this hotel is not relly good the sarve at the room vary bed the cleaner not change towel not clean the room the food at the rusternet are not testy the food in pool is vary poor only the loction good

A wonderful hotel with plenty of pools for us to use unfortunately weather was not on our side so ended up in the indoor pool which was amazing, staff were very friendly and helpful could do with smiling a bit more though. This hotel was amazing the food was great and plenty of choice, staff were friendly and helpful although could smile more, rooms were lovely light and cheery and comfy. Absolutely top notch hotel! We really couldn’t fault the food, the cleanliness, the staff, everything was spot on. Housekeeping every day, food always fresh and hot. It’s a bit far from the centre of sunny beach, but it was a lovely walk with lots of bars and shops along the way. I will definitely be booking here again!

A hidden gem of a hotel. It has a real homely feel and that is all down to the staff making you feel this way. They were polite, friendly, amazing and so helpful. The room was spacious, clean and tidy and the breakfast was just lovely. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for somewhere to go in sunny beach I would recommend you to come to this hotel the stuff are lovely and the rooms are very nice and clean! I didn't have any food there as my mam looked the reviews and there was only 1 good review about the food and the rest was bad but if you stay here you are literally on the strip and there are many nice restaurants there.

Room: extremely narrow shower (I weigh just 49kg/108lb, so can’t imagine how would bigger person fit), also when you turn on lights in bathroom it automatically turns on ventilation and the wind from it moves curtains in the shower so they stick to me.
