Amazing resort good value for money. The pool has sea water, spa has many options. Friendly staff, great breakfast
A good hotel, but not a 5-star. The food in the restaurant wasn't tasty. The air conditioner blows directly onto the bed, so you can't leave it on at night. We couldn't get the TV to work; it wasn't showing anything
The alcoholic cocktails at the pool bar barely had any alcohol in them. The pool is good, and the cleaning service is good. They provide bathrobes, slippers, and beach towels
The à la carte breakfast was great, plentiful, and diverse; the noodle soup was especially delicious and I highly recommend it! I ordered a lot every day, and the staff were never impatient
They even remembered I liked pancakes – one day they ran out, and the next day they reminded me I could order them. A big thank you to all the staff for their warm service, especially Ms
The sofa in the room had some old stains, but the housekeepers cleaned the room meticulously every day and had excellent service attitudes
We stayed four nights in january. It was a really comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Before arriving, every e-Mail was answered immediately. The room was spacious, clean and bright
Stunning setting, amazing staff including Vichet, Lucky, Jenny, Berry and the hotel manager. They made our stay very special
After checking out on the last day, I went on a tour and they provided shower facilities, towels, and amenities, provided umbrellas on rainy days, and greeted all the guests by name at the restaurant
The accommodation was clean and spacious, and the pool was in good condition, so I used it to the fullest
The beautiful scenery, the pool of a reasonable size and depth, and the clean rooms are all great, but the service of the staff is truly impressive
I was worried because it was rainy season, but as expected, they took care of many unexpected situations and all the staff were kind, so it was a comfortable accommodation even in a short period of time

I was told the day I arrived it was shut for two days, but when I went up people were swimming in it… in the end I went in the pool every day and loved it
I had a v quit room in an otherwise noisy central area. There is a good cheap lebanese restaurant around the corner and museum a few steps away
Sleeping under an extra warm cover bu 35 degrees weather so one can increase global temperature by turbo air con. Absurd!!!
The swimming pool is small and shallow. All in all ok, but not good value for money
And there are towels in the bathroom (and not absurdly on the bed as is the new fashion. However:, tv was not working and took a day to be set up. Same for bathtub bung, and no hot water
Door key is a chore to open and close, it's like trying to crack a safe lock combination! Great roof top bar and pool is open till really late. Hotel is just a short walk to all the action yet is quiet inside
PRICES ARE 15 % MORE THAN ANNOUNCED thanks to a tiny printed tx and services, so no need to tip
This hotel is great! The rooms are beautiful, bed is very comfortable. They have a nice swimming pool. Would recommend staying there.
Had to ask the staff for towels, and the room didn't come with a comb. The toothbrush provided was practically useless.
One of the best bang for your buck hotels in phenom phen hands down. Great room, pool and close to everything.
"
Comfort: "The bed was very comfortable, and I slept soundly throughout the night. "
Amenities: "The hotel had a great pool area and a well-equipped gym, which we enjoyed using
Amazing hotel. Staff are so friendly. We have stayed in this hotel a few times now and would highly recommend
The view and location is amazing, the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very nice. The rooftop pool and bar have the best view. And staff were very nice and helpful. However the breakfast buffet was very average
The restaurant offers a great variety of food which is tasty and well-prepared and breakfast is simply outstanding: Both, in terms of variety and quality
An oasis. Amazing stay. Staff was so friendly and Johnathon the manager went above and beyond. I wish we could have stayed longer.
Not to forget the staff: incredibly friendly and decent - 10 out of 10!
Great hospitalities.
Friendly staff.
Nice food
Good location and good service.
Very dissatisfied. There was no information about smoking in the room when checking in. When checking out, they said there would be a fine, which I paid $150. The staff were like robots, stupid.
The staff at the front desk and bar were very friendly, and it was also convenient to Pub Street and the airport bus stop.
Rooms are compact, nice and clean. nice pool, mini bar and spa to relax. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Hotel arrange interesting tours
We loved our stay here, all the staff were so friendly, the pool was clean, the breakfast was good & the beds were comfy can’t fault it :)
The Lady owner , Monsieur Michelle and all the staff know how to make hotel guests welcome and comfortable. So pleasent to be in that hotel. Tuesday nights host a billiard tournament. Breakfast has many good choices
Very friendly and homey place with comfortable rooms, nice pool, good food but above all is the friendliness of the staff, owners, regular, long stay guests, and regular customers who stop in all the time for a drink or to play a game of pool
At first it was a bit difficult to find it because we couldn't see the hotel name on the street, but once we got inside it was already written. It's close to the city centre, which is both good and a bit bad
Good Services, Clean, Comfortably and good security. I recommend to stay here.
Great hotel that is family friendly and suitable for participants of meetings looking for affordable rates with individual rooms.
Left luggage is available and ample parking space for minivans.
The room is clean. The amenities are there as mentioned on the website. And the staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a nice 3 star hotel.
Nice place, I like the tropical plants all over the building. Was a bit noisy on the balcony because it's next to a busy road. The food is great though so I'd recommend booking the breakfast included option.
If you look for a beautiful and quite hotel in Phnom Penh then this is the place. The hotel is surrounded by greenery and with a nice salt water swimming pool. They also have a very nice restaurant on the top floor
Went to Arun Cafe that's next door. The food is really good, well worth it!!!
The fruit juices are super fresh, actual oranges. They also have a pizza special. I had the English breakfast it was the best scrambled eggs
The setting was wonderful, and the facilities were decent. However, a room with a view would have truly elevated the experience. I hope to return for another visit and explore more thoroughly next time
The room was spacious and came with a lovely balcony, which was filled with lush greenery, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The facilities were well-appointed, and the service was thoughtful.
We have travelled a fair amount over the past 40 odd years staying in budget to 5 star. The Indra stands out for a number of reasons. Spacious rooms with good quality amenities

