Phnom Penh, No. 227, Street 19, Chaktomuk 🧭 Map
Pool: Pool
Once you step into the property you’ll find yourself in another reality- lush garden, turquoise pool, heritage building (dating back to 1920), everything is quite, peaceful and amazingly beautiful
The decoration is a state of the art itself, each detail is placed rightly and bring such joy for eyes of the visitors with good taste
Hotel PAVILION is our home in Phnom Penh as
Everything we need we have there. Big, and traditionally furnished rooms, two pools and tasty food
The stuff is a special story as everyone is friendly and always with smile on the face
Excellent stay. Room was spacious. It really felt like a green and peaceful oasis in the middle of the city. Would recommend and return there in an instant.
A colonial type boutique hotel located in a secluded area near the royal palace. A beautiful hotel with lush greenery with two swimming pools. The staff were very attentive and accommodating
This place is a serious mosquito breeding ground. The restaurant has repellant on every table. I booked a private pool room with the intention of hanging out outside. i had to douse myself in repellant

Dining area is very relaxing with views of the pool. We had the ground floor room near the pool. The reflective one way windows offer privacy. No hand towels and only 1 short bar above toilet for hanging towels
Lovely hotel based around a small central pool. Lovely room, great staff, nice for a sandwich and beer by the pool. Good location as 10 mins walk from the centre and lots of little shops around for water etc
The hotel's pool was a great way to wind down and cool off (although more recliners would be great - maybe a couple more in the small space?) and the kitchen and bar can prepare meals and cocktails
Our shower was slow to drain and we couldn’t figure out how to work the safe and someone came up immediately. That never happens! Breakfast was nothing special but we enjoyed the small pool
We stayed here for nearly a week, and this place met my family's needs. We got a room that was actually two connected rooms so the kids had their own room. The main room was spacious and the beds comfortable
Outdoor pool has a freeze of the churning of the ocean of milk

Garden pool has no attendant - loud unruly families who scream and shout (the adults, not the kids) and let their children openly piss in the pool and find that funny
We love everything about this resort. The cleanliness, the environment, the staff, the breakfast, the coffee, the menu. It is so peaceful & tranquil, wish we could stay longer
This hotel is well maintained, the team are helpful and professional, the rooms are large and clean, the food is decent with a wide variety to suit all palates and well priced, they have two large pools with lots of sun loungers, and the setting is a tropical paradise
The pools are lovely, especially if you have kids, but there isn’t much to do in the surrounding area beyond Kampot pepper farms, a jungle trail, and Kep’s crab market
We heard so much about Veranda, and it did not disappoint! It’s well kept, updated and spacious rooms, attentive staff and amazing views from the pool and restaurant, made for a memorable visit!
Very cozy hotel, good view, good hospitality, kids friendly, food it’s good. The pool it’s amazing, we enjoyed.

Room Size: superb
Location: superb
Within Siem Reap tourist vicinity where we can reach most of the township places by foot. Easy to travel around with tuktuk the local public "cabby"
The room was comfortable and clean. The only problem we had was the safe in the room wasn't working
Very welcoming hotel. Our family room was very large. The hotel is located a few steps from the old market and Pub Street. The pool and solarium are very welcoming and a great place to relax. The staff is delightful.
We called a repairman, who came, looked at it, concluded the battery needed replacing, and said he'd come back tomorrow to fix it! Unfortunately, no one showed up before we checked out
Breakfast is perhaps the weakest point, as there isn't a huge variety of Western foods, but it's still good
Room was perfect, lots of room, clean, had a balcony also. Location of hotel is perfect lots of restaurants within 2 min walk, Pub Street is a quick walk also for all your nightly entertainment

Good stay, the staff was nice and helpful. Free airport pick up and drop off. Nice pool and garden. Good fish Amok!
The place is nice. Although it's not within walking distance to Siem Reap capital, Tuk Tuk ride is easy to find via grab app and is affordable. The breakfast is fine, the area is quiet and staff is helpful and friendly.
Room was very spacious. Swimming pool is nice. Breakfast need to improve because every day is the same food.
Amazing good hotel. I stayed in Tanei Angkor e times. For me, there is no other hotel in Siem Reap. Amenities, staff, cleaning, big room... No one bad thing to say.
Swimming pool is in the middle and give a great look. No lift so if you have elder people traveling with you better request a ground level room. Restaurant close early so if you are coming back late buy some food with you
Lovely small resort with amazing staff. A bit out of town so you need to get tuk tuks to get anywhere but you make this up with the cheaper cost and more space

