Where to stay with car in Vienna

It was super quiet (I didn't even have to use earplugs during the night), the soundproofing between the rooms seems decent. It was very warm in the room (we stayed in Dec when the the weather was cold)

Good location nearby train station and shopping center. Good breakfast with different choices. The lights in the room is a bit difficult to control.

No refrigerator. No electric kettle. Room cleaning and towel change must be reserved the day before. Good location. Breakfast is delicious.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast has a wide variety and is quite good. The hotel is very conveniently located, with a large shopping mall just outside and the subway very close

We received a different room than the one we had booked. Our son was disappointed because he didn’t get to sleep in the bunk bed on any of the three nights

The reception staff told us that they had no available rooms as the hotel was fully booked, without making any further attempt to address our request

Room is spacious. It’s a good deal in Vienna regardless the location is a bit far from the city centre.

Dumbbells up to 22kg and 3 cardio equipments as well as some machines. Omelettes to order as well as both warm and cold food. All the staff was really friendly and helpful

While the amenities in the room are limited, it’s easy to contact the staff by WhatApp and pick up items like robes, slippers, shower caps from the front desk. The room is only cleaned in request which is fine

But I think the cleanliness could use some attention. There was dust around the plugs in the room and piles of towels in the sauna. One of the guests had to ask for more towels and glasses there

The hotel is centrally located for shopping and sightseeing, about 20 min by bus from the main train station. The music theme is delightful although the Bassline room is compact

The good thing is there are lots of hooks in addition to hangers. I enjoyed some old school Motown and Caribbean music, borrowing records from reception

The room was clean and quite spacious. Tram No. 25 is right outside the hotel, making public transport very convenient. There's also a Billa supermarket and McDonald's nearby, which makes dining options very accessible.

Good Hotel. Bar is also good. Restaurant is good. They change linens, towels and clean the room everyday. It is close to Airport Bus Stop. Therefore it is convenient to stay here coming from Airport by Bus.

It was an excellent experience overall. The service was outstanding, the facilities were very clean and comfortable, and everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend it.

The cleanliness was good, and the service was exceptionally friendly! The front desk staff spoke fluent English and, surprisingly, even quite a bit of Chinese, which made them incredibly welcoming! I wasn't aware the hotel had parking, so my motorcycle unfortunately got a ticket

The room was clean and there was daily housekeeping It was also 10 min from the train station Main downside was that the internet connection was very weak though maybe it’s cos I was on the top floor

The front desk was incredibly helpful and enthusiastically guided me on how to deal with it. A huge thank you to them! There's no air conditioning, but they provided a portable air cooler

I stayed at Austria Trend Hotel Doppio Wien, and while the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast good, my rented car was damaged overnight in the hotel's parking area

Staff doesn't look friendly and already informed to throw rubbish in the room but after I go back to the room at night, the rubbish is still there. The service is dropped compared to my first stay.

The eur20 or eur15 (if confirm upon check in) per person breakfast is too expensive. Despite adjusted to warm water temperature, it can sometimes splash out very hot water. So had to be extra careful when showering

However, the front desk informed us they wouldn't be able to contact housekeeping until the next morning to handle it, which was extremely inconvenient. Additionally, the bathroom drainage was also very poor

there was a bus stop near! We used an app the receptionist told us about and transportation was very easy! We didn’t mind at all that we needed roughly 15 minutes to get to the center! We were with our 2 children too! The hotel is kind of connected to a small mall! The Gym of the hotel is there too

Ali, Nada, Milan, Aleksander and others are so helpful. They always have the smile on their faces and didn’t hesitate to help us in different ways. The best service i got from a hotel in years!!

During our stay, my husband accidentally left his gold chain in our room. A diligent member of the housekeeping team found it and the chain was safely returned to us without any issues

The Rennweg station, just 100m away, offers a direct connection to the airport, and the 71 tram takes you straight to Hofburg Palace in the city center. The room also had air conditioning and a refrigerator

Room 306 was a corner room and very spacias!! I have been to this hotel several times before. Housekeeping used to be better. Still is one of the top hotels on Vienna. Staff is friendly and location is great.

• Since the hotel faces the pedestrian street, it’s extremely noisy — crowds during the day, drunk people shouting at night, and in the early morning hours, street sweepers and sanitation workers make it impossible to sleep

Overall, it was a moderate experience. The bathroom was not in a very good condition. At the same time, the mattress was not very comfortable. Few products were provided for personal care

Large sized room and bathroom, especially for Europe. WiFi was slow, but manageable. Location is not central, however it is quiet at night and easy to access the train, so nothing is more than 15 minutes away

There is a grocery store and outdoor market near the train stop, so it is easy to find access to fresh fruits and veggies since most restaurants are lacking healthy produce options

Hotel Wandl was in a great location, minutes to the Graben and St. Room was a good size and clean with a balcony and nice view. It’s an older hotel and looked like it was modernized in the 80’s or 90’s

The decor is in need of an update. The decor is very dated with some very unfortunate design details and the bathroom was tiny and cramped. I would not rate this a 4 star hotel. You are paying for the location

One concern though is on lower floors you will be kept up all night by the sounds of horses clip-clopping down the old cobblestone streets. lovely to behold, maybe not to hear, during the night

Location next to Opera House, close to many hot visiting spots in inner City. Breakfast is nice, can order freshly made egg items in addition to buffet items

However, there's one thing I can't accept: the next day, after I had changed rooms and explicitly put up the 'Do Not Disturb' sign, a staff member still used their card to enter

The staff are warm and attentive. I arrived around noon on May 17th, and the lady at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous

Room was clean and as described. The hotel has a tram station directly outside it and a station to connects to Vienna central a 6 min walk away so everything is very convenient to get around.

She helped me find the perfect room and gave me directions on how to get around. I'll definitely stay here again next time

The rooms facing the train tracks were really noisy, especially room 522. The trains didn't stop until 1 AM, and since I checked in late, there were no other rooms available that night

We booked the hotel because we wanted parking, but their parking was full. They helped us to fing another parking (6euros a day). The breakfast was not so good for a hotel for that price. The room was nice.

We ate dinner in the restaurant our first night and we were able to get good Wienerschnitzel and fish and awesome service. We then went to the American bar and had some good drinks
