Location: Bansko, 160 km from Sofia airport, 162 km away from Plovdiv airport, 800 m from downtown, 400 m from the ski lift. Free Shuttle to the ski lifts.

Consists of one 5-storey building.

The hotel has 67 rooms.

I booked my first ever skiing holiday here and was trying to keep things as cheap as possible and this hotel actually surprised me how good it was and I have a lot of positives and a few negative the price was amazing the location is literally perfect with a very short walk. o town center and gondola queue like 5 mins. The negative the hotel is in need of a little tlc just a tiny bit for example the back was missing off the remote control for TV the heating seemed to be permanently on as the thermostat had buttons missing the room was clean and tidy unless you looked under the bed and the mirrors in the bathroom were corroded all very minor issues but together don't give the best impression. The drinks here are very very cheap at under €3 a pint if I was the manager I'd add a euro to the beer price and buy some bathroom mirrors would I stay here again yes without a doubt as it location is perfect with such a short walk to gondola.
One thing I would definitely change would be breakfast from 7 instead of 7:30 so people can get to ski lifts early and I am already thinking about staying here again

Really nice place, and nice staff.
A little outdated, simple and very basic rooms, there is room for improvement in the level of facilities and the experience of the hotel.
it feels like they haven't renovated it in a very long time.
Breakfast only average.

The place needs a renovation. The gym locker broke, all my things inside, the elevator button broke, the building needs restoration and the kitchenette in the room didn't have anything at all. Not even a single plate or fork (I really don't know why they have it). Most of the stuff didn't speak English or knew how to give directions or infos. But, the breakfast was good and this why they get the 2 stars.

Summary - decent, not luxurious, but the breakfast timings mess up skiing.

Room - we (4 of us) stayed in an apartment. It was simple but decent for us. The is a kitchenette, but we had no plates, cutlery etc. We did ask for some, but it was taken away a day later.

Spa - the steam room and sauna are good, especially after skiing. It closes at 7pm, which worked for us.

Staff - everyone was helpful and friendly

Food - we had breakfast included, it was a good spread, and tasted good.

Skiing - we went over new year, the rental place in the hotel is good (and a fair price), you can buy the pass from reception. There is a shuttle service for the hotel from 8am each morning, returning up to 5pm (you can just about make it, after skiing down from the last lift to the top, if you miss it, it's about a 10 minute walk).

The one main issue we had was that breakfast doesn't start until 8am. For skiing, this just doesn't work very well. The first gondola is at 8.30 and unless you're early there's a biiig queue (about an hour whilst we were here, though you can pay 13Lv each for a shuttle to skip the Gondola). The breakfast really needs to start at 7.30, it would make a huge difference for skiing. But the hotel was strict about timings, and ignored our feedback on it.

We were on winter vacation, with children from our and other schools. When we arrived it looked luxurious! The Internet is ONE IN THE ENTIRE HOTEL and is free. In order to have 3% internet you will have to come to the reception, because there is internet in the rooms, only 30 minutes a day. When you book a room, you only have the pool, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and sauna! The hotel services are paid, and they are not exactly cheap if we see that you have a reservation for a few days. Our room (suite) was firstly on the 4th floor to go downstairs for dinner/breakfast... we have to take the elevator. We got stuck several times in the elevator, it took us 2 seconds for the elevator to fall. The whole elevator was shaking, going down and up as if there was a 9.6 magnitude earthquake. We tried to call for help but that button didn't work! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS VACATION PLACE!!!

Nice and quaiet hotel. Till to city center and to telegondola, there are 600m. There are cars free of charge for telegondola every morning and in the afternoon
Kind staff. There is spa, parking, bar, conference hall. Rich breakfast.

The room was OK. Comfortable beds. The bathroom was old and with no toiletaries. We had to ask for additional set of glasses. The Spa is nice. Maybe the weakest spot is the underground pafking(terrible for parking big car and there were a lot of animal fecalies)and the food at the restaurant. The breakfast was not so well arranged. The biggest positive for this hotel is their personnel.

First of all, resepcionist was so nice with us, so talkative and so friendly. From the first sight we went so happy for this. Also the rooms was very clean and quiet. The sauna, steam room, pool, and relax room was free without extra payment. The only not so good for hotel was the food. Our packet was only with breakfast. The breakfast was not so good than we thought. But, generally the facilities and behaviour was perfect. I am very pleased. I suggest you to visit it.

Here's a review about a 4 star hotel. First of all the room was dirty and bad maintenanced, there was rust in the mirrors, in the shower faucet and the towel stand was broken. The towels and the sheets had dirty steins on it. The emergency phone in the shower was out of order. The cleaning stuff wasn't clean our room properly. There was not room service if you need to eat or drink something in your room. The breakfast wasn't good because the quality of food was poor ( sour yogurt) also we stayed 4 nights and 2 whole days there wasn't wifi signal. After an episode that we experienced with a stomach disease we called the receptionist 2 times
requiring for help and they sent the cleaning stuff after 20 mins while there was a huge health problem. We asked for a thermometer the receptionist and of course there is no surprise they don't have! Generally, the hotel stuff was really rude and unfriendly.
