Never again!!!!!
Hotel Reception with 0(!!) English, redicilously bad service and Bad attitude & rudeness!!!
4 kids sitting on the floor for 15 min in the entrance of the room cause the girl from the reception don't want to change broken keys till she finished something.
In The basic room you'll take a shower ABOVE the toilet and there is no cover for the water and all the toilet is fluded after every shower.
Breakfast time change without telling us so we can not have it, and still they refused to refund.

Be careful from this hotel. It's a disgrace in every meaning,

Reception staff member being at computer and holding our passports in her hands said that check in will take 5 minutes and we can go. Why should we go and leave our documents with her? Is this normal practise? Weird. Never had experience like that anywhere else. The second room key was given just after we were asking for it. Our try to use the shower ended up with flood in the bathroom. Water filled half of bathroom floor and was running everywhere else just not in the hole where it meant to. After 1 day waiting they offered the other room but “because it’s better” they said it will be an extra cost for it.My husband politely refused this offer. It was not our fault that things like this happened but that made our stay very uncomfortable. Kettle in the room wasn’t working, it took few times to run down to reception until this problem was solved. My husband even got the advice to fill the water in it. Ridiculous. Dusty shelves in the room. We were happy to check out and leave this experience behind.

Staff looks like they don’t like it to welcome guests in English. They are doing it; but you can read from their faces they don’t like it.

Safety is not being taken seriously; the fire equipment is far over date. The pressure on the fire extinguisher is down till zero. From sadness the extinguisher lost his red color through the years and has not been checked: good luck when hell bursts out.

The hotel kitchen is closed during holidays; we still keep working during holiday??? We had to search our food somewhere else.

The breakfast was very small and disgusting. I ate two bites and threw away the rest of my plate. How can you ruin a boiled egg?

The room was clean. That is the only reason for two stars. You can do one night, but that is all. For the same amount of money you can get way better.

I wont return; not because of breakfast. But the idea thaty safety must depend on a way over the date fire extinguisher tells me how much they care about their guests and safety.

I first contacted the hotel on June 8th by sending an email inquiry. The inquiry was for 7 rooms and one night. I have not received an answer to this day. Two weeks after the email was sent, I decided it was necessary to contact the hotel by phone to get some information. I was told that it is best to come in person to answer the inquiry and questions. My husband and I went in person (as it is the only way to get answers). We spoke with Simona, who informed us of the rates and room options, but was unable to answer a question about whether a 12:00 check-in would be possible (as well as what the fee would be). I gave a phone number and was promised a call back with an answer (since emails are not used). I didn't get an answer. I called again, 4 days later, I spoke to a guy who had no idea about wanting to reserve 7 rooms and the related issue of problematic check-in. Again I was promised that he would ask and call me right back. There was no call. 3 days after this conversation I call again to be picked up by a completely different person who, of course, has no idea what this is about and I am told that there are no more available rooms. I am extremely disappointed with the frivolous and unprofessional attitude of the staff. Please, if working with e-mail makes it difficult for them, do not allow contact through this channel. It is also extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, to know that I have been waiting a month for these 7 rooms in question and finally to be told - Well, they are occupied. I wouldn't try to book again.
