This is possibly the worst hotel in Sofia.
The rooms are not bad,location is not bad, but there are no conditions, no hot water at all! Outside is a freezing temperature and snowing and for three days there is none hot water only very cood !
No, heating in rooms!
We need to heat up with a few heaters.
For a few days no one cleaned the room.
No one changes towels or toilet paper supplies and soaps.
I would not recommend the hotel for staying.

-new extra blankets need ( some blankets are very old and looks dirty), ---
-toilets look old need renovation
-internet is very slow in the room compare to the lobby

This hotel is located to the south of Sofia in the shadow of the mountains. Small, friendly, comfortable hotel it has no restaurant at present but there sre cafes and restaurants nearby. Dont trust the lift it is unreliabile. The rooms are large enough and clean. It is a short bus ride to the centre of Sofia and there are walks in the mountains.

Comfortable and affordable. Staff is good, rooms are really nice, and you will get clean air and a nice view of the city.

The staff was accommodating and spoke English. The blankets were way too small for 2 people . They need 2 per bed or a bigger one for 2 people. The fan in the toilet was super noisy . There was no toilet paper and only 2 towels for 4 people ??? They did accommodate with towels and toilet paper when we asked. The place is not well maintained. The door didn't completely close so you need to force it to close. You don't get much for your money. I would not stay there or recommend the place . The staff was professional and nice but the hotel was not maintained at all. Very old fixtures , dirty walls , super used sofa bed . I would not recommend using the sofa bed as an actual bed. Very uncomfortable .

This was our 2nd time to visit this place. First time was all good but this time we show the true colors of this place.
Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything from every angle of the room. Receptionists should be good at customer service and be bold enough to address the guests to keep the noise volume down especially at 3am with high heels walking up and down the stairs...
