Nice facilities, good landscape and fine general complex layout. The guy at the reception desk was not cheerful and yet unfriendly. Besides that, in general we enjoyed our stay. We couldn’t try the spa, hopefully next time. Open buffet food was okay. Pricing is decent and reasonable.

In the skirts of Vitosha Mountain, just outside Sofia, a peaceful haven beyond the capital's hustle-bustle. Great views, excellent facilities.

Don't be fooled by the pictures. This is not a well maintained spa hotel. The spa is decent, other than that - stay away.
First room, late checkin, tired, didn't complained about the single bed instead of double I booked - bath was flooding. "It is not blocked, it is just draining slow ..." Didn't help. Changed room.
Second room was ok till night fall. Then an electrical humming sound don't let you sleep.
Second day got the correct double bed room I booked , but no AC...
"Take that" with an old electric heater was a fast solution and the point I understand I made a bad booking selection. Never again.

We’re very glad to find this hotel. Perfect room with a quiet nice view from the balcony and really fresh air. Comfortable bad—sweet dreams 😊 Delicious breakfast: enough for men😉☺️ fresh fruits, coffee, other drinks. We used it just for one night on a road home. But, it was great🤗 There is a pool and a bar in the territory.

A heavenly place, quiet and calm, everything is very cozy, you can’t even believe that it’s practically in the city, very cool, I found a place for myself to relax in Sofia!

Rooms are old, full of spiders and spider webs. Bead sheets are old and with holes, needs renivation. Uncomfortable beads Good breakfast, very nice area, very nice parking. It is good except for room cleanliness and old run down furniture and low hygiene.

Found an Oasis in Sofia fantastic facilities. Very happy with my stay. Nice gardens in grounds. The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful at all times. Great value, will look forward to my next visit with my family next time. Easy parking.

Great place to spend your day in Sofia. The pool was clean, the place is not very crowded, the food and drinks were great. We had a bachelorette party there and we had a great time!

Very good place. The room is clean, everything is available. The bed is comfortable, the pillows are comfortable. The breakfast is very tasty, the croissants are something special. There is a variety for every taste. I just didn't like the coffee. The spa center is huge. The sauna is an infrared sauna, a hammam and a jacuzzi, a large pool, a small one with ice water. The temperature in the sauna is excellent. Comfortable loungers for relaxation. A cooler with water, disposable cups, everything is there. They give out towels. They sell a robe and slippers. I would like to note that the lockers in the locker room are locked with a code. And another nice bonus was the presence of body cream and personal hygiene items (ear swabs, tampons, wet wipes for hands and face). Hand sanitizer is everywhere and before entering the spa, the administrator offers to use it.
