I had an incredible experience at this hotel, and it’s all thanks to the amazing Mariana from the reservations team. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but I’ve never received such personal and professional care. Mariana went above and beyond to make sure our stay would be perfect. She was so kind, patient, and truly cared about our experience. It’s rare to find such a high level of hospitality nowadays....

Summer holiday Great family stay

On paper it has everything, however when you're actually there it feels very crowded and a bit "rough around the edges." That being said, everything was fine in terms of food/service - nothing special or above and beyond in any way. However, the entertainment for kids was great (slides, pools, playground, trampolines & animation team) - which I suppose is what matters most!

I went to the Bonita hotel in August with my family and some friends. Personally, this is the second time I choose this hotel, for several reasons: budget, the fact that it is located in a good area, close to the beach and shops. Spent two weeks here in June 2024. Our room was well presented overlooking the Black Sea with a large balcony. Fantastic staff.Room was nice and house keeping was excellent. Only grudge would be this is not a hotel for people with mobility issues as there is no easy access to dining room. After saying that ,the staff arranged for my meals to be brought up to me. The ramp to reception is very steep and will be a problem for wheelchair users. I visited this hotel for an all-inclusive vacation. When we've arrived in the hotel our rooms weren't ready, but we could use the hotels amenities right away. We got the key cards to our rooms pretty quickly. The rooms were clean - the staff cleaned them daily, didn't feel dated and were adequate size. I was there for a student party. Everything was wonderful, from the accommodation to the varied food. The room was amazing on the 8th floor with a direct view at the sea. Although I only stayed there for two days, it felt like I stayed for a whole week and I left with very pleasant memories. For the price I got it from TUI.cz : one week all inclusive for about 400 € very reasonable. Near by the ***** , for older people it can be a bit loud, beach is about 200 meter , in hotel and also opposite is market, so if you miss anything in buffet or bar you can easily buy. My overall experience is ok, but since they promise access to an aqua park, I don’t expect it to be closed and out of service. In case access to the aqua park is a deal breaker for you, make sure to personally contact them and ask for details/availability. Our room had jungle view which was awesome.it was clean and they daily room service.We had wonderful moments

For a budget holiday it did everything it said on the tin. FOOD: The food was ok, always plenty of food, although sometimes you did have to queue for fresh food on the grill. But freshly cooked meat, omlettes and pancakes were great. The quality of food did vary throughout our stay, but as a young non-fussy couple we always found plenty to eat. Very average hotel, nothing stands out from its own kind. The only huge plus was the location, which was completely smeared by the roaring animation speakers. The same music, which on the third day you start to hate. We went for silence, but got a headache. When asked to turn down the volume, they responded by turning it down. Clean beach and water, great food, exceptional services. The parking place was far from the hotel, so make sure you take everything you need from it. The pool was very much liked by the big kids, but the one for small kids is small and deep for them. We all had fun, adults, kids, babies.

A great place to relax, just book rooms from the hotel, not from private individuals!!!!

Excellent hotel fully justifies 4 stars!

I recently stayed at hotel Ambassador for just one night, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and professional. Though my stay was short, I had time to enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning. The location was also convenient.

Beautiful view of the beach, nice clean rooms, most amenities available, their Steakhouse is very tasty. But room service is absolutely rubbish. No cleaning, no making up of beds, even after saying it to the staff and reception, they just cleared the dustbins, no other cleaning at all.

Big rooms, good quality of service, tasty and various food, free parking lot, clean pool and a lot of drinks!

Everything was just perfect! The reception staff , the restaurant staff very pleasant, kind and friendly! Just 30m from the beach!
