Clean beach and water, great food, exceptional services. The parking place was far from the hotel, so make sure you take everything you need from it

The pool was very much liked by the big kids, but the one for small kids is small and deep for them. We all had fun, adults, kids, babies

Was here with as a mother and mature daughter taking a 1 week all inclusive vacation in Varna in September. The hotel was well known by the taxi driver and we were dropped off right at the exit

The rooms were clean and of good size, with an en-suite and a nice sized balcony with outdoor seating furniture. There was also a clothes rack on the balcony. The air con and Tv worked fine in the room

The food was tasty with a lot of variety. Fresh soups at lunch and dinner, one being meat option and one being meat-free/ vegetarian. Meat-free/ vegetarian dishes were available too

Good selection of salads and vegetables. At the time, Milanka was working at the restaurant ensuring everything is clean, well stocked up, and tasty. Milanka and the team did a great job during our stay

However the construction of the property and placement of the pool is such that there is sun shining at the pool area until about 1pm. After this time, the sun is behind the building covering the pool and the pool area

I recently stayed at hotel Ambassador for just one night, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and professional

Everything was just perfect! The reception staff , the restaurant staff very pleasant, kind and friendly! Just 30m from the beach!

Beautiful view of the beach, nice clean rooms, most amenities available, their Steakhouse is very tasty. But room service is absolutely rubbish

No cleaning, no making up of beds, even after saying it to the staff and reception, they just cleared the dustbins, no other cleaning at all

Nice people, big pool, one for kids one for adults. Really big rooms with AC ❤️ I love it. The food obviously isn't so good like at every other hotel with breakfast, but you can still find something to eat

There were always fresh flavored waters (orange, grapefruit, cucumber, herbs, etc. ), plus beer, wine, and soft drinks. Breakfasts offered everything from eggs and sausages to different kinds of milk and cereals

The rooms are, of course, air-conditioned, which made the stay very comfortable even during warmer days. Everything was clean and functional, with daily housekeeping keeping things fresh and tidy

From the hotel, it takes only about 2 minutes to reach the promenade and 20 minutes to Golden Beach, which is a livelier and more vibrant area, I enjoyed the contrast a lot

The sea has a very gentle and gradual entry, which I personally really appreciated. You can walk quite far into the water with no problem, I could easily walk halfway to the buoys before it got deep enough to swim

I also really appreciated the daily free towel service for the beach. Although the hotel does not have its own pool or slides, it didn’t bother me - the beach was more than enough

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and would absolutely love to come back. The entire place is clean, quiet, and very well-maintained

Rest this (2017) summer in a double room. Can't say anything negative about this hotel. Despite the fact that we arrived at 9 am, we were immediately given a room on the fifth floor with views of the mountain

Cleaning every day was making the bed, changed the towels, washed the dust. Bed linen is changed twice, but the pillow covers often changed. On TV 50 channels, a music and four Russian: 1st, NTV, rtvi, and music

The terraces are cleaned regularly, the tables are cleaned regularly, the pools are clean, and the lifeguard and security are on hand. All hotel staff are polite, courteous, and friendly

The worst is the beach doctor. She sits near the office all day, smokes and talks to other employees. When I needed help today, she was having a private conversation. She yelled at me for disturbing her

Also free drinks and alcohol all day long. The receptionist is amazing Ivayla. I think she is one of the best employees I have ever met here. She is skillfuled in communications, polite and hospitable

This year Lotus reopened after 3 years of inactivity. They didn't do any renovations, but they reformatted the food. Now there are three meals a day in a wonderful restaurant with amazing dishes

Left a complaint at the reception. In my opinion, some of the rooms need to be repainted, but I am happy with the rest

However - found previous guests' trash still in the room. Restaurant is closed and only serves breakfast, they're out of Coke they said - probably comes back when the season kicks off again

A little bit difficult to find but what a treasure once you get to it. the staff very helpful, the hotel very clean although we could smell a heavy smell of something off once we were in tge corridors to the room

