What I liked?
Nice and friendly staff. I got a much bigger room than I expected. It had a big washroom and was clean. Check-in in the middle of the night was not a problem. Included breakfast was simple but enough.
What I didn't like?
Even though my room was non-smoking, I could smell the cigarettes right away despite the efforts to eliminate the smell by various fragrances. Most likely it used to be allowed to smoke in the past and people were smoking heavily inside. Walls would need to be painted again to get rid of it I guess.

Surprisingly comfortable, nice staff, clean (although cigarettes smell may bother you) and very cheap. Of course. You can tell by the pictures what to expect. And for a short stay it was actually good.

This is the worst hotel I ever been. Booked with breackfast included, it was no breackfast. Had to find stuff just to ask for some tea. Stuff speaks no English, they hang out in cafeteria watching TV. They never have change. Be wear about their airlines, same bad service. Delay, no communication. Will leave you in foreign country lost. No Bolgaria to me. Never!

Overall the hotel is fine if you don't need anything luxurious. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were some things that could be done better. The ceiling light wasn't working, and the mini fridge wasn't working too.

They gave us a better room, that was a nice surprise. It was a bit dusty, but it's a nice place. One of the few places in Bulgaria with shower separated from the floor.

The rooms smell like ciggarettes and you just feel sick inside. Not child friendly!
