Spent 9 days here. The place is good, the rooms are renovated and well-maintained. Breakfasts are the same every day, but they are good enought to feel full till lunch. The sound isolation between rooms is good - no complains. Hot water is hot, heating - working. Free car parking. They also have an EV charger. If you are a tourist - it's better to live in the city center, because it takes 40 minutes to get there by bus + metro. The restaurant in front of the hotel is good too. And if you need something extra - a small supermarket is literally the next building. Also they have a small gym and an outdoor swimming pool, but I was there during winter season so it was closed.

The rooms were too hot. We also chose this place for the EV charging, but when we arrived, there was a on diesel parked on the charger spot. The receptionist didn’t know who’s car was. He called us later when the car left.

The hotel is close to the city yet surprisingly quiet and very cozy. The parking was a huge convenience for us. The food was excellent, and the newly renovated rooms are modern, stylish, and super comfortable. The staff is friendly and professional.
I would gladly come back again — highly recommended!

Together with the attached restaurant it's a reasonable choice on the outskirts of Sofia. The bus 67 runs in front of the hote but it takes 30 minutes to get to the city. The rooms and bathrooms are a bit worn but everything is clean. The breakfast is good and offers a nice variety.

Like most travelers, before choosing this hotel we checked the reviews — and I can assure you, they are completely misleading.

Let’s break it down.

Pros

1. Location – Very strategic, close to Sofia city center.

2. Parking – Perfect if you have a rental car.

3. Room – Spacious, clean, and bright.

Cons

1. Reception – Not helpful at all.
I am lactose-intolerant, so I emailed in advance to ask if they had lactose-free milk. The reply was a blunt “no” with no alternatives offered.

2. Beds – We were a family of four.
Our 10-year-old was given a sofa bed that was impossible to sleep on. We asked reception for a topper; they simply said they would “check availability.” Result: we ended up sleeping three people in two pushed-together single beds for four nights — practically no sleep.

3. Breakfast – Honestly, the worst breakfast we've ever had.
The salami was inedible, there were almost no sweet options, and the ingredients were poor quality. I even asked for some chocolate spread and got another blunt “no.”

What a lovely hotel!
I didn't have reservations but they found me a wonderful room to stay for a couple of nights!
I felt safe and secure the entire time for duration of my stay!
The room was clean and spacious, simple but with everything that you need and nothing that you don't! The bathroom was also lovely!Same as the room, clean and spacious!
Free parking and breakfast included in the price of the room!
I don't know what are people's expectations for continental breakfast, but you have enough varieties to eat something and start with your day happy with full tummy!
The stuff is helpful and friendly and I will be back for sure!

It is a very nice hotel. My room was big and clean and I had a very nice view from my balcony, actually two balconies (180° view). The restaurant was very cozy and had a nice vibe .

Hotel located on the hills of Sofia. Nice place surrounded by trees. Comfortable rooms.

Lovely stay, and a fantastic rate for the room, 3 beds for us and 2 children, clean and spacious. The restaurant serves excellent food for a fair price and service was quick and polite. The free breakfast was also excellent with a barrista making delicious made to order coffee drinks. We did not have a chance to stay long enough to enjoy the pool and gym but we would absolutely stay here again. It is in a quite area with amazing views of Sofia from the top floor.

Our second year staying at Jasmin.
The breakfast was poorer than last year, but ok, can't complain considering the price of the accommodation.
Room is spatious, bed is comfortable, extra pillows in the cupboard (discovered the morning we left).
People are nice and accommodating, even though few of them speak English (the ones who were serving breakfast), we got through, no problems there.
Very good for our tranzit stay to Greece, quiet and comfortable.
