The facilities for kids are not so many but you can keep them busy for a time ( every evening- 30 minutes mini disco, play area on the beach, children pool- you have to walk 50 m because is at the Sentido hotel)

I visited this hotel for an all-inclusive vacation. When we've arrived in the hotel our rooms weren't ready, but we could use the hotels amenities right away. We got the key cards to our rooms pretty quickly

Some people said that they couldn't sleep because they heard parties at night - and yes, you can definitely hear them if you sleep with an open window, but if you close the balcony door you don't hear a thing

Yes I stayed at hotel SHIPKA for 14 nights from 31st May until -4th June 2024 I want to say thank you to all the staff especially NADA, VENERA, and the Bar staff and to MUMCHIL who got a chair for me me to sit round the swimming pool as the sun beds are to low for me the staff are a credit to this hotel Also the food is excellent the only complaint I have about the food and I raised this with NADA...

We had a little accident with one of the elevators, it got stuck right before it could rise to the second floor; but the engineers got us out quickly, and the staff did an amazing service recovery, so the overall experience was not damaged

The rooms are a bit small, there's not a lot of space for your belongings, but if you plan on spending most of your time on the seaside or touring the city, then it won't bother you, like it didn't bother us

There are other amenities as well, but sadly I did not try them out, such as a pool table, football table, a sauna, and maybe others that don't come to mind

I will be honest from the get go - the hotel claims to be a 4 Star place, but it's really just a high grade 3 star establishment, and I'm not saying it's a bad thing, but it is a bit misleading

It was nice vacation . The staff was very polite and they were doing their best for us to be happy . The animators Velko Puffy and Poly were funny every time we played their games. Shulbac was my favourite game.

The food in the restaurant is European standard, all natural and better than in most restaurants around the hotel. Since early in the season, to give a more objective assessment is not possible

They wanted to change the towels only at the end of the stay. In principle, for unpretentious guests everything was satisfactory

Constantly we went to last time we made a comment that I want 3 glasses of whiskey at the same time! The hotel is not something special. Everything old - from the Communist time

The rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed, and shampoo and soap are replenished. The bathroom is clean, with white grout, pleasant and fresh. The entire facility is well-maintained and cleaned daily

The terraces are cleaned regularly, the tables are cleaned regularly, the pools are clean, and the lifeguard and security are on hand. All hotel staff are polite, courteous, and friendly

Near by the ***** , for older people it can be a bit loud, beach is about 200 meter , in hotel and also opposite is market, so if you miss anything in buffet or bar you can easily buy

About the rooms, they're good, but one major disappointment. Just regular ones with a mix of bulgarian and romanian channels. This was a turnoff since I quite couldn't use it sincer I wasn't able to watch anything

So it's quite like a 100 euro per night which is good, but this is in pre season, and I booked this a few months prior to my vacation. Another thing worth mentioning, is that a lot of the staff doesn't understand english

You have to keep any conversation simple and to the subject. ( I had a quite funny interaction, I asked at the bar for a glass of coke and he didn't know what I needed until I told him cola

The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, the pools were also clean and the heated pool inside was a bonus. We had a vast variety of food and drinks to choose from

The hotel is quite close to the beach, yet you have to ask at the reception for a special bracelet with a cip that opens a gate for a shortcut to the beach. ( that means that you can't open it with the bracelet )

The meals are at reasonable hours and also you have quite a lot of time to eat ( breakfast was from 7:30 to 10, lunch 12:30 to 14:30 and dinner 18:30 to 21 )

Double tree is a good hotel with nice and respectful staff which they help and guide you if you have any question. They have their own beach wich free shuttle is available

you can use both swimming pool and also they have indoor pool. Our room had jungle view which was awesome. it was clean and they daily room service

Limited choice of 5 cocktails, nothing fancy but good enough. AMENITIES: 3 swimming pools (2 outside, 1 inside), can usually find a spot to sit despite the usual towel on the sunbed tricks

Didn't use any of the spa, as most was extra cost. Did use the gym, and with a bit of imagination it was absolutely fine. ROOM: Was great, it was spacious and the bed was very comfortable

Our room was two singles pushed together which did roll apart unfortunately. There was a problem with the toilet making a loud noise, but this was reported and fixed within 4 hours
