Arriving by car requires some planning, as parking in the narrow streets of Bansko’s old town is extremely limited. It’s worth setting aside a small budget for a privately run parking lot just three minutes away. There is no breakfast service, and the space that once seemed to function as a restaurant or bar hasn’t seen guests in a long time. The kitchen remains closed, meaning guests have to rely on the many cafés and restaurants in the immediate neighborhood for meals.

The rooms are very basic, furnished with an eclectic mix of seemingly random pieces. The bathrooms are designed as fully open wet rooms, meaning there is no separation between the shower, toilet, and sink. As a result, the entire bathroom gets soaked when showering. If you need to use the toilet afterward, be prepared for wet floors—wearing socks is not advisable. Everything placed in the bathroom, from a razor to a toothbrush or perfume bottle, ends up damp as well. Since there is no housekeeping service, the only way to dry the bathroom is to let it air out overnight.

Given the lack of amenities such as breakfast or in-room conveniences, this property feels more like a guesthouse or pension rather than a hotel. It’s an acceptable option for budget-conscious travelers staying briefly, but those looking for comfort and convenience should consider other accommodations.

A lovely little hotel / guest room that is everything you need for a short stay. Small rooms, cosy and warm. Doesn't have other desirable facilities but its safe secure and enough. Would recommend
