is good. Good breakfast served for a long period
A very historic old hotel, the old elevators and carpeted stairs are very beautiful! The location is also great, surrounded by attractions, restaurants, and shopping
The hotel is very centrally located, and the city center is easily accessible on foot. The rooms were clean and adequate. Parking is a bit far away and costs €24
Very central hotel, with excellent access to and from the airport, with two metro stations within 100 meters, and other transport, the room was excellent, and very close to the Danube River for a boat trip, and a good breakfast
The little details made all the difference. fresh flowers, thoughtful touches, and a sense of care that you don’t always find, even in much larger hotels
It’s also extremely close to the metro, and most Uber rides to destinations within a 40-minute walk were around $10, which made getting around incredibly easy. Despite being so central, the area felt quiet and calm
We stayed at Palais Rudolf as a family and honestly, it was one of those places that just feels right from the moment you walk in. The rooms are beautiful, full of character, and spotlessly kept
As someone who works in hospitality myself, I know how much effort goes into making a stay feel this effortless. We left feeling rested and already talking about when we can come back
If you are looking for a place with character, calm elegance and genuine hospitality, this is it. We left rested, happy and already talking about coming back
Our son felt right at home, which as any parent knows, makes or breaks a family trip. The location is fantastic & Breakfast was a highlight for us

It was a good hotel with my budget and the room is quite spacious and also receptionists were kind
The room was a decent size, but the amenities were very basic. The carpets were a bit grubby. It's located in what felt like a suburban area, which was very quiet
Was so good point serving a free water with lemons.
The room is very clean and service is good
Friendly staff! But amenities are poor. There are no slippers in the room and furniture is dusty. There is a strange smell in the room. Located far from the center, you need to take a train and walk for 10-15 minutes
The location was good, easy to get to city centre by subway. Breakfast also fine but could maybe have done with more seating. Maybe needs a little bit of updating but was good value for what I paid
There was a complimentary bottle of wine in the room, and it was very clean. The bathroom doesn't do much to mask any sounds, so if you're not at that level yet with your partner, it's something to consider
Lovely hotel with staff to match who really cared about your stay. Breakfast was lovely and the rooms clean tidy and brilliantly put together making the stay perfect
We will definitely be staying here the next time we visit Vienna which is once per year, me being from Canada, and my partner from Austria. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so enjoyable! You're the best!!!
Room felt like small apartment. Excellent restaurant for dinner very near hotel. Jazz music in common areas could be improved. Would benefit from non vocal additions. All staff had adequate English
This hotel is an art deco gem with fantastic, friendly vibes. We booked the Ideale Plus Deluxe Double Room and it was charming, spacious, and comfortable. The pillows are like sleeping on a cloud
The thing that irked me about this place is that the best four tables in the house, located in the four corners of the room were reserved every night, all night, with nobody ever sitting at them
The bathroom is modern, the beds are a bit too low, and the mattresses are hard. Pleasant with thick carpet on the room floor and no noise from the neighbours
Stayed for three nights with a friend. Situated near the city centre which is easily accessible by tram. Comfortable room and friendly staff
Atlanta Hotel, the classic building from 1895, matches the imperial heydays of the Habsburg monarchy. The Atlanta Hotel is strategically well-located just a few hundred meters from downtown
You simply follow Währinger Strasse, and then you will be at spot 1. With ceilings reaching more than four meters and framed lithographs on the walls, the old-school rooms have a distinct atmosphere
The staff were impeccable and very friendly. I already knew the hotel was old-fashioned, but it was a shame I got a room where I had to carry my luggage up a flight of stairs
Perhaps it was 4 stars in 1970, but it's far from that now. Parking is nearby at a good price, and you pay for it at the hotel. In short, if you're on a tight budget and don't want to stay in a hostel
