Marianka at the front desk was a breath of fresh air. She made the stay from just ok to great. We work in the hospitality industry and noticed her right away in her positive interactions. We would stay again if she was still there

The room was very gloomy, poorly lit, and the bed linens were threadbare and washed-out. The bed had no headboard, the furniture was very old, and the hot and cold water was intermittent. There were no slippers or a robe in the room; I had to go ask for one.
+ But the maid was very polite and quickly cleaned the floor and brought a robe.
+ Check-in was very quick!
+ On the day of departure, the girl at reception was very polite.

We stayed at this hotel on our way to Greece from Romania. It is quickly accessible from the highway. Located in a fairly quiet area of the city, yet not far from the center. The parking is located about 100 meters from the hotel, in a video-surveilled courtyard with barriers. The restaurant menu is ok, with good options for dinner. The breakfast, included in the price of the accommodation, offers enough options and more or less for all tastes. Overall, a location to consider if you are planning a short stay in Sofia or just transiting.

Had wonderful time in this hotel. They welcomed me with a free room update, the room service was great and the food in the restaurant really delicious, the room was spacious (although bit noisy from the Bulevard), the staff were nice, especially the lady at the reception and the breakfast was delightful. Went for work and for me it was the perfect choice.

It is good value for money and the breakfast is ok. Great location if you need to take coach or train as both stations are within 10 mins walk. Otherwise if planning to explore Sofia probably can find something in a nicer area and more central.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious. I think this is a good value hotel.

The hotel is quite basic. While the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, the biggest downside is the breakfast, which offers very little variety and is exactly the same every day. There’s a noticeable lack of pastries. They need a professional toaster, this is basic in a hotel!

Additionally, the location is a bit from the city center, so I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. I didn’t feel entirely safe returning to the hotel after dark.

The staff, like in many other places in the city, could benefit from customer service training. They don’t smile at all, their appearance is unprofessional, and they seem bothered when you make a request.
