Phnom Penh's HM Grand Central Hotel is highly rated for its amazing staff, clean rooms, great rooftop pool, and outstanding value. A modern, strong choice.

The gym was pretty well equipped and maintained. I didn't get to use the pool because it was raining, but the area was nice. The room was mostly clean, although it did smell like mildew or mold

Good hotel, amazing staff, decent breakfast choices, ok ok swimming pool and jaccuzi is a plus. Location wise it’s alright - everything is 1$ - 2$ tuk tuk away.

She was pretty nasty to me when I requested it and when I was checking out. For some reason they gave me my deposit back and then insisted I not leave the property until the room was checked

Everything that the cleaning staff could clean, was very clean. It was really unfortunate that the lady at the front desk did not seem to like that I asked for a late checkout

Clean rooms, AC, western showers, walking distance to many many restaurants, laundry and more. Angkor market is a 5 minute walk. They have everything a westerner could ask for

Anyway there is a pool at the backside of the hotel you can enjoy the swim with you friend or family. During COVID19 pandemic the hotel have to cutdown the staffs so the hotel look so quiet

The english speaking staff is super professional. Kindness is a way if business for them. I have stayed here on three consecutive trips in the last 18 months. I will also house my family and friends as well

The pool is a nice bonus after a day of exploring, and the food is tasty

We used on tour ⭐ There was only water in the shower and I was in the middle of the night, but when I called he answered immediately. In addition, we prepared lunch when we were told that we left early in the morning

even though it's old and big. but the wooden interior gives off a sort of old fashioned classic vibe that I like. Breakfast is a bit mediocre though. so not bad, but more mass than quality

Very nice service and very friendly staff. On reaching Cambodia we received a very warm welcome from the hotel. We had a suite and it was spacious with a view of swimming pool

Also, the pool is located in between the cafe and bar which makes it convenient for ordering food and drinks. The only thing I suggest is adding a mini fitness center

The hotel I live in often has a good location, comfortable rooms, convenient parking, enthusiastic customer service, and a large balcony. I like it very much. It is also a sea view room.

Found a hair on my bed but otherwise room was acceptable. Interior of the room felt a bit weird with washed walls and scrapes to the rattan room door

Rooms qere clean and maintained daily. 7th floor pool, spa and their lobby was clean and very well kept. The staff were all very nice and always ready to help if needed. The coffee shop in the lobby was a lifesaver

Very much enjoyed staying here. The rooms and pool are fine for this price. What really makes this hotel special is the staff. Nisa at the front desk is so kind and helpful

Door is hollow so you can hear other hotel guests running, talking and slamming doors very clearly. Gym was barebones but usable, pool was quite small

Also I received great service from Siteang, Phearun and Reaksa at the front desk. The restaurant is fantastic! Taida (Chork), all the other ladies and 1 gentleman (sorry I don’t know everyone’s name) were so great

The hotel is small, shaped like a U-shaped structure with a central green space. There's a small swimming pool on the second floor, but the lack of a gym is a minor drawback

This model of hospitality from arrival, rooms, breakfast, minibar, pool and restaurant is absolutely amazing. They have their own Tuk Tuk bad mini Ivan drivers

The TV in the room can be adjusted in multiple angles, allowing for streaming, which is a nice touch. The hotel offers an à la carte breakfast with over a dozen dishes to choose from, and the food is quite good

The rooms are clean and the facilities are up-to-date, a delight for those with obsessive-compulsive disorder. The first load of mini-bar in the room is free, and there's welcome fruit

The female that took me to my room was walking a mile ahead of me. She remained silent as i asked her questions. I like the room and the place is relaxing with a great location

The canal running through Siem Reap is right outside the door, and just a few hundred meters across the bridge leads to the night market and bar street

Having written many reviews for this hotel, there is not much more I can say as they continue to improve and maintain very high standards. My only complaints are that the pool closes far too early at 8pm

It is nice that they treat returning visitors as VIPs and are willing to factor this in when considering certain concessions. I had accidentally spilled my chocolate frappe on the sheets

I’m not saying they should always do this but it certainly impressed me that they considered all my visits and friends I’d encouraged to stay over. Besides this though they are still usually reasonable with such things

I hope the hotel could consider extending the time. Secondly, the 4th four does not have a designated smoking section so it can become quite thick with the smoke smell

Favourite Hotel Ever!! As usual, it never disappoints. Truly remarkable that this is my 4th visit and I still get the same exceptional service and staff remember me

