Avoid! Customer service was terrible! The transfer shuttle driver was mad and arrogant, unable to communicate properly with us! He was shouting and getting at us for taking off at 6:55 even though the time of the transfer was scheduled for 7:00. He even threatened us that he will not drive us back to the hotel when we arrive after our trip. We wouldn’t use his service for sure! Better take a taxi and pay a bit more than being treated like this! Choose another hotel! Rooms are old and tacky…

Avoid, avoid!!! Rooms are terrible. Customer service and hospitality are even worse. The amenities include scuffed up floors; old/nasty furniture; beds are falling apart and rattle; air conditioning does not work; shower does not fit bracket, just dangles from hose, and cannot be attached to slide bar ; shower drains empty slowly; table cloths in dining room have not been washed in a long time. Staff is rude and argumentative. After emailing hotel about service issues did not hear back, indicating managements couldn’t care less. Much better hotels available near airport that also offer shuttle service. Plus I found taxies in Sofia to be relatively inexpensive. Alternatively metro costs $1, just tap your card and go. After staying here I need to bump up all the other one star reviews I have given by 1.5 stars. The ATM hotel will set a new bottom bar for customer service and hospitality.

We were visiting Sofia for a few days and stayed at this hotel. We were greeted in the restaurant by Rosen, he was most helpful and provided excellent customer service and answered any questions we had. The room was very well sized and the orthopedic beds were a nice touch allowing position to be comfortable

A whole apartment for the price of a regular room
A spacious apartment for the price of a regular room. We stayed three nights. The room had all amenities you can expect.
The AC barely worked despite being overly loud. The room was always too hot.
Breakfast was good, but there were often too many people in there at once for such a small table.
The location of the hotel is a bit far away from the nearest public transport. It's not in the city center. The word "center" in the hotel's name rather refers to a nearby business center.
The two elevators were sometimes too busy, which meant lines formed.
When we've stayed at other apartment hotels, there are usually utensils, plates, etc. In this case, there were two forks, one knife and four glasses but nothing else in the kitchen.
The room had a jacuzzi, but if you just wanted to take a shower, it wasn't great. The shower was only long enough for a short person, maybe 150 centimeters high, and there was nowhere to attach it on the wall, so you had to hold it in your hand while crouching or sitting in the jacuzzi.

It looks nicer on the inside than the outside. The rooms are quite spacious, but cleanliness could be improved, especially in the bathrooms. I got free breakfast with my stay which was a great value, nothing special but it was perfectly fine. The hotel is only a 15 minute walk from the Metro Station which has direct trains straight into the city centre (about 20 mins) and the airport (about 10 mins). There's also a large shopping mall less than a ten minute walk away with plenty of shopping and dining options. Overall a nice place and I would stay here again.

If you're coming in late to Sofia like I did I would recommend this hotel for your first night. It's simple and you get what you pay for.

The staff were excellent. I couldn't use the shower, There didn't seem to be any water... However the room and the bed was very big.

Good one if you have an early flight. Close to Sofia airport, rooms are good, a minus is the windows can not be opened. Good restaurant, friendly staff,reasonable prices. A transfer to airport is offered by the hotel. And.there is a parking area where you can leave your car during your trip at reasonable fee .