The room was very clean and tidy but we were not happy without a kettle to be able to make a hot drink when we needed it amd the fact that the dining room or rather chilling out area was close around 10pm didnt help at all

The sound of the waves give such an exotic vibe in the room. If they would have more stuff that makes your stay nicer like conditioner moisturiser some forks and spoons would be amazing

Breakfast was ok but it could be a bit better 😁 They used to have minibar but not anymore for some reason, so I just bought myself drinks and store them in the mini fridge

The hotel is progressing step by step so there is a bit of working on the site like the car park for example, for the price and location, it s perfect

Staff is very friendly, pool is completely new and redone and the hotel’s price/quality ratio is great for what it offers compared to other places I have visited in the area

When I was there there were a few guys shouting all night and I believe they were highly intoxicated and asked to leave by the owners to keep the peace for the rest of the visitors who were there with the families… all I can say is thanks for handling the situation

Amazing boutique hotel.Situated in one of the central, but quiet street, away from the crowd. The management is perfect. We will book again, for sure!

I liked my stay in the hotel very much. The rooms and the food were okay but what made my holiday was the animators Reni and Melek, who were very nice and played very cool music by the pool

And honourable mention for the best beach they have here in Bulgaria, I really enjoyed my time there

In the centre of Golden Sands. Cons: the elevators always need to wait long, the bathroom is clearly 5 stars falls short

5 stars hotel located in gilder sands outdid Varna. Good if you have a car or take taxi. Main attractions are the ****** if you like it and good breakfast and dinner

Overall, everything is fine, it's just the age of the hotel and it's time to do some renovations.

I love it! The location is very well located, in the middle of the tourist resort. Nearby, there are a lot of beach bars and funny places with games for all ages. The hotel has a casino on the ground floor

It has a spa and massage centre. The room was big and modern and nicely furnished. The Tv is small and obsolete with no casting options, so you can't stream from your phone. Overall, cleanliness is everywhere

The chef in the kitchen is a magician. Bulgarian cuisine is a work of art. Lamb, pork ribs, eggplant, sweet peppers and on and on. Good coffee in the coffee machine for lunch. Well done friends! From 🇺🇦with love.

We have started at another hotel but were lucky that we have found rooms here at Oasis. Clean rooms, kind personnel, nice pool and access to La Terrace made our stay a great experience

Great stay with Piter Family Hotel! I really liked the fact that the hotel is on the beach and you could be set up(free chair and umbrella) in couple of minutes! Great staff and free parking as well! I would recommend this location to everyone who wants to go there as well!

Piter is a small and charming hotel. Everything in the room was extremely clean and well maintained. It is a pet friendly place as well – we were visiting the hotel with our dog and had no problems whatsoever.

The rooms are very clean and the bathrooms are decently wide. I have tested some of the food they had and it was very well prepared, well cooked and tasty. Overall you can enjoy and relax being there

If you want to enjoy the view you just have to make a few dozens of steps going from your room into the restaurant or directly to the beach sand (day and night)

Situatoed close to the beach and maybe a view if you are on the 8th floor, there is a shuttle bus that takes you to their private beach that runs often, or is just a 15 min walk and can get to see all the local shops and other places to eat Never had any issues with the food, and good variety for all of the meals

There is a need to take the bus to go to the center, so that up to 9pm at max and no more bus to return to the hotel yet taxi can cost around 15 euro to return from center, other than that if it's not about the center at night and no problem with 1 hour in the bus , then it's great experience for value

Hotel is right at the entrance of Golden Sands, the rooms are spacious and clean, has balconies, they have their own parking area, is paid but if you don’t know this region let me tell you this, they will send you some who knows who is protecting public parks, so this is a huge advantage

I liked the accommodation, food, and attitude. The sea was clean and warm, about 10-15 minutes walk. The location is away from the noisy embankment restaurants. I had paid for breakfast and dinner

There is a general rudeness in this region i don’t know why but the staff here was very helpful and communicative. For the sake of mindfullness in vacation i believe this is important
