Great value hotel, highly recommend the room for 4 where we stayed with our 2 kids (it's got 2 separate areas in the room so it doesn't feel like 4 in a room). The owners are lovely and always responsive on the hotel Whatsapp. They have set times for shuttles into town at the famous "gondolas" but have been fantastic at being flexible with those times. Dinner is very pleasant (although would avoid if there are already a couple of tables taken as understandably their kitchen doesn't quite have "restaurant capacity". Again, overall very nice place!

This place is a quiet basic place to stay, The Family were very welcoming,they made us feel at home. The breakfast was excellent, the room was pretty basic but was warm and comfortable,even though the decor took me back to the 70/80s . It was clean and the bedding was changed after 3 days of a weeks stay. My only concern was the fact the bathroom was a wet room and the shower was nice and powerful, but you couldn’t get the full advantage of it because it would spray water all over the electric hair dryer that was in the room, which by UK building regulations would not be allowed,also the shower head mounting could be changed to improve the direction of water coming from the shower head. It would have been nice to have a kettle and tea/ coffee making facilities in the room. It is about a 25 minute walk to the town centre where all the action is for Aprés ski ,but there is a decent supermarket which has a decent,probably one of the best burger I’ve had for a long time 5 minutes away, They

Lovely family run hotel in the old town. Half hour walk from the tourist area/gondola but shuttle bus runs in the morning and afternoon. Fantastic staff, always very helpful and accommodating

The hotel may not be the most luxurious and the rooms are not the biggest, but the personnel were very friendly, nice, and polite. They made dinner for us exactly when we wanted it even if quite late in the evening. They answered all of our questions and were patient with us when we were a bit loud or when we came late. In addition, the hotel is situated quite close to a few stores and the centre of Bansko. The vegetarian menu was usually delicious.
To conclude, I would recommend this hotel if you are seeking a simpler but comfortable and friendly place.

The hotel may not be the most luxurious one in the world, but the owner and the personnel are extremely friendly, patient, and want you to have a good time. The food was good and the beds comfortable. They gave us an extra bed/extra room when we asked for it and were always willing to help us out.

Went to Bulgaria impulsively with two friends, ended up at this lovely family hotel, breakfast every morning was always ready when you got down, the free shuttle bus to the gondola was very useful and it was a great place to stay. Genuinely really nice people, extremely accommodating with great advice and service. Nice rooms in a decent location plus they have a pool table and a pingpong table.

Fantastic family run hotel. The hosts were very attentive, offering shuttles to the town both morning and evening, and went out of the way to drive us to town for our journey home. Cannot recommend enough, looking forward to being welcomed back for our next ski trip.

Really nice people and breakfast was plentiful (cold varied buffet including toast and coffee) room was clean and everything worked. We had a lovely balcony but the walls between rooms are thin and we were kept up one night (but not on the weekend). Short walk to town and they run a shuttle to the gondola everyday. Only other thing was the neighbourhood dogs are loud and easily disturbed so may keep you up if your so inclined.
