A solid choice for a working nomad passing through the city. The location is the real highlight — right in the heart of Bristol, with everything you need within walking distance: cafes, restaurants, public transport, and the main attractions. As a solo traveler who needed a reliable base to work from and explore, it ticked all the boxes. The room was comfortable and clean, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the breakfast gave a good start to the day. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Nothing extraordinary, but a genuinely good stay with easy access to the city's best spots on foot.

This hotel is absolutely not a 4 star hotel. The only benefit is the location. While filtering the hotels I have picked 2 filters; 1- Parking, 2 - 4 stars. Unfortunately hotel does not have a parking area. They use a parking place 350 m away from hotel and charge you 10 euro per day. This is not a facility. I can also park there and come to hotel. They shall remove parking option.
On the other hand it is very old and a bit dirty because of oldness but not cleaning service. The comforter inside the cover was yellowish due to either dirt or too many usage. Carpet, wall paper all was old. Lift was like 100 years old.
You can prefer this hotel due to the location and price but don’t consider it as a 4 star clean hotel .
Best Westerb shall renovate or leave this hotel.

The location is fantastic, right in the center of Sofia, making it very convenient for getting around. It's about a 25-minute drive to the airport. However, the facilities are a bit old, and the breakfast selection isn't very extensive. The soundproofing in the room was poor; there was a constant whooshing sound – I couldn't tell if it was the elevator, the metro, or the trams outside.

I had a very negative experience at Best Western Plus Bristol Hotel. The parking was not at the hotel but far away, which was very inconvenient. The hotel itself was dirty and uncomfortable, with old furniture and a lot of noise. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of money. I lost my trust in both the hotel and Trip.com for listing it as a quality stay. Definitely not recommended.

The hotel is very close to the city center. It is just 10-15 min walking. It is a little old but still very clean. My room is unexpectedly big for a very affordable price. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. They have a good selection of breakfast. Overall it was a good stay.

Convenient location, very close to the subway station with direct access to the airport. Sofia isn't a large city, so it's also quite close to various attractions. The suite was indeed very spacious. Overall, a good hotel.
