Where to stay in Sunny Beach

Very good hotel. Rooms spotless and large. We were in family suites. Great location of a variety of small beaches and only 15 mins by bus no 409 to Varna and only 2 Lev (£1) which I would recommend to go to. Lidl around the corner of hotel which was very convenient for basics. Pool very good clean and quiet. Sunbeds never a problem. 5 min walk to beach, restaurants etc. If you are looking for kids...

My friend and I decided to visit Sunny Beach and we just chose a random hotel. It turned out to be a comfortable experience and we are very happy with the hotel. The room was standard with a hair dryer, mini-fridge, nice air-conditioning, a balcony and an ironing board in the hallway just outside. Both the bathroom and the main room were really clean. I could not see a spot of dirt or stains anywhere...

Fantastic hotel, great location not far from the main ***** but far enough to not be noisy. 5 mins walk to flower street, 10 minutes walk to the beach. 2 mins walk from Restaurant Djanny etc. The staff are very friendly and keen to help with any request and also give you local info if you haven't been to sunny beach before. Good basic rooms with AC and fridge and small tv, and small balcony, no cooking possibilities so keep that in mind, but no problem since many restaurants nearby (shout out to shrek bbq, try it) we found it a breeze staying a week here, will be back!

Amazing hotel, clean rooms, good swimming pool, very quiet considering it is only a 5 minute walk from the ***** Good amenities such as an ironing board, iron and fridge. My favourite thing about this hotel however, is the family that run it, all extremely nice people who keep the place in great condition

hotel is definitely a TOP hit! It combines the incompatible in my otherwise favorite resort - both peace and quiet, and a super location that gives you countless. Swimming pool is good and very clean.

I stayed with my family for 5 days and I did not experience any problems neither during check-in nor check-out. The location is very decent, right at the entrance to the market, close to everywhere. This is my second stay and I would prefer it again next time. The owner and staff are very good and the breakfast is sufficient.

Stayed in a superior double room with balcony for 3 nights. Receptionist checked us in efficiently, but she was not particularly friendly . The same girl was there when we checked out, eventually, when she decided to come in from talking to someone outside. We were very delighted with the service from every worker there, because they always tried to help us with everything they could. The rooms were very clean and the view from ours terrace was pointed at hotel Kuban and the centre. Great location, right behind the noisy crowded streets, yet close to all attractions. Very clean place with nice view from the terrace. Amazing back yard with many cozy places to sit and enjoy company. Available parking, but at extra pay. Supermarkets nearby. We are staying in for second time at this family owned hotel, very warm staff, the rooms are clean, air conditioned and because it's just 200 meters away from the main street it's quiet at nights. This is really important to me as I like to have good night rest other places just can't offer. Also right now in July of 2024 for as much as 15 levs per night you can have a dedicated, locked parking car...

Calm and cozy, with friendly staff! Close to a bus stop and grocery store! 500 meters from the sea! Lovely garden with all amenities for a relaxing holiday! I recommend!

It is a great location. A lot off greenery and privacy. Great pleace for every one, couple, family or friends. The pool area is quite large and the best thing is that they have a separate pool for children and a jacuzzi with hot water. The apartment was very spacious, the fact that it has separate bedrooms is the most suitable. Also, the 2-bedroom apartment also had 2 bathrooms, which helps a lot

It is a great complex with beautiful garden, lagoon swimming pool, heated jacuzzi and playground and swimming pool for children . Very relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. The apartments are very stylish and fully equipped.

We really enjoyed our stay at New Line Village place. The apartment we had was clean and modern. The pool was lovely and the beach just a very short walk away. All Team members were always very helpful with local information and arranging transfers for us. Would definitely recommend.

Nice apartment for 4 people at a reasonable price. The pool is a very nice place to relax after or before beach, and the small terraces of the apartment are ok for enjoying your morning coffee. Host was kind and my stay was really enjoyed here.

