I booked Ruby Marie Hotel Vienna for my parents and they absolutely loved their stay. The interior design is modern, stylish, and very welcoming, creating a really pleasant atmosphere from the moment you enter the hotel

Breakfast was included, and the variety and quality of the food were excellent. The room was kept clean throughout my stay, and I always had plenty of towels, toilet paper, and everything else I needed

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Close to Vienna West Train Station. The Bar is a great place to chill and to relax. If you stay at the Hotel take a drink at the Bar

I stayed here for a couple of days and really enjoyed my stay. The location is very convenient—not far from the city centre and extremely close to the metro station

Great stay for the price, nicely located, only four stops by underground to historical center, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, parking in the garage, all we needed is here

Hotel was located in a good location (and also near the prater theme park), between two metro stations, room was spacious too and check in was simple! However, I wished we were able to stay in the room that had an opaque wall for the toilet

The room was quite spacious, but the facilities were a bit basic with no place to put clothes. The location was excellent, close to the subway, and it was very clean with a comfortable bed. It was also quiet at night.

Excellent! It's quiet, though there are a few steps from the lobby to the elevator. The room is comfortable and clean. Having a TV is a plus too.

I absolutely loved my stay, it is in a very prime location next to Schonbrunn Palace and metro station. All staff were extremely helpful especially Chris at the reception is very professional

Great location, clean rooms, and a good breakfast. It's super close to Schönbrunn Palace. We visited in April, and the weather was fantastic for photos. The front desk service was excellent

The room was quite spacious with a vintage decor, but the bed was too soft for a good night's sleep. Be aware that for environmental reasons, the hotel doesn't provide disposable toiletries or slippers

Hotel is directly opposite the Shonbrunn Palace gardens and we walked here every morning after breakfast. Breakfast was great, lots of hot and cold options

The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the subway, light rail, and a bus terminal, and only a 30-minute drive from the city center

The staff is great, the room is spacious, the bed is very good, the internet works very well. Very close to the central station (2 min walk). Expensive breakfast, but it's close to supermarkets and cafes

Location - very close to OBB station. Has very clean rooms with adequate facilities. Their bf buffet costs 11€ and is expensive for me hence I skipped it. You have two supermarkets just across the street

Even if not staying at this hotel, I recommend checking out the restaurant and bar open around the clock in the hotels lobby. it is in the heart of Vienna, close to everything you'd wanna see walking distance

Staff doesn't look friendly and already informed to throw rubbish in the room but after I go back to the room at night, the rubbish is still there. The service is dropped compared to my first stay.

The eur20 or eur15 (if confirm upon check in) per person breakfast is too expensive. Despite adjusted to warm water temperature, it can sometimes splash out very hot water. So had to be extra careful when showering

However, the front desk informed us they wouldn't be able to contact housekeeping until the next morning to handle it, which was extremely inconvenient. Additionally, the bathroom drainage was also very poor

Everything is great, location, cleanliness, and service is commendable! Receptionists (a filipina and italian) are very nice and welcoming! Just one thing not ideal for couples, the beds are two single beds combined so there is a slight bump in the middle

Facilities are good, but not sure if it’s typical for European hotels not to provide toothbrush and toothpaste, so remember to bring your own. The fridge isn’t cold enough, and dairy products spoil easily

Some of the staff is really helpful. Breakfast buffet was fabulous!!! Bar service n dinner was delicious. Public transportation is excellent and located one block from hotel

Most importantly, the hotel is very well connected to public transit, with a metro station just a five-minute walk away. That line has frequent trains to and from Old Town, which made sightseeing super convenient

She also gave recommendations on what to do and where to eat etc which was very helpful, as I probably wouldn’t have asked and would have been stuck for food ideas. Very kind team working there, room was lovely

Something that left a bad taste was only being told at checkout that breakfast would be charged as an extra. My honest tip is that if you do decide to have breakfast, just don’t mention it

Everyone called me by my name and staying at this hotel was the highlight of my trip. There is a Ritz Carlton near by and It looks like a best western in front of Hotel Imperial

Cons: - The furniture was old. Two days in a row, I found rivets from the furniture on the carpet, which could be dangerous if you accidentally stepped on them. One day, I noticed a leg missing from a stool

Very, very nice hotel, although the price is very expensive. The front desk staff is very nice. The hotel environment is a renovation of a duke's mansion. You can see that the public area is very luxurious

The opera house was just a few minutes' walk away; after watching Mozart, you could come back, open a bottle of Dom Pérignon and Krug, and chat with the bartender—it was simply amazing!

The location was outside the city center, but it was very close to a streetcar stop that provided easy access to the city center and other tourist areas. There were shops nearby, as well

They found a room we could check into far earlier than we were expecting, they received luggage that was delayed by my airline, and they let us store luggage

Generally the reception is not as friendly/ helpful, probably On the other hand, the location is very good, walking distance to Vienna main train station and city train, convenient to go any place of interest

The room was a bit small for two 28-inch suitcases. The transportation is quite convenient. It's not far from Vienna Central Station, the subway, and the light rail. There's also a supermarket within walking distance.

This hotel offers great location and convenience but I am not very impressed with the lack of service - self check-in/out and luggage storage using self-operating machine and with extra charge $10

I feel its such a nuisance not being taken care of / had to pay extra for storing luggage which is normally a standard hotel service

MOOONS Vienna is a stylish, modern hotel located just steps from the Vienna Main Railway Station (Hauptbahnhof), making it a brilliant, well-connected base for travelers

We were only at the hotel for less than 12 hours. Location is great for seeing old town Vienna. Importantly, the hotel provided a taxi booking for a 4 AM departure to the airport

Fun fact, there is no shower curtain in my room so the floor was wet after my shower but George offered solutions and got it fixed, well done mate! Breakfast: a good choice, highlights are some very cool items, like a meat cutter, honeycomb, cakes etc, and the best part is, it lasts from 7 to 12pm (never seen one lasts that late from all my hotel stays across the globe, good for late owls)! Overall: a pleasant stay, a good service that lifted up the overall experience - bravo to George and Luca (the lady receptionist) Location: fairly close to the centre and main attractions, roughly 15-20 mins walk to the city centre, especially good for those who like to walk like myself! Otherwise, close to the tram and subway, 3-5 mins walk

They also had Chennai tea which always brought a smile to us. The reception staff all knew English and were always willing to help be it with booking tours, giving us direction for sightseeing

My child had an allergic reaction to the cookies provided in the room, so we went to the hospital. The ingredients of the cookies were not marked, I suggest the hotel improve this

Stayed here on a business visit. First off it’s easy to get to get to by train and metro from the airport. There is a metro station close by. The staff at reception were really friendly and quick to check me in

I had a wonderful stay at this Brazilian-style hotel. The room was very spacious, and having a kitchen made it extremely convenient and practical

However, the train station has two exits; the one closer to the hotel doesn't have an elevator. If you have large luggage, it's easier to use the exit with an elevator and then take one tram stop to the hotel entrance

Hotel is quite nice, in historical style. Rooms are relatively big, with carpets on the floor. Every room has minibar and boiling kettle for tea or coffee preparation

The gym was under construction, the shower drain was not working, leaving you standing in a bath while showering. location was far from city but still a good stay for the price.

I got the impression that it's an old hotel. It was a bit challenging to adjust the shower temperature, and the hairdryer would stop working after about two minutes of use

However, it's pretty convenient as it only takes about 20 minutes by tram to get to the city center, which was a plus. Having a supermarket right in front of the hotel was also great
