Where to stay with car in Vienna

The hotel room/bathroom is quite large, clean, the beds are comfortable. There are plenty options to chose from for breakfast, the coffee is great. I would definitely stay here next time in Vienna.

The hotel is excellent, featuring a friendly staff, clean facilities, and a fantastic location. However, I did encounter one issue: there was a lack of sound insulation between the rooms

I found it particularly disruptive when the cleaning staff moved furniture in the neighboring rooms; the noise was quite loud and affected my ability to rest in the afternoon. I hope the management addresses this concern

The room was very clean, the receptionists were very friendly, and it has a good, safe paid car park under the hotel.

Newly opened hotel located in a very good location. The rooms are beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is also commendable, offering a wide selection of food for all tastes. The staff is friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the tram and subway stations. Although amenities are minimal, the room is spacious and comfortable, making it a good value for money stay.

The hotel is 2 metro stations away from Vienna Main Station. It is also walkable within 15min. There is a shopping street nearby which I like it as I can find food and needed stuff

The only downside is the hotel don't provide free water, will need to get bottled water from supermarket or drink the tap. Other than this, the rest is satisfactory. The cleaner will make the room everyday which is good

The room is a bit old, the soundproofing is not good, and the breakfast is average, but the front desk service is very good, and there is a fitness center with good facilities

The hotel isn't located on the main street, but it's easily found via navigation from the subway station. Aside from Schönbrunn Palace, other popular attractions are within walking distance

Clean, beautiful, good location, and very quiet. There is also a jazz bar on the front floor with a lot of red wine, which is quite good 😌

Location is conveniently located to the city hall and Voltive Church. Not so convenient if you are taking the hop on hop off buss via the Vienna pass. If transit, than it is a very convenient location

Continental breakfast, fresh bread, cheese, sliced meat. More important is the location of the hotel in relation to the city. Cozy shopping area, walkable streets, restaurants all over….! Explore and enjoy.

I would also say that the price here was higher than the other hotels we stayed at that all had better room conditions. A bit overpriced but I’m sure that’s because of the location and convenience in the heart of Vienna

I would give it 5 stars but took one off due to a need for updates in regard to room. The shower over tub was very difficult to climb in and out from, plus the room decor was basically nonexistent, nothing on the walls

Nice Hotel for a stay in Vienna. Overall good and to be recommended. We were there in Winter time and room heating could not be properly adjusted. Opening the window helped, but there is noise in the area due to bars

The cleaning team came into my room before I had checked out - the hotel should notify the cleaning team once guests have checked out before coming to clean the room

If you don't want to pay that, you are forced to scavenge for parking on the crowded streets near the hotel which are also payed parking, but I am not sure how much it is

After reading a number of negative reviews I have been expecting worse. In reality I got a good value for money! It has been exactly what I would expect for the hotel 50-60 euro/night end even more

There are no teapots in the rooms, neither downstairs but it has been known in advance, hence cannot really give 4 stars for it. The bus stops in-front and it takes 20 minutes to get to the Opera

It’s really close to underground metro and the staff is amazing. They made our room ready at 10 even though we were supposed to be at 14

They also let us leave our luggage at the desk once we were leaving and got nowhere to leave it. The manager printed out tickets for museum when we asked him. Beds were amazing and bathroom clean and shining

The breakfest does not have the biggest veriaty but it is always fresh and the workers there make sure nothing will be missed even for a minute (bringing new food all the time)

Hotel has been recently renovated and it felt very comfortable until now. Good breakfast and good service with anything we asked for. It is overall a good experience despite us having to move a room on the second day

Exceeded expectations! Probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in!! The Christmas decorations, breakfast, rooms, service, bar, and dinner were all impeccable!! We will definitely return to Vienna!! The only downside is the price, but it's worth it!

We stayed here for our honeymoon. The hotel was incredibly thoughtful and gave us a special honeymoon gift. The room was clean, and the location in the city center was perfect for sightseeing

Just had Christmas Dinner in the Green Bar and the experience once second to none! Five course meal including pairing wines and champagnes and the staff was more than accommodating towards us, our toddler and the twins! Met Richard again who has done a fabulous job in the summer already and has made us feel more than welcome again! Highly recommended!

Close to the subway station Westbahnhof, so you can reach anything in the city easily. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There are rooms for 3 persons with two rooms, though they call it double room (512 for instance)

Really bad check in experience. We informed the hotel that we will check in at night. They arranged a self check in for us, but there is a gate at the building and there is no way to get in without the keycard.

Hotel Lucia is in District 15, not a usual location for Vienna hotels but its a 3 minute walk from Johnstrasse U Bahn 3 Station, (giving a direct airport link via Landstrasse), and Tram/Bus links

However, it is clean, quiet, with a comfortable bed, friendly, excellent continental-type breakfast (for those familiar with the concept), coffee machine and drinks fridge in the lobby, (cash payment)
