Rooms and grounds are so clean! The pool is absolutely beautiful. There is a nice green space behind the pool area with a bridge and fish where they grow mangoes and jackfruit

We really liked this place! The pool area is super and the garden well kept and nice! The rooms is a bit outdated and could need a makeover but the foajé and the nice breakfast and the pool area including garden is very good!

Pool okay. Gym needs renovation. Breakfast good by Cambodian standards – geared more towards Asian guests. Room condition okay – clean and functional – free water daily. Wi-Fi is reliable.

The gym had some good facilities however, the air con is never on a the door is left open so take plenty of water and be prepared to SWEAT! The beach was the highlight, plenty of sun loungers for everyone, beautiful crystal clear waters and the sands were regularly cleared of rubbish washed up

The hotel is lovely and the pools are clean. The staff are very friendly and really helpful. The only thing we found was our shower in our pool view room was not good. It was more like a trickle of water

The resort is ideal for families, it's very convenient because it has a private beach, pools, and it’s peaceful in the evenings. The café and restaurant are located right by the beach

Towels are frayed and have holes (definitely not hotel standard). Mattresses were a bit worn and saggy. Breakfasts were basic, but generally nice except that you have to pay if you want half-decent coffee)

The resort itself is a great location, near to lots of restaurants, shop, laundry service and a short walk down the beach to more bars with a more party vibe that’s great for a short time before heading back to the zen of the resort

Our room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view of the fireworks display at midnight. The thoughtful touches, like a complimentary New Year’s gift and champagne, made us feel truly welcomed

The hotel located next to the beach with good views for sunrise & sunsets. The service is good. The hotel restaurant is under construction. There’s restaurants next to the hotel.

Despite its secluded feel, it's easy to get to various establishments on the beach (cafes, bars, shops) thanks to a path running along the beach. You can watch the sunsets from the pool

I love how the staff and service is so nice, location is fit my preference as it is quiet and peaceful but the only thing I think they should improve is bathroom should have some curtains in case as friends traveller we can enjoy more privacy

The only downside is that the prices for dishes are a bit higher than in the cafes/restaurants on the beach. The rooms are quite large and clean, with housekeeping available upon request

I've said it many times to everyone: this hotel is good for the price. It's beachfront, the beach is clean, and it's quietly located at the edge of the area.

Everything was great, both the beach and the breakfast. The hotel is a bit 'tired' looking, but everything works well, and the room is spacious.

The beach bar was good. The place clean and great view. The swimming pool open until 11pm. They also have gym and spa. Include hotel and casino. Great place to chilling and enjoying view.

The staff, The beach front location, the beautiful pool with table and chaise full food and drink service. All done very professionally, with standards. Ken Somros was the first to make an impression on me as a guest

From one end, the pool bar is large and has attentive waitrons serving beautiful cocktail with a good pool menu. There is more retaurants further down with excellent seafood choices

He's on the floor greeting guests, creating relationships with guests, and making sure everyone's happy. The quality of the food I found consistently very good, in some cases the best in presentation, and freshness

We met service manager Ravy on site and were impressed that all hotel managers and staff were so immersed in guest relations and satisfaction which is what makes this hotel second to none in the area

If you are going to Koh Rong this is the perfect stop situated less than 5mins from the ferry and the hotel offers complementory transport and assistance with your booking to the pier

Rooms don’t have iron but have all other appliances, very clean, firm king bed, pool facing, good size balcony but cannot keep the balcony door open otherwise room get filled with mosquitoes

Staff are great and friendly. Environment is the best and the pool also great. Room service is fast and the food is good. Overall, everything is excellent.

Great hotel with very attentive staff and close to the main streets of Siem Reap. They also prepared a picnic for us when we got up early to visit Angkor Wat.

Spa services are there but very expensive compared to outside. Tons of spas and shopping places right outside the hotel

A peaceful nest in the city center with spacious, clean, beautiful decoration rooms. Service is incredible. We loved the swimming pool on the 1st floor in a lush garden. And ice cream at the Glasshouse was incredible !

The service was top notch since arrived. Apsara dinner was great experience and the food served was delicious. Especially like the breakfast set up with different kind of activities around.

Special shout out to Viva (extremely attentive and polite, always smiling), my masseuse lady Kimmech (one of the best), Kourou also helped us organized some lovely tours, Ladang, and Kavi who let me come back for breakfast after check out when my flight was rearranged

This is most likely THE BEST hotel I’ve ever stayed at, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the service is top notch, the attention to detail is unbelievably excellent, the photos online don’t do this hotel enough justice

Beautiful well maintained hotel is signature Park Hyatt. And would go back to stay again. Only caveat is that walls are quite thin so you will hear next door neighbor sneezing and talking

I would definitely come back to stay here just to have a detox retreat here in the future. We also did a cooking class here with chef Kinsan and his team which was super fun

As for Koh Rong I recommend staying there, I may be back ! The resort is on the edge of the beach so you are close to pure wonderful nature if you want to take a stroll. I really enjoyed myself there

It's quiet, there are no crowds, and the beach feels like it's all yours. The restaurant serves delicious food, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and beautiful. You can rent boats and SUPs for free

The beach was absolutely gorgeous, not crowded at all, and the environment was stunning. It was just a bit of a shame that the weather wasn't good and we didn't see the sunrise.

Royal Crown is one of the best for value hotel in Siem Reap. The hotel is tucked away but just minutes from all the best nightlife spots, including Pub Streets, Night Markets, and King’s Road

While the interior looks a little dated, their rooms are spacious, super cozy and clean. The pool isn’t big, but it’s perfect for a refreshing swim after a night out

The highlight of our stay was the traditional dance evening – a truly beautiful and memorable experience. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the terrace was absolutely lovely

Classy hotel is a great space to stay in Battambang. I came here for a one night stay and I could do so much in just one night. There’s a big swimming pool, gym, massage and the breakfast buffet was amazing

An absolutely amazing hotel with coffee shop, restaurant, pool and bar, roof top dining and a viewing deck even higher all with bar service. Prices are great and of course the mighty US$ is the currency of choice

Saturday 11th October 2025: Great hotel, staff and food. Really good breakfast selection. We only had two days here before setting off for Phnom Penh but thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Some great places to visit nearby

The room was spacious and the room was like staying in the 90s. I really recommend this hotel if you’re going to Battambang

The hotel facilities are very clean, and the soundproofing in the room is excellent. The bed is also super comfortable, allowing you to sleep soundly until you wake up naturally! Fantastic! 👍🏻

We love this hotel! The location is perfect, right opposite the beach. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. If you want space there is a small balcony, lots of poolside sun beds, a cafe and of course the beach

I love how the swimming pool is big and deep enough for a good swim, and not to mention there are 2 of them. The gym gives the best view, covering the vast expansion of the sea

Considering parking spots, they can tend to be a little full as there's only about 8 spots or so, and I found myself trying to find parking spots after leaving in the afternoon to dine out

Mini bar is a LITTLE expensive, it came with nuts, cup noodles, water bottles, and in the fridge there were sodas and drinks. The bed is comfortable, neatly arranged

It's our 4th or 5th time staying here, and it is the best! They made our trip more memorable by providing a clean and highly professional environment for the guest

The soap they use for the bathroom and to clean the towels smell like smoke. The bathroom including the one in the room wasn’t as cleaned as I like. The bed was fine (and quite comfy)

Pool could be cleaned more as there were leaves towards the jacuzzi side. Location is great but I would not stay here again