Great location, amazing peace and quiet, actual relation . Staff was very kind. Food from the cafe of the complex was extremely tasty and spot on the price. Really chuffed. Already recommended to a lot of people. Will be visited next summer for sure again.

I should start by adding this is a budget choice accommodation so don't expect fancy bathroom accessories, champagne on arrival or room service. Hotel is quite basic but adequate, room spacious & very clean, It would be quite a challenge to cooks a meal with limited utensils but numerous restaurants very close to hotel. Please be aware that rooms at the front of the hotel are very noisy from the main road which runs past the hotel, we moved room to the back of the hotel, we were offered a choice, breakfast was quite good the usual kind of thing...

8 of us travelled for a week in Bulgaria, Hotel was very clean and tidy, staf were really helpful. All inclusive buffet was a decent standard. On site A la catre restaurant was lovely. Good pool and large outdoor bar area.

Pleasant experience at the begging of September. Special impression was food. The chief is very creative, there were a lot of interesting tastes and creations. Bravo for him! The stuff in the hotel is mostly from Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan. Some of them very nice, specially girls from Ukraine, but some of them always frowning and cold. Well, we need more local Bulgarian stuff !

Rooms are really clean, pool is amazing. The place is just tre right size, not too much walk to bar/restaurant/pool. Perfect place with kids. Little playground right next to it. Food was tasty, maybe a bit more snacks would be nice in-between meals and another person behind the pool bar but all together great value and really enjoyable holiday.

The food is mainly good but it's very repetitive. The room are ok, but the mattresses are no good, especially if you have back pain. The room service is nice but they don't clean your room for the whole of your stay which is a bit of an issue when you stay for 2 weeks. Nice location - quiet but point to all kinds of transport - bus, mini train. Perfectly clean hotel and all hotel area. Food very tasty and various. Thematic nights in the dinner time. The Hotel is with a great location. Rooms are cleaned each and every day, spacious... Amazingly soft bed mattresses. The chef is from Turkey, so you get the best of the Mediterranean cuisine, drinks are on the house all day long, very generous and friendly bartender. Amazing, simply amazing..

Very nice personnel, location is within walking distance of the beach (800m). The pool is lovely on warm summer days. The room is nice, but consuming media is though because of the very old tv (one of the big ones, from back in the day)

From my point of view staying in this apartment with family was good decision. Despite of narrow location of buildings the complex on the whole is felt like a reliable fortress and makes the safety inner yard area with neighbours and without outside noise. Always love my stay at Julia Famt Apartments. My dad discovered it a few years ago as somewhere nice and quiet with secured parking. We have returned every year other than during lockdown. It is a lovely family run place with great sized apartments. There is one pool which is plenty big enough and a children's small pool to keep them entertained. Been staying here nearly 10 years now and love it so much, large spacious apartments, great pool, friendly staff, cleaning on request so as to not disturb you, towels changed regularly but if you need more just ask. The position is perfect for me as I can walk, New Nessebar, Old Nessebar and Sunny Beach but also bus is every 15 mins and only 2 Lev's. Can't wait to come back each year.

Self catering budget apartments run by friendly staff and very suited to young families. Basic accommodation which has everything you need for a self catering holiday. However rooms could do with a bit of TLC as is shown on the photos. Beds did the job for our week stay but mattresses were different sizes and stained. The breakfast was almost the same every day — fairly tasty, but nothing special, and not very varied. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were cleaned daily, which we appreciated. For 3 stars good hotel. Nothing fancy, but all ok. Rooms they clean everyday. Sometimes in bathrooms was unpleasant smell of canalization. Stuff nice and frendly. Pool and area clean. Food normal, just all reapeted so was boring. Location good.

2nd year in a row that we've stayed here and already planning to return again. All the staff are friendly and helpful, the pooks and gardens kept spotless. The restaurant deserves a special mention as the food is superb and Emily is an absolute diamond.