If you want to do the sunrise at Angkor wat, this hotel is very strategic - you can beat the crowds! Also, it is within walking distance to the Apopo mine-detecting rat visitor center which we highly recommend checking out
The room was spacious, clean, and well decorated. We enjoyed the king sized bed and deep soak tub. The hotel is in the perfect location, close to the temples and downtown restaurants, as well as other attractions
We were not disappointed! From the moment we arrived they treated us warmly and with hospitality. In fact, they were helpful before we even got there, offering to book a cab for us from the airport
This was our first visit to Cambodia and we wanted to make sure that we would be comfortable during our stay. The pictures and reviews looked good for this hotel and we decided to book it
The general manager, Mike, was very friendly and knowledgeable about Siem Reap and attractions, and could help arrange anything we wanted to do. The rooms were clean and comfortable
Our stay at the Nita by Vo was tremendous. The location was perfect for exploring Angkor wat, and in a nice quiet location outside the main city but still very accessible

The infinity pool overlooking the Mekong river was nice with the riverwalk a half block away. A local street market is right at the foot steps of the hotel for those wanting a little culture
my go-to hotel in pnh.. beautiful pool view, lovely hotel
The pool was only a plunge pool but it had a superb view on the roof of the hotel. Location is very handy for night market & river front promenade
Plenty of beds and shade, allowing you to spend a peaceful rest day by the pool. Location: close to the lively part of town, but not in it
Great little hotel. Friendly staff and nice little pool on the roof to watch the Mekong go by…
Breakfast is fairly proportioned. The only fault was really mine because I paid for 10 days but only used 4 because I decided to visit Sihanoukville and Siem Reap. Their hotel policy doesn’t allow refunds or vouchers🙁😕
Recently stayed here and from the moment we arrived at the front door we were met by a couple of the staff who took are case in and maid us feel welcome as we sat down we were give some traditional tea and met the owner who was very welcoming be fore we new it are case had been taken to are room when we went to are room as it was on top floor and my health is not so good I was worried about...
Fabulous!
Perfect male only space. Very friendly staff and good service, the breakfast was simple and delicious, the pool was serene, and the sauna was great fun. I was very impressed and would stay here again
The welcoming staff with the wonderful refreshing drink and cool face towel to the lovely appointed rooms to the food and drink options, to the fitness center, the exquisite grounds with flowers and gorgeous plants through - Pierre and his team of professionals work hard to ensure their guests experience a one of a kind stay
The surrounding area is a 5 minute walk to many restaurants and a 20-25 minute walk to the famous Pub Street, with lots of food and beverage options along the way. Or a $2-$3 tuk tuk ride if you prefer
Honestly not getting paid or anything for this review - it really was just beautiful - the photos on the website don’t exaggerate- it is in fact why I uploaded the ones I took
I Dressed in a skimpy crop top there and had tea was cool. Will go again later to work out. And stuff and prolly buy some more tea.

