Resort is great. Food is nice. Pool area is clean and the drinks at the bar are amazing. The Barman Emil is super friendly. He have told me and my friends about the places worth to see and makes the best drinks. Cleaning lady is speaking English and does a great job. Overall super place for families and groups of friends.

The room was clean and well decorated with stunning view to the beach.

Great location, clean rooms and very good value for money. The food was delicious and of great variety. The beach is right across the hotel. We also explored the nearby old town of Nesebar which we found fantastic. Overall a great experience and can definitely recommend.

Pretty ok if you're a clubber and want something close to the 3biggest clubs in Sunny Beach - Cacao Bedroom and 1st. If not, you won't sleep coz of them. Really close to the beach and somehow in between Neasebar Old town and Sunny Beach Center. Would be great to keep the pool opened later than 18.

Exceptional service and attention especially from the manager and Krasimira. They catered for all our needs. The apartment is 5 stars even in a three-star hotel. An extended thank you to the cleaning team. We will highly recommend the Briz beach to our friends and family. We will sure to return one day again.

Only spent 2 nights here but one of the friendliest receptionists in BG. Rooms are modern and clean, well above average. Front line, step onto the beach location. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Briz beach, just a stone's throw from the sea. Excellent service and perfect cleaning even though we often woke up late, but as soon as we hung out the sign the cleaning lady showed up within 10 minutes. We are satisfied with the hotel. Clean, beautiful and tidy. We took it because of the sea view. The view is amazing! You take part in a movement, in a party. But it doesn't interfere with sleep at all. The service is excellent! Cleaning every day as promised. Everything is adequate for a family holiday. We'll be back!

In general, not bad, the cleaning is good, the staff is friendly, with the exception of one thing. He communicates only in English. But the pool is a complete disaster, very small and dirty, located right in the restaurant... no matter how strange it sounds. And no green area.. We were very disappointed by this, the children's holiday was ruined.

Brought an apartment here. Martin the manager couldn't have been more helpful, even finding us a spare remote control for our air conditioning unit that was lost. Tasty food, reasonable prices, enormous apartments, nice staff. Sometimes you can find a spider in a corner. Unfortunately, way to the beach is pretty dangerous when you walk, but the Hotel has free shuttle bus that will pick you up if you want to wait for it. Very nice place with excellent atmosphere and friendly staff. The restaurant provides various types of dishes. The outside bars are beautiful and plentiful with big sort of drinks, sweets and tasty little beverages. The staff at reception is kind and always willing to help as well as the housekeeping and the waiters or bartenders. We highly recommend it!

Everybody is lying about the hotel, there are no insects , nobody is shouting and everyone treats you good and the breakfast is good. The real scammer are booking sites!!! They wanted to make us pay 464 euro for the same stuff , but when i made a reservation through phone it was 250 Euro(488.95 bgn). So if you paid more than this for 5 nights dont complain to the hotel , you got scammed

Hotel St valentine is a lovely relaxing place. Family owned and the owners work very hard & long hours to keep guests happy. Rooms are fine and staff are really helpful. Right now I'm here in Cantilena Complex. At a price around 500 EUR per week, I got excellent accommodation (with AI) with very friendly staff. The room is large and clean. Food and drinka are absolutely fine for this money. Pool is clean with lots of sun loungers. I can only rexomend thia hotel!!

Ideal little hotel to take your kids, clean, tidy and friendly staff. The pool is clean and plenty of Sun beds with the beach just a 5 minute walk from your hotel. The area is away from the noise of the main strip but is easy to get too. With lots of restaurants to choose from and all at a good price. This hotel doesnt look like 4 stars at all. It has old furniture, old TV. It is close to the beach but they do not have any sunbeds for their guests. The personnel is nice, the food and bar OK. Some improvment is needed for sure.
