Me and my sister stayed there for 3 nights, the rooms were super clean, breakfast was amazing and the staff super friendly and kind! Location is pretty nice, its a calm neighborhood, about 10-15min walk from the center. There is a small parking across the street, we’ve parked there and had no trouble. They offer a shuttle bus directly from hotel to the gondola and back. They also have a room for ski equipment. Honestly, all recommendation for this hotel!

Nice small family hotel with very friendly owners. The rooms are decent and clean, and the breakfast is good. The hotel is not very close to the ski lift, but it’s still within walking distance, and they also offer a transfer, which is very convenient. Overall, a pleasant place to stay.

Very old hotel that needs a refresh fast. Great balcony view and a big room. A very nice lady at the reception and a non verbal always looking pissed dude that works in the hotel. Cleaning is done without a vacuum, so there is always dust. The beds are, well, check the pictures.

For us it was a very good choice for 1 night on the way to vacation in Greece. A decent breakfast.

Very bad place. The rooms are dirty and we have a roomates -aunts . There are many gipsys on the street. It’s not save for the car. Bring knife with you. The breakfast is awful , you can eat at Billa-recomended byChef Angelov. Take with you clean sheets, because they dont have. Theres are yell

Perfect budget friendly Hotel in Bansko. Stayed fir a weekend ski trip, its the bottom end of town but run 3 shuttles morning and afternoon to Gondola. A taxi is between 12 and 14 Lev to get into the main bar and restaurant areas (thats £6/7 ) Place was clean and tidy, breakfast was more than amble. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Reception staff very welcoming and friendly so made a lovely first impression.We also had tea at the hotel which was chicken and vegetables . Breakfast was interesting and not to our taste.Towels were hard but rooms were very nice and bed was comfortable. There was also a fridge in the room and the hotel was close to amenities.
