I had a unique vacation at the hotel. The food was not bad, the staff was good. My family and I liked the pool bar the most and the guy named Mitko does a unique job and the room was nice.

The cleanest room I've had in a very long time. Usually the hotels around wouldn't care too much and I will be able to point issues as feedback, but this one was spotless! First Class on a Budget. although we were on a budget holiday with TUI. this hotel and the staff pulled out all the stops to make sure all their guests had a memerable time. Food first class and nothing was too much for them as one of our party was a fussy eater. five stars doesn't do it justice

2024 Here I came to this Hotel for a vacation with my family for a week. The staff is nice. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, and you have everything you need. The Hotel has its own pool, it's very clean and not crowded. The food is also very good. In the end i think it's a good hotel for its price. It's a decent place for what you pay. It's not luxurious, it's not exclusive. The rooms were OK, spacious and kinda clean. The pool is medium sized. Hotel is clean and close to the beach. Plenty of sun loungers. The sea is calm, beach is sandy with shallow waters. The food is repetitive and if you a vegetarian then you will be eating pasta, pizza and chips everyday. Great hotel for young people. About 10 minute walk to flower street (the main strip) down one well lit main road which has a police station half way down. The road has no strip clubs or anything on until you reach flower street, so no dodgy looking people standing around. A small supermarket next door. We had a fantastic stay at Briz beach, just a stone's throw from the sea. Excellent service and perfect cleaning even though we often woke up late, but as soon as we hung out the sign the cleaning lady showed up within 10 minutes. We are satisfied with the hotel. Clean, beautiful and tidy. We took it because of the sea view. The view is amazing! You take part in a movement, in a party. But it doesn't interfere with sleep at all. The service is excellent! Cleaning every day as promised. Everything is adequate for a family holiday. We'll be back!

In general, not bad, the cleaning is good, the staff is friendly, with the exception of one thing. He communicates only in English. But the pool is a complete disaster, very small and dirty, located right in the restaurant... no matter how strange it sounds. And no green area.. Very nice staff, clean and very close to the beach

The service is great, the distance to the beach is 30 seconds walk, and there is a beautiful view and swimming pool. The room which I paid 120 euros for one night is a little too much for what is offered comparing to other trips in Europe. Breakfast is ok, but if you are a coffee lover prepare to drink water with powder simulating coffee, which is a failure.

We are in another hotel but we wanted a snack, my son loves onion rings, while passing by on our way to the beach we stopped to have some, the garlic prawns were excellent and the chicken sticks and chips very good and of course the onion rings! Brought an apartment here. Martin the manager couldn't have been more helpful, even finding us a spare remote control for our air conditioning unit that was lost. Tasty food, reasonable prices, enormous apartments, nice staff. Sometimes you can find a spider in a corner. Unfortunately, way to the beach is pretty dangerous when you walk, but the Hotel has free shuttle bus that will pick you up if you want to wait for it. Spent 2 great weeks mid July this year and could not fault the hotel for us. The food was good. The rooms were large and cleaned daily.