Thank you for bringing Japan’s service standard to this country. We’re so pleased with our stay. Massage is the best in Cambodia in my opinion.
Yet I experienced a horrible night when the huge racket and bombing noise outside at midnight from a neighbouring hotel(or condo) sky bar. I could not sleep well and changed to an opposite side room
My Japanese colleague lost $800 from his bag, which was left in the room. We communicated with the hotel but no one was held responsible for the loss. I don't recommend you to stay here.
Wonderful staff service, good location and above all, the best Japanese-style breakfast. Each time I travel to Southeast Asia, I picture myself indulging in Azumaya breakfast
The staff service is amazing and good command of Japanese. I was also satisfied with the massage at a reasonable price and the masseuse’s technique
Nice place nice spa, very welcome staff. The building a bit old, but very good service
Spacious Layout: The lobby is wide and comfortable for waiting, and I found the room itself to be very generously sized. Cleanliness: I was pleased to find the bed linens and towels were fresh and clean
This hotel is always my top choice in Phnom Penh; the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is incredibly rich and delicious. The front desk staff are also very helpful
Extended stay for two more days. Positive review maintained. Thank you Trip com for the booking discount that have made the room rates even more attractive.
I'm really grateful for the early check-in and late check-out services provided through the platform
Good hotel, superb breakfast, unfortunately AC was not working well. Hotel staff helpful.
The room was spacious, the AC was cool, and the bathtub had plenty of hot water. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and spoke a little Chinese. Everything was clean, tidy, and comfortable.
Good place, needs upgrade, nice little pool and great staff very friendly and helpfull 😊😘🌷🙏😎
Rooms are very well equipped with just everything you need for holiday, except the road are too bumpy, small pool and low WiFi signal there...
The real highlight however was the manager, Jackson, who was incredibly helpful and helped us fix any issue we had and made us feel very comfortable! Since there is not a lot of business in Siem Reap, Jackson even allowed us to move to a nicer room when our AC didn't work well enough in the first room

Strategic location, very confortable and beautiful rooms with giant bath tubs, professional khmer massages and the most welcoming and helpful staff. We hope to meet you our next trip to Cambodia. Have a good ride!!
What an amazing stay! Everything was tidy and clean. A Beautiful room and great service. Highly recommended.
Worth for Money -
Located in central place sorrounding restaurants and shopping area, very helpful and courteous staff, good hotel room facilities, early check-in and late check-out without asking any questions or additional money, easy check-in process, Arranges tuktuk/car/Van for sight seeing at cheaper price, Spacious rooms
Very nice spacious rooms with required guest facilities, good and helpful staff available for guest service round the clock. The staff helped to checkin very early and check out late without any questions
The staff help to book local tours very easily
I recommend this hotel for comfortable stay
There is an amazing khmer restaurant just behind the corner and a market and town center in the walking distance. The room was not super clean however. The floor was dirty and there were cockroaches in the bathroom
thank you for your kind consideration. it was a great help for our early check-in from our long trip from Vietnam to Cambodia and wanted to see the Angkor wat.
Beautiful garden, eco- pool, lovely restaurant and hotel. A perfect place from which to explore Battambang.
We stayed here for 2 nights and loved it. The room was spotless (& the bed huge!)
There is a lovely pool and it is very clean massage is also available. We would go back again as long as it was bungalow accomodation and not the main house
Clean place, the salon owner has a friendly and welcoming appearance.
Apart from this we got little sleep as the kitchen and plumbing was noisy. The shower water in the morning was also cold. We got moved to one of the bungalows the following day and it was a totally different experience
Unfortunately a 5 day funeral was taking place which involved continuous music from 5am till late evening. Our room was at the front of the house and directly opposite the funeral tent

The rooms are beautifully designed, and the swimming pool is a perfect place to unwind. What truly sets this place apart is the warm, attentive staff always welcoming and ready to help
The Urban is an excellent hotel with outstanding cleanliness, very friendly and attentive service, and a perfect location close to everything. The restaurant is also a highlight, especially the delicious wood-fired pizza
The pool is the best part, you can relax after a day out exploring or just chill on a hot day. We also used the spa services and massages were really good as well
I love everything about this hotel. There’s a restaurant also which serves the best food. There’s a pool and the environment is greenery
But they don’t have phone in the room so if you want to tell something to the hotel, you can go there or text via WhatsApp. For the water bottle, you can refill as much as you want at reception which is my favorite part
The rooms are nice and big and the swimming pool invites to some relaxing moments. The drinks you can buy are very cheap (a beer during happy hour is 0,5 Dollar) and the breakfast (a la carte) is ok
Extremely clean and always having a great smell, the rooms are not getting too hot during the day , so that’s another plus. Cleaning ladies are so friendly and always smiling, really nice atmosphere. Location is good too
Large rooms with a view of other rooms opposite... The reception was efficient and very clean. No desk for those who need to work. Hot water lever was reversed, but the water was nice and hot!
The room was very tidy and clean. The cleaning was done very attentively every day. The breakfast on the 7th floor was good. The front desk manager was very attentive to answer questions.
Nice hotel in the center of Kampot, nor faf from the river.
The room was very clean, calm and comfortable
Comfortable rooms, friendly staff. A nice place to stay for business trips.
