I can start with the only good thing about the hotel, and that is the reception staff. They are really nice and helpful. Everything else is a complete disaster.
Breakfast – terrible food. If you don’t like bread or eggs, you will stay hungry. Very rude and poorly trained waiters – they touch my plate and only then ask if they can take it away. Not enough tables for all the guests.
Dinner – acceptable only if you are on a diet.
Location – good, but there is no beach directly at the hotel. You have to pay 30 Leva per day. It’s also far from the city center.
Staff – consists mostly of foreigners who don’t even speak the local language, Bulgarian.
The hotel is not worth the money. Golden Sands is a much better option for a vacation if you want excellent service and location.

A nightmare…the worse hotel ..
We have been here for 5 days.
The first 2 days they do not have any animations or any kind of fun everything borinh i asked them to put some music at the pool and they said NO but surprisingly from the thirs day a big group of israeli people come and everything change they put their music at the pool the have animations for them ..
The bad part was that those turist blow theit nose and was their slippers in the pool wich is gross..
I ask the stuff to ask them to stop but nothing happened of course.

The food is the same everyday..breakfast is good but the other two very bad you do not have what to it.

These situations with making difference between israelian people and the other turist is very vey bad..i have never experienced this.

So do not come here if you want to have be treated equally and to relax

Nice hotel, the location is good, rooms are small, but has nice view from the balcony.
not kids oriented, nothing for kids, no activities, no games room
Nice small Casino.
Exactly same food is repeated every day becomes boring at some point.
Free drinks are in very very low quality.

Stay away! Europe Hotel is a complete disaster.

The food was absolutely awful – cold, tasteless, and clearly not fresh. Calling this “hotel food” is an insult to actual hotels.

The service was shocking – rude staff, no basic courtesy, and zero willingness to help. Every request felt like a burden to them.

But the worst part? Staff members entered our room without knocking. No respect, no privacy, no sense of boundaries. That’s completely unacceptable and even disturbing.

Bottom line: avoid at all costs. Sunny beach has many hotels – pick literally any other

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the customer care was wonderful, they really took good care of us!
The food was diversified and really delicious, there was an everyday room service!!
We were there for our daughter’s birthday and they prepared a surprise for her without any extra cost 🥰
We really recomand it!!

The only minus is that their spa isn’t all the time available, you need to book it in advanced because the people who offer it are not part of the hotel staff

Hotel is nice and clean,staff are very nice .rooms are small , ask for high floors to avoid noise from beach abd bars abound the hotel,Located near sunny beach area and Kiki beach. Very close to the beach area. No need to take full board plan, breakfast and dinner are enough. Fisherman's village is a must .

i like this hotel mainly because of its location - very close to the beach at the south of sunny beach and very close to the naturist beach of sunny beach. it was renovated two years ago and now it is even better then before. spacious rooms with all amenities and airconditioning and very good buffet in the dining room/restaurant for breakfast and dinner for half board dil. the sweeming pool is big and straight so a person can sweam w/o disturbance. anything you ask for can be supplied by the reseption like a kettle for coffee etc. i recommend

Good breakfast with moderately good coffee and juice.
Very good pool for swimming.
Nice location.
The rooms were also clean.

And the best part is that it is not overcrowded at all in August.
