The is definitely NOT hotel! More like lodging house with super rude receptionist who doesn’t speak English.
We paid for twin non smoking room but after not even 10 minutes in room we decided to find another hotel, because smell of cigarettes everywhere was absolutely unbelievable! The “hotel” is non smoking!
When I explain to receptionist that we need to cancel she just snap at me to cancel it in Bulgarian language. When I have asked for manager I didn’t get any answer or even manager….so I called booking as I book this horrible hotel through them if they can help me to sort it out.

I was told that in two days (by that horrible receptionist) I will have my money on my account. That has happened on Saturday. I have contacted the hotel on Tuesday and asked if they can explain why I still didn’t received the payment back.
Another rude answer - call your bank, call booking we have send it!
Today is Wednesday and I still haven’t received anything.

The area where the “hotel” is doesn’t look good and seems a bit dodgy. In fact it’s far from central Sofia and it is expensive! We paid £88 for 2 nights but later found much better hotel for only £80 and just 5 min walk from central Sofia.

The “hotel” doesn’t seem NOTHING like on photos! Be aware of it!

The room was clean and tidy.
On the other hand the bathroom was small also the key cards weren’t working properly elevator is small and it feels like you will fall.

Good for the price. Rooms/facilities clean. Rooms standard. Breakfast was minimal. Coffee terrible. Wifi signal was also terrible. Free parking was great

Big rooms , bathroom amenities included. I got room on the 5th floor and I could barely hear the noise from the street. Higher is better, I guess. There is check in desk 24/7 and the staff is friendly. The AC is working good and the bed is comfortable enough.

We stayed one night. The flight from Sofia was at 5.50 am. We left the hotel at 3.10 pm. We parked and parked. This hotel is about 10 km from the airport. .

Nice adorable hotel. Some is a bit old and in need of renovation. A good place to spend the night for a good rest.

The luxury rooms are quite big and well furnished. The breakfast is also good for a 3 star hotel. And free secured parking is available.

Brod Hotel, a cozy and superb 3-star venue offering high quality accommodation steps away from GM Dimitrov Station. The property comprises 44 modern rooms spread across 6 floors. There is private parking and free Wi Fi.

It is located in Lozenets district, just a few minutes' walk from Paradise Center. National Museum of History is a 20-minute ride away.

Restaurants, a zoo and discos are set close to the hotel.

Certain rooms are decorated in contemporary decor and complete with a heating system, a dining area and a trouser press. Here you’ll also find views of Vitosha Mountain. Each room comes with a private bathroom, a shower, a shower cap and toiletries.

The property serves a buffet breakfast every morning. Guests will taste delicious cuisine in the small on-site restaurant. The café bar features billiards, a terrace and WiFi offered for entertainment. The pub Saffron is set around 400 meters away.

Brod Hotel is sited a 15-minute drive from Sofia airport.

Regular small hotel, a bit far from the city center but on a walking distance from the biggest Sofia park and several not bad restaurants with good kitchen and reasonable prices. The Sofia Zoo is just on a 10 minutes walk.
The rooms are clean, the staff is polite and friendly, there is a parking for the hotel guests. The breakfast as usually is included in the price but they do not have a restaurant if you decide to have your lunch or dinner in the hotel. Prices are reasonable

Clean rooms. The staff speak English. They have breakfast included in the price for my room. The breakfast choices were quite nice. The breakfast is down stairs from the lobby. The cable channels do not include any English speaking channels. My days here we're rainy so something on TV that I could understand would have been nice. During the day I could here a lot of traffic noise if my windows were open. Overall a nice place to stay. There is a market and many restaurants within walking distance. Also the Sofia zoo is an easy walk down a single road.
