Medic Hotel in Sofia

The heating was broken, the shower didnt work correctly and there was no shower curtain, so when you take a shower all the floor was with water, the beds are unconfortable.

Terrible. The price is low and the location is great but that's no excuse for lack of cleaning. Our room still had hairs on the floor from the people before us, the pillows were dirty, and the mattress stained (the bed sheets were not large enough to cover the mattress). I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Now with that said, the staff is fredly and helpful. The room had a TV and refrigerator. And the location has free parking and it's safe.

Tozi hotel e mnogo zanimaren. Staite sa malki i mnogo grozni i ne komfortni. Plachat za renovatsiya. Nyama klimatik i gledkata e uzhasna, vse edno ima smetishche v dvora. Az smenih stayata si za po dobra no tya sshcho beshe mnogo gnusna. No poveche ot staite, sluzhitelite na tozi hotel sa neuchtivi, nagli i mnogo nepriatelski nastroeni. Nyamat nikakvo dzhanie na hotelieri i sa mnogo negativno nastroeni. Ne im davayte telefona si zashchoto shche ti zvnyat v 8 chasa za da te pritesnyavat. Az otidoh na razhodka v planinata rano sutrinta i te mi zvnyaha za klyucha pri polozhenie che imam stayata do 12.

This hotel is very poorly maintained. The rooms are small and very unwelcoming. They lack simple comfort over all without any of the amenities such as air conditioning fitted sheets or a proper TV. They are very old and poorly maintained. The view from the room is one of a trashy yard with all sort of junk. The thing that was worse than the rooms was the hotel staff. They are very unkind and unwelcoming. They are always complaining and start making noises in the yard as early as 7 in the morning. They do not care about the comfort of their guests. Do not give them your number, I went for a walk in the mountain at around 8 in the morning and they started calling me for the key, even though check out isn't until 12. I will never stay at this horrible hotel again. It is where a scary movie can be filmed. I will share some photos so you can see the misery this hotel will bring to your life.

I really did not like this hotel. The rooms terribly smell of cigarette smoke. It took a long time untill we have managed to ventilate more or less. Shower rooms are irregular, managed poorly, some do not have shower curtains. We stayed at this hotel for one week (it was ordered by other people so we couldn't choose). At nights the fleas have bitten me. Food at the café which is the hotel is tasteless. I do not recommend anyone to stay here.
