Location: Bansko, 62 km from the airport of Sofia, 164 km from the airport of Plovdiv, 700 metres from the centre of town, 300 m from the ski lift. Free Shuttle to the ski lifts.

Consists of one 5-storey building.

The hotel has 30 rooms.

Wonderful location,while closed to all restaurants and bars it’s also away from the noise. The staff is friendly and very helpful,so is the management. Hotel is walking distance from Gondola,has also shuttle from-to. We travelled with car,parking places available for free. Food was good,nice Spa but as mentioned people make difference with their positive attitude and that’s premium at this hotel. Many places to eat and drink around.There is even a kosher restaurant across the hotel.
Apartments are big enough for 2 to 4 people.Can only recommend further.

A very pleasant and comfortable place to stay, with warm and welcoming staff.
Ideal for families seeking a peaceful and quiet environment. Conveniently located close to the main road, and the hotel provides transport to and from the Gondola for added convenience.

Elegant Lux is a lovely hotel! Really pleasant staff and great environment. There are a few things that could do with some repairs but overall, fab hotel with a great shuttlebus to the gondela and it really is close to the gondela anyway.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The rooms were nice and cozy and clean as well. The breakfast was delicious, great variety and also small daily rotation. The spa was wonderful, had 3 saunas( standard, hammam and a special salt sauna) the pool is not deep but enough to relax and perfect for kids. The saff was also very kind. Would come back again.

I had a great stay here and honestly the staff made all the difference. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind, patient, and very understanding, which made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. You can tell they really care about guests and take pride in what they do. The hotel itself was comfortable and well kept, but the people are what stood out the most. Big thank you to the entire team for making my stay such a pleasant one. I would happily stay here again.

Me and my girlfriend came to stay here for 2 weeks. Had a lovely time here! The room was spacious, bed was a bit hard but not too bad, pillows werent great but again not too bad. it was really hot there but once we figured out how to put the heating off it was fine. Location was brilliant not too far from the gondola and the main street. The pool jacuzzi and sauna was perfect after a day on the slopes! We did have a few times where there was a unruly family in there splashing in the pool and getting our stuff soaked which was annoying but we just made sure we went there when there were no kids as its open until 9 at night. The main highlight was the staff. All of them were very accommodating and always had a smile! Rooms were cleaned daily and to a good standard, there was alyways someone to give us a lift to the gondola when we got up in the morning even though you dont need it because its quite close, but still a nice option! But niko the bar manager was the best. Always helped us out when we had any issue, made the nicest cocktails, good conversation and just a really great guy! Would definitely come back here if we are ever back in bansko. Thanks again niko from dylan and lauren :)

I’m in Bansko for skiing for 2 days and today asked manager Mariana to play jazz(I am a jazz musician) , because they have grand piano in Lobby bar, but she said that it’s not interesting for them and for guests and also for the owners.

Would highly recommend !! Lovely staff especially Nico who was so helpful giving us recommendations on where to visit and making us amazing drinks with lovely conversations. Room and hotel was nice and clean, rooms are extremely hot so I would recommend turning your heating off when you arrive the heating from the rest of the hotel will keep your room warm

Location is very beautiful especially in winter. But unfortunately the hotel employees are very hositile to Turkish customers. After they learn that the guest is from a Turkish country. They are especially serving ham everyday! Just To make the muslim customers eat pork. Also Their swiming pool and rooms are extremly dirty. To Bad that at 21 century racism still exists.

I have to admit that when I first heard that we would go to Bulgaria I was a bit anxious about the hotel, without having checked it online.
When we first arrived the beatiful building, which houses the hotel, won my interest. The room (although for 3 people ) was very big and cosy. The hole building was very warm and clean .Regarding the food (breakfast) , I found it too variable but satisfying. The spa services were very relaxing for me and my company. It was my first time in jacuzzi and I have to say that I would do it again. Generally, the hotel servicies were excellent.
The stuff was very kind and the most of its members spoke even my language (Greek). The smile on their faces every time I wanted to ask something was the perfect example ,in order for someone to understand the hospitality and the warmness of Bulgarian people.
I thank all the stuff for its services to me and gladly I would stay again in Elegant Lux.
