I had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Sofia. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was professional and attentive. The free breakfast and parking were a great advantage and added real value to the experience. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

HORROR GESTANK ! We were the only guests in this hotel, and from the moment we arrived, there was a strong, sharp, slightly sweet odor throughout the entire place. It was extremely unpleasant. We left the room, aired it out for hours with the balcony doors wide open, but when we returned, the smell was still overwhelming. Unfortunately, we only read the reviews afterward and found that for over 14 years, guests have been reporting this exact issue. After a short time in the room, both of us developed runny noses, coughing, breathing problems, severe headaches that kept worsening, and nausea. We simply couldn’t tolerate it. On top of that, when removing the bed covers, every single mattress had visible urine stains. We ended up leaving the hotel at 1:30 AM because it was impossible to sleep there. The receptionist offered us another room, but we insisted on seeing it first—and it had the same unbearable smell. The entire hotel smelled. We didn’t even stay one night and had to book another hotel immediately, which caused us additional costs. The receptionist said there was nothing else he could do and could not guarantee a refund. We were told the manager would be available the next day, so I left my phone number and asked to be contacted—but I never received a call. We were later given the manager’s number and tried to reach him over 20 times and even sent messages via WhatsApp, but he never responded. We were completely ignored. This place is a disaster. We would not recommend it to anyone. The only positive was that the reception staff were friendly

Room was clean, staff was nice and breakfast was versitale and tasty. One objection for me was that sound isolation in room was bad. We heard every thing from the hallway as thay are next to me.

The hotel is a bit outdated. Shower has nice water pressure however it is going to spray everywhere...
WiFi is very weak in our room (corner room), only a few spots has connection.
Recommended to bring an extension cord or power bar if you prefer to charge your phone next to the night stand.
Breakfast is so so, don't expect much.
The area is nice with a few supermarket around. Bus stop is about 3-5 minutes walk, very convenient.

Good hotel location with average breakfast but very reasonable price! In one room the TV didn't work at all since there was no antenna cable connected!

Luxury and tranquility, security and high respect for the client, perfect cleanliness and a classy restaurant with wonderful food, a starry Sky bar with a view from the seventh floor, in a commercial and entertainment area.The best!

Probably the worst hotel I have stopped in. The restaurant staff were rude and very aggressive and obviously did not like British people. The hotel is very dirty, and it’s advertised as a Best Western Hotel which it is not. DO NOT STOP HERE, it’s a dirty dump.

After my dad suffered a stroke in Sofia, I've been dealing with very rude people throughout the city. Standing in contrast to this, the hotel receptionist Ivan has been very friendly, accommodating and empathetic. He made sure all our issues were dealth with efficiently, all questions answered quickly and made us feel very welcome.
He even brought us desert on the house, simply to wish us Happy Holidays.
If he isn't the face of this Hotel yet, he definitely should be.

We had arranged for the Hotel to come and collect us from the airport which was much less stressful than trying to get a taxi. We were dropped off safely and our room was already ready for us even though we were very early.
Room was clean with good amenities.
Staff were extremely helpful especially Ivan and Antonio.
This is our first day but I already feel like we are going to have a good stay.