A hidden gem! Very beautiful Place, charme like an Temple, usually that Kind of Hotels you find in Bali!
Location is Great, you find everything what you Need around, Temples Not far with tuktuk, Airport one Hour Drive, but Hotel itself is very quiet!
The staff here is so Kind, so lovely, always smiling and doing the best for you having a warm and charming atmosphere!
The breakfast let you find everything...
Though the hotel is beautiful and clean, it’s the people that really make this hotel special. Alice in particular went above and beyond to make our stay fun and memorable
Sam at the restaurant was extremely attentive and our driver Moni kept us cool and comfortable with water, beer, and cold towels wherever we went. I would absolutely stay here again
We also had the same driver, Jackie, all 3 days and he provided outstanding service, always offering water and cold towels. The property is beyond stunning
Alice has been in communication and helped us book things via WhatsApp weeks before we even arrived. Phanit and Roth are exceptional with their service, kind, and always smiling and helpful
This place is amazing beyond my wildest expectations. The Temple Hotel group's staff here goes above and beyond to make the experience perfect for you

I may be leaving tomorrow, but I will come home soon
Great apartment Liked · Lee is around all the time. He managed to get a room cleaned and let us check in early which was great as we were tired after a long flight. The location is a walking distance from pub streets
Tons of restaurants, supermarket and safe to walk. The source a great all day cafe is next door. The pool area is green, clean and relaxing. The bonus is the housekeeping every day and fresh towels
We stayed Family room ( 2bed room+ Living+ Kitchen + 3 bathroom) Very big and comfortable to stay 5 days. We can walk to Pub street for 10min. I recommend this place for stay like a living in this town
The apartment was very nice, big, clean and in a great location. Would stay here again.
Stayed there in the 2 bedroom family suite for about 4 nights. Pros - Lots of places to eat, walkable to pub street, convenient access to little stores around the area. The rooms were big, the living room was big too

Our stay was very pleasant, even though the weather wasn’t (raining and a little bit stormy). The bathroom was a little bit adventurous because of the weather, as it had an open roof—but we knew that
We had a room with an outdoor shower, which wasn't very convenient during the rainy season, but the staff changed our room without hesitation
The location is great—not too central and near the port, but also not too far; the market is just a couple of minutes away on foot
Overall a good hotel for a stay in Kampot, located a little outside the downtown's bustle
We would recommend this hotel, and we are coming again

Food is served in the restaurant at the ground floor at the back connecting to the pool where surrounded by hotel room. I like the swimming pool at this hotel
My experience at Juliana was a bit underwhelming. The positive things would be the breakfast buffet, decor, pool area & overall room quality
Had the dinner buffet here with the missus. Food was above average, atmosphere was above average but the staff was very welcoming so that's a big plus. I recommend if you want somewhere nice and just super hungry
The hotel is one of the hidden place in the Central busy area of Phnom Penh which overlooked by many. They have good size of meeting room, sound system and projector
Also if you reserve they will print a cut out of your name and place it on the table, pretty cool
Always a row of tuk-tuks outside the entrance of the hotel. Common area is well served with a bar until 11pm. Surprisingly few gekkos and none in the room. Staff were friendly and generally spoke good english

So… don’t hesitate, book your stay! ✨🌱
Pros: The staff were all smiles and had a great attitude, greeting us proactively whenever we met them, which made us feel very welcome. The owner even came out personally to say hello. The room was also quite spacious
Throughout our stay, the hotel staff consistently greeted us wherever we went within the property. Our room was cozy and clean, making us feel like a prince and princess during our stay at the hotel
Cons: The hotel is located on a small street, a bit far from the main attractions. The facilities are quite basic and dated. All the power outlets on the nightstands are power strips
We appreciated the warm welcome and local advice from the owner Mr. Spacious and comfortable rooms with everything you could need. Beds were comfortable and linens and towels top quality
Beautiful hotel in a relaxed quiet setting but still close to shops and attractions. Staff were superb, some of the most kind and professional customer service we have ever experienced

There is not really a communal area in the evening as there is no restaurant / pool bar but we liked the quiet atmosphere to relax after sightseeing!
Thank you to all the staff and housekeeping - our room was always made up perfectly everyday
The breakfast options were great, a large buffet with fruit and local dishes. You could also get an omelette cooked or noodles in broth made (which was delicious!). The pool was great and quiet
Great location , easy to walk into town, baton supermarket down the street and nice cafes around. Was very empty and the room was nice with a balcony. Pool was well looked after and staff were kind.
We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a great distance into town and to pub street (10 min walk or short tuktuk). The staff were very friendly and helpful, helped us organise our tour of Angkor wat
Quiet, elegant and center of the city. It has a small gym room and a swimming pool. The room is spacious though.

