We had a lovely stay in the Grand Hotel Sunny Beach. My family and I were in an apartment on the 9th floor and we had a great room with sea view. The hotel is recently renovated. All in all, the hotel was great and we had the most amazing time. The staff was very polite and even solved an issue we had with our room. The beach was quiet and beautiful I even took the most amazing pic of the sunset. The evening entertainment was extremely fun and we had the most amazing time ever. Would definitely recommend and come back next year.

Spacious, beautiful interior, looks freshly renovated. The staff was friendly and nice to us when asked for extra sheets. Food was delicious, various themed meals for dinner. Kids were happy at the pool; it’s a wide one. Very enjoyable and pleasant stay as a whole.

The food here is amazing – some of the best chicken bites, fries, and pizza I’ve ever tried! I had the chance to talk to the owner, who told me they only use fresh meat and quality ingredients. The best restaurant in Sunny Beach, we visit it every year. They have the best chicken and the band is playing some lovely music that everybody knows. And the staff is really helpful and looking after you. And the Host/owner is the most lovely lady she is the best. They are always happy to see you. It’s definitely a place you need to visit. Do not have great expectations here. I believe it is close to two stars.

A hidden gem of a hotel. It has a real homely feel and that is all down to the staff making you feel this way. They were polite, friendly, amazing and so helpful. The room was spacious, clean and tidy and the breakfast was just lovely. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Basic hotel. Nice friendly staff and close to shops and bars

If you are looking for somewhere to go in sunny beach I would recommend you to come to this hotel the stuff are lovely and the rooms are very nice and clean! I didn't have any food there as my mam looked the reviews and there was only 1 good review about the food and the rest was bad but if you stay here you are literally on the strip and there are many nice restaurants there.
