Where to stay in Sunny Beach

Went into this hotel grounds on a random really as we were hot, hungry and thirsty and just walking past. The staff were amazing and the guy who waited on us had a brilliant memory, no notes taken and all came out correct. Clever guy. The homemade lemonade was tasty and refreshing and the salad and toasties were lovely too.

Very nice personnel, location is within walking distance of the beach (800m). The pool is lovely on warm summer days. The room is nice, but consuming media is though because of the very old tv (one of the big ones, from back in the day)

Rooms are okay. Breakfast lunch and dinner permanent 3-4 options every day same food. Worst food I ever had.

From my point of view staying in this apartment with family was good decision. Despite of narrow location of buildings the complex on the whole is felt like a reliable fortress and makes the safety inner yard area with neighbours and without outside noise. It's location was another advantage you easily can get by foot with children the free zone on cute Kiko beach or have the evening breathtaking promenade...

Always love my stay at Julia Famt Apartments. My dad discovered it a few years ago as somewhere nice and quiet with secured parking. We have returned every year other than during lockdown. It is a lovely family run place with great sized apartments. There is one pool which is plenty big enough and a children's small pool to keep them entertained. Been staying here nearly 10 years now and love it so much, large spacious apartments, great pool, friendly staff, cleaning on request so as to not disturb you, towels changed regularly but if you need more just ask. The position is perfect for me as I can walk, New Nessebar, Old Nessebar and Sunny Beach but also bus is every 15 mins and only 2 Lev's. Can't wait to come back each year.

Self catering budget apartments run by friendly staff and very suited to young families. Basic accommodation which has everything you need for a self catering holiday. However rooms could do with a bit of TLC as is shown on the photos. Beds did the job for our week stay but mattresses were different sizes and stained. It is a great location. A lot off greenery and privacy. Great pleace for every one, couple, family or friends. The pool area is quite large and the best thing is that they have a separate pool for children and a jacuzzi with hot water. It is a great complex with beautiful garden, lagoon swimming pool, heated jacuzzi and playground and swimming pool for children . Very relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. The apartments are very stylish and fully equipped.

I have stayed here 2 years ago. The place is on the beach with easy access to everything. We loved it last time so i booked it again this year. However, this time i was disappointed. The place was not well maintained. Unit A103 was smelling like sewer. The door handles wete falling off on two of the 3 doors. The daily cleaning came only to throw away the trash. No fresh towels, no cleaning the floor...

Best place to stay in Sunny Beach! Great location, amazing view, very good value for money! Felt like we're in a presidential suite! Beach is just outside the pool, clean and a lot of places. Very much recommend!!

This was in most respects, the best hotel we have ever stayed in. It was immaculate throughout, and spacious inside and out. The dining experience was excellent and staff always attentive. Great hotel adults only, comfortable beds and room service is available and fridge made up daily, staff are lovely, food is good plenty of variety. Excellent hotel facilities, staff impeccable in the bars and restaurants. Through lovely weather and storm days everyone helped. The location is ideal near the end of Sunny Beach to the quieter end at Sveti Vlas and the historic town of Nessebar, a bus ride away. Highly recommended .Thanks to all staff for a great stay

Immaculate spotless hotel. Absolutely stunning. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. I do feel however they could cater a bit more for the English however you will not starve. Food is plentiful. Along with AMAZING ice cream and cakes. Beds are comfortable but do tend to slide apart. The pillows are like clouds to sleep on Absolutely lush. Awesome hotel and great all inclusive. The entertainment was the best love Pepe and his team we are definitely going back. Animation are amazing. Enjoyed the holiday immensely. We went has the season was ending so some thing like the on site shop was closed but still great. The food was what we expected has plenty of choice and the snack bar was great in between meals.

We stayed at the end of September, and since none of the outdoor pools are heated, all we could do is sleep and eat. It was very windy, too. We were disappointed because we went there for the waterslides and they were all closed. It would be nice for at least one small outdoor pool to have been heated. We just spent a week at Sunny Beach and took Kavkaz Golden Dune as our hotel. All of the hotel staff we interacted with were friendly and professional. Great location, very close to the beach and in a quiet place. Real rest, no noise, no music, sleep very well. The food is delicious and varied, there are many fruits and salads. The wine is wonderful. The staff are young, smiling, hardworking and difficult. Great interior, beautiful reception, clean pool with enough sunbeds. Nothing to add. We will be back.

Good service. Staff by the buffet and reception very nice and friendly. Very good food. No ambiance, no music by the pool. Only TV music playing on the same loop. The pool needs a serious cleaning before a moving creature comes out of it! Staff look very tired. Reported several times that the bathroom floor of room 502 flooded every time we had a shower, but it was not solved.

Came here from Rose village next door because they had nothing to drink, everyone who served us at the bar were so lovely and friendly compared to next door, we felt really appreciated, the cocktails and the steins of beer were excellent, if only we had known about this real hotel. Perfect spot in Sunny Beach Bulgaria. Family run and very friendly hosts. The pool is great and never very busy. Often it felt like our private pool despite being a fully booked hotel.