I had a very nice stay in the hotel. It is beautiful with a nice outside/pool area. The rooms are specious and well equipped. The location is also good, a lot of restaurants and cafés nearby
This place offers incredible value for money! The wooden decor is really tasteful and well-maintained. The balcony, koi pond, and pool are all lovely and relaxing. Our room was spacious and very clean
Wonderful hotel, the room was very spacious and beautiful. There's a pool, and the breakfasts are delicious.
We're giving a high rating upfront because there was an issue after booking, but in the end, everything was resolved successfully. It's a good hotel, quite large, with its own grounds and spacious rooms
When the sun started to get a bit much, a staff member went out of her way to move us to another table – essentially cleaning up an extra spot – and then *she* even apologized to *us*! So thoughtful
The location is very convenient, with everything from large supermarkets to food courts within walking distance. If there are many guests, it's a buffet plus an à la carte dish

Add to that the spa, pool and warm staff, and you have a hotel that works perfectly for both leisure and business. Everything feels thoughtfully done, from service to amenities
I can highly recommend this hotel! I spent six months in Cambodia for work and regularly stayed in Phnom Penh on the weekends. Every time, I booked the White Mansion Hotel. The team is incredibly friendly and attentive
You feel welcome from the very first second and they remembered me every time! The rooms are very beautiful and clean, and the breakfast is delicious. In addition, the hotel is very well located
We stayed at the White mansion Boutique Hotel in Kampot in February for 5 days. The staff is very friendly & helpful. The hotel has a good location - easily walkable to the major sites
This building has deep roots in Cambodia’s past, and knowing it was once used as the U. ambassador’s residence during the troubled 1970s adds a powerful meaning to the experience
The mansion’s character has been beautifully preserved: elegant architecture, a calm courtyard feel, and a timeless atmosphere that stands apart from more generic modern hotels

Amazing relax I was there with my wife so very peaceful and nature decor
i like the hotel hosting a lot~ the girl (Nary) at the front desk is very friendly, she always give us warm smiles and talk very politely and also the cleaning staff(Jo). Stay here if you want to feel like home😊

Central Hotel with a nice breakfast included. I chose a room without windows as it was cheaper, but I'm not sure if I would do it again in the future as the air was not that fresh.
Large rooms with polished concrete floors. Water dispensers for drinking water on each floor. It has a bar adjoined downstairs which is the same place where you get breakfast.
Beds are firm and comfortable.
It’s a cost-effective hotel with great value for money. On the second day, for some reason, there was no hot water (I didn’t touch any switches), but I’d still like to stay here again.
lovely people, great little gym, sweet breakfast with hot toast and coffee etc, windowless rooms are perfect for sleeping in, shower is nice, everything clean, book on booking
The room was quite small and the soundproofing was poor. Even though I don't smoke, they still charged me $50 for smoking, haha.
Nice, clean room and bathroom with complete amenities plus good and satisfying breakfast.

This hotel makes me feel very good. Every hotel staff I met is very polite. Whether it is the front desk staff, security staff, or room service staff, they are all very friendly. The hotel is in a very good location
The rooftop swimming pool is large, there are lounge chairs for sunbathing, and there are sofas in the shade to sit
There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It is close to the city center. If you rent a motorcycle to go to Angkor Wat, it is very convenient. It is basically a straight road. The hygiene is also very good
The rooms are spacious and the wooden interior is full of characteristics. If I come to Siem Reap again, I will definitely stay here again. I hope that all the staff will work smoothly and be happy every day

This is a cheap hotel with a nice location, but the public areas were dusty and poorly maintained. It does have a swimming pool; however, the staff are friendly to us.
Very friendly staff. Spacious room. Great location. Good English spoken. Swimming pool is a bonus. Loved the rooftop terrace as well. Great value for money.
I booked the hotel for someone else, and they had a pleasant stay. The hotel is in a convenient location, making it easy to explore the city
Location of the hotel is really great, right near the market and pub street. So, if going out is the goal then this is a great option with rooftop access and swimming pool. Staff were very friendly as well

The only thing I didn’t like was that on the second floor the water pressure was low, and it was difficult to adjust the water temperature. Otherwise, everything was perfect
Turns out my husband and I stayed at this hotel 10 years ago! It was lovely to relive those memories. This time, we came with our family and stayed in connecting rooms
The cocktail prices were very reasonable, and we even caught a 'buy two, get one free' offer! It's close to the center; we zipped to the main street on a tuk-tuk
A wonderful hotel located close to all entertainment spots. There is a shuttle stop from the airport nearby. Delicious breakfasts and very friendly staff

I deducted a point for the decor because the hotel is older, and you can tell the furniture is a bit worn. But the pool is excellent and very refreshing

I paid around$ 50 per night for the room upstairs with a balcony. I liked the design of the room. Simple and elegant using good quality materials. The pool area is also very lovely with shallow and deep sections
Good service and good food plus excellent environment
Swimming in the pool early in the morning was wonderful; surrounded by lush greenery, it felt like being in a forest
A good sized room that was clean and the pool area was very relaxing. The bed was really hard, which the staff then came to provide an additional mattress topper to improve – made it better but was still pretty firm
Plus, there's a laundromat right across the street, which is super convenient!
As a breastfeeding mom who needed to frequently store breast milk and transport ice packs during my trip, I must extend a special thank you to the Assistant Manager, Manager, and all the staff in the kitchen and at the front desk