Staff, especially check in are very kind and helpful. I was really impressed by the check-in guy as I land early hours of the morning and he was very efficient

We had a great 3-night stay at Saem Siem Reap while touring the temples at Angkor Wat. Service/staff are very friendly and helpful. We felt their hospitality was authentic and welcoming

Diners can use the swimming pool. I just wish the floor is non-slip. We have not stayed at this hotel but have checked 2 rooms. We were turned off by the cigarette smell

Small rooms, modern decors, just in front of the airport, expensive

This is not the fault of the hotel, but knowing that they've been reduced, the hotel should make a better effort to state all current amenities to avoid disappointment. Still a very nice property at a reasonable price

I'm guessing the amenities have changed since COVID (as admitted by staff) - meaning some were reduced and have not been reinstated. I had relied on reviews from others, which mentioned amenities that are not current

The breakfasts were very good, with plenty of variety and choice, delicious, beautifully presented, and excellent coffee. The cleaning was excellent, the rooms were spacious, and the bed was superb

Absolutely loved staying here while exploring temples in Siem Reap! The staff is amazing, rooms are comfortable and clean, and we loved the food and cocktails, especially the breakfast! We got to try aerial yoga here (first time for us) and that was so memorable

Unfortunately, my parents stayed in a sweet that was slightly dirtier - there was mold on the shower curtains. The breakfast here is pretty good too. If there were a but more attention to detail, I'd have given it a 5

To my delight, they had a western style bathroom! The beds are large and comfy. The rooms are nice, big, and very well air-conditioned. The shower pressure is good and the washroom for my suite was very clean

I stayed at this place for two nights during a bus tour of Cambodia. I was really glad to get to my room after 13 hours of travel from Ho Chi Minh City and not showering properly for a week

They also brought cold towels that were very welcome, coming in from the warm humid clumate. A short form to be filled with name, email address, and phone contact

The air-conditioning works perfectly, a grand welcome when you return from Pub Street, that's a few minutes walk just around the corner. There are plenty of nice restaurants and bars at walking distance

Some little things, the noise in the room (air conditioning is ridiculously loud and some other weird sounds) was a bit of a pain. Also the breakfast could have had more protein options

This is probably the best hotel for travellers to Siem Reap. When i first booked, being apprehensive, I booked for a night. However, the first impressions were so awesome that i extended the stay

Hotel conveniently located with a private beach. Nice swimming pool but not enough umbrella particularly during the weekend with a lot of extra guests. The room is decent but showing the age

It is probably the cleanest beach 30 km round Sihanoukville. Perfect breakfast and dinner perfect and always adapted to our needs

PARADISE is Sohha Beach Resort in a city where tourism is not easy and not welcomed

Good location, nice clean beach, not busy beach as it’s a private beach for guests at hotel, nice swimming pool , food at the hotel is good, pool bar is also good, breakfast is very good and variety (Western and Asian)

Me and my wife has had the most relaxing days in Cambodia thanks to clean, quite , state of the art gym and spa, and of course marvellous staff from sokha resort

The rest of the food were okay, but the meat of the Beef Loklak is not that tender (for me). Service : All the people there were nice. The host keeps on coming to our table to check if everything is to our liking

This hotel is located near Golden lion roundabout, central of Sihanoukville. It's owned and operated by Chinese. The receptionists are Chinese and speak no English

We enjoyed the sense of space after a few days staying in the centre of Siem Reap. We were staying in a family villa with pool and it was great

Wonderful calm and peacefullness with the fully in Wood Blockhouse Made my time of Recovery from West. Greatly mindfull staff and vast selection of Gourmet goods with in a short pleasant stroll along a Lake

It is located a way out of town, but the hotel provide a daily complimentary tuk tuk service so we used that to travel in for dinner which worked well

Compared with the city hotel I stayed in before, the waiter was very shy and only kept the necessary communication. For example, I didn't ask to pour me some water, but asked me to order drinks directly

The hotel also offers a beautiful view, and the swimming pool was clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

The restaurant has sumptuous breakfast spread in the morning. The restaurant is not exactly open for lunch or dinner, but the kitchen is, you get a la carte food either at pool side or at the lobby restaurant

We got upgraded to a family room. The gym was out of service when I was there so they sent me in a tuktuk to their sister hotel. There is a grocery store beside the hotel though it is a bit pricey

I recently visited Vakara Kep with a group of friends for a weekend trip, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel offered a perfect balance of relaxation and adventure

One of the best parts is its proximity to Kep National Park—I even went for a run there, and the trails were incredible, with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature
