Amazing place to stay with clean rooms, delicious breakfast (with 5* coffee) and a very friendly staff. The location was also perfect for our stay in Sofia. I can highly recommend to everyone!

Terrible place. Incompetent staff, no service, horrible breakfast, cockroaches in the rooms, old bedsheets, aircon not working, bathtub from the 15th century. Avoid this place!

Upon arrival at the hotel, we already noticed a musty smell. We don't need luxury but we were curious as to what would be next. Upon checking in, we were assigned room 102. The smell there was what could be smelled in the entrance hall but x5. We looked at the bathroom. This one was FULL of mold. (Pictures attached). We didn't feel like getting sick so we were assigned room 202 after complaining to the front desk. The woman said this is the last room we can offer you because everything is full. With high hopes we left by elevator to floor 2. Upon entering this room it was even worse. The window frames, ceiling and bathroom full of mold! We took our valise and left again for the reception. The woman had no more room and did not understand why we were not satisfied with the room. Suddenly after a phone she conjured room 504 out of her sleeve. This was our very last chance according to her, that was all she could do for us. We headed for 504 and again the same defects in the room. Black mold throughout the entire bathroom. The lady behind the counter became aggressive and threatened to call the police. She called the manager of the hotel and placed him on speaker. He told us to leave because otherwise the police will pick us up. We had to leave without a refund. If the rooms are "normal" in there eyes i don't want to know what the kitchen looks like. Really people stay out of this hotel because otherwise you will loose 5years of life because of health problems and you will wake up with mushrooms at the forehead. This hotel is dirty as hell.

My Room was OK a little dated, breakfast is fine.
Location is good, close by public transportation and a 15 minute walk to city center.

It had a good central placement to sights (everything we wanted to see was maximum 25 minutes away). Breakfast was included in the price but was pretty bad (eggs and sausages wasn’t filled up after it was empty, everything was quite boring and didnt taste good) so I would recommend to buy breakfast elsewhere, it’s not worth saving the money. The room had a good air conditioner but overall it wasn’t really clean (especially in the bathroom and dust came out of the airconditioner when we turned it on). But I would still say it’s a fine place to stay considering the price and the placement, if you’re looking for something cheap and central. Staff was friendly

From a first sight, the room was disgusting. The closet was screwed and it was kinda like dry soaked. My room had mold and my friends too. It had okay breakfast for the price that we paid. The receptionists was friendly though and very serviceable. It was in the center of Sofia, you had a lot of options in terms of public transport. Definitely not visiting again.
