The breakfast offerings are varied and delicious. Dalis Soy, the manager, has taken care with our every request. The pool is big and a great way to rest from your trips to the temples

We did a tri-country trip so we had a lot of hotel-hopping, and I can definitely say this is the BEST hotel we’ve been to! Our experience here from hotel pick-up, welcome drinks, service, breakfast buffet, and amenities are top notch! No wonder why they’re a five-star hotel

If I had any area to improve, I would ask for slightly faster service at the bar as it could take a few minutes longer than expected to make the cocktails, but they were nice enough to make up for it

Only 6 sunbeds by the rooftop pool but we never had a problem getting a couple

Fantastic hotel. One of the best in Phnom Penh. Great views from pool. Laundry room on about 6 floors with dryers. Really friendly staff and very helpful.

I got a free upgrade to their deluxe studio which is great. The room is big and clean and equipped with the washing machine (wash and dry) with a full fetched fridge and a dry pantry to cook if required

The hotel is immaculately clean and has a very modern, impressive appearance throughout the common areas. My guestroom was a highlight—well-designed, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard

Things to improve on: - the water pressure in the toilet for the shower head - the 3 pin plugs to be made accessible in parallel with the desk in the room (currently below the desk)

Peter, the Front Desk Manager, was a standout. He was incredibly helpful and did his absolute best to accommodate every request I had. My only minor critique is the breakfast

He has been accommodating to our request for late check out and ensure our well being during the stay. Highly recommend this hotel if you are a business traveller

The restaurants were really good. The concierge helped us arrange a Tuk Tuk to explore everyday. And the pool and gym facilities were superb. My husband and I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return

We had a spacious room on the 4th floor overlooking the inner courtyard and pool. Nights were generally quiet, with only occasional noise coming from neighboring rooms

On the positive side, the facilities are great: a nice swimming pool, a large gym, and an on-site spa where we had a very good massage. Housekeeping was done daily and the room was always clean

We had to change the first room that we got as it was too loud. The second room we got facing the pool on the 3rd floor was amazing. The stuff was very friendly and helpful with our issue

Starting from check-in to when we left, everyone was so friendly, kind and welcoming! We went during the off-season, so the hotel was not crowded and we were able to enjoy the amenities (pool, gym) with very few people around

The gym is quite large (one of the biggest we've seen during our Asia travels so far) and the pool is also very nice

The breakfast spread is pretty good. The pool is nice and it's really lovely inside and out. Even a nice gift shop with some reasonable handmade crafts

The pool was lovely and clean which chairs around the outside edge depending on the time of day it was hard to get the umbrellas to completely shade the chair

If Paradise Has Turndown Service, It Probably Looks Like the Rosewood Phnom Penh I’ve stayed in many hotels, but none quite like the Rosewood Phnom Penh — a place so elegant that even my reflection in the lobby mirror straightened its tie and started behaving better

Dining quality is only matched by the brilliant city view at that elevation only to be found in Rosewood. For international traveller, it's value for money if we allow ourselvs to splurge a little

This place is very expensive, but is top notch. I stayed here through the AMEX Platinum FHR. I forgot the girl who was from my hometown city, Siem Reap and the man who gave me Kampot pepper as a little souvenir as well

The AC in our room had minor issue. Staff members understood the issue and helped to resolve. Knowing that there was going to be some technical difficulties, they switched a room for us IMMEDIATELY.

 Staff were always polite and attentive.   It’s not a new hotel but they keep it well maintained.   Some constructive criticism: the bath towels are not up to hotel standards and need replacing

Cleanliness was excellent, staff were friendly, food was great, location was perfect, but when I told housekeeping to clean the room they didn't cleaned well, which made me a bit uncomfortable because I stayed for 4 days and in 4 days I only told them to clean once and they didn't cleaned it well, other than that everything was fine, great, highly recommended for business people, families and tourists

The Angkor Paradise Hotel has a good location with numerous restaurants easy walking distance, and the staff consistently provide great service. However, the internet connection in our room is quite slow.

Hotel is great and the staff are lovely, the pool was the best bit and there is also a good happy hour from 4 - 8pm everyday. Rooms are spacious and would stay there again.

Normally I would be afraid to write a review of a hotel that I like so much, but with 456 rooms I don’t have to worry about it being full. Do yourself a favor and stay here when in Siem Reap

The outside dining area is lovely as is the pool area, this also has a bar. The breakfasts were good but did not change at all during our stay. Dinner was good and catered for my wife's Gluten intolerance

The lobby area is also lovely and has a good gift shop that is reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our only issue was the dated room including the shower in the bath

We cannot recall the last hotel that we stayed at that had this. However, how long do you spend in a hotel room? The location was good with some tourist attractions within walking distance or a cheap tuk tuk trip away

Swimming at the Tara Angkor Hotel is always a delight! The pool is very clean, spacious, and comfortable to swim in. Plus, there are some lovely chairs, plenty of nice things to eat/drink, and a lovely washroom

The location is excellent, conveniently near the airport bus stop and within 2 kilometers of Phnom Penh's major attractions, making it very easy to get around

Check-in is easy, you are walking distance from many great restaurants, and the breakfast buffet is really extensive

Downstairs, there's a pool, restaurant, and bar, with a diverse menu offering many food options. All the staff are incredibly friendly

I couldn't get through on the phone and had a language barrier, so I asked the front desk to call the travel agency for me, and they were very enthusiastic and helpful! My English isn't great, and I needed to use Google Translate to assist with communication, but the staff were never impatient

This hostel is absolutely, incredibly, amazingly great! I've never seen a dormitory room this big and spacious in a hostel before! The upper bunk has steps, not a ladder, which is really fantastic! The bathroom is also quite spacious

Next to the supermarket, there's a coffee shop that accepts Alipay! There are tons of restaurants around, more than you can possibly try, and it's not far from the pub street or the river

I arrived around noon, before the 2 PM check-in time, but they still allowed me to check in directly. Another time, I booked an activity elsewhere, and the driver never showed up

The location is also excellent. Right across the street, there's a supermarket – not just a convenience store, but a proper supermarket, though not huge

Amazing stay at the Somerset! My favorite hotel in phnom penh! Beautiful rooms with everything you need! Comfy bed , smart tv, hairdryer , washer and ironing facilities , great kitchen , rice cooker was a great addition! Great roof top gym with good equipment , Pilates/yoga room and beautiful roof pool with comfy round beds

If you bring big size luggage, it may quite obstruct the space. There was quite noisy on the opposite of the resident building with dog barking at late night. Which is quite disturbing which can't blame the hotel

Breakfast was simple and just enough. There is only one menu placing one table which you may not aware that coffee and other egg are order per request. Hope every table can place the menu, so we can aware of it
