Excellent welcome and service in a very well located hotel because it is close to the center but in a quiet street. Large rooms, a little old but very pleasant. One downside: average breakfast
Ours, Pi Sey, proved charming, helpful, and gracious. The hotel boasts a nice swimming pool and the spa is great
Having just finished a long trek in Nepal, we were looking for a spot where we could relax, refresh, and also use as a jumping off spot to see the wonderful cultural, religious, and historical sites surrounding Siem Reap
Pisey helped us set up great tours to Angkor Wat and surrounding temples and also to Tonle Sap lake. All were super interesting and we made sure to take lots of breaks to refresh and conserve our energy
Just home from the most amazing 5 nights at this hotel. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like royalty. We were greeted with a cool refreshing drink and taken round the hotel and then up to our room
Sohim was our guest curator and looked after all our needs, explained how to get the temple pass and then after understanding what we wanted to do arranged all the transfers - it couldn’t have been easier
It's close to the city center, and the interior environment is elegant
My bed was perfect and the pillows were soft and comfortable, they also had a pillow menu if the pillows were not comfortable and could get them custom ordered to your needs ( what a fantastic idea )
The staff were so accommodating and friendly. The indoor pool was perfect and the in house restaurant food was delicious. Such a nice relaxing experience if and when you need some downtime and R&R
I have stayed in Cambodia many times over the years in many hotels. This was my first stay in Palace gate hotel and Residents, and have to say it’s my favourite hotel by far
The room is clean and near to everywhere, if u go down from hotel many store at beside hotel
Very big and spacious room. Good location and friendly staff
They catered for dietary requirements and ensured that the rooms were clean, comfortable and safe. Our group loved the facilities and the freedom that it allowed them
The clubhouse serves an array of delicious food including a great breakfast. Will definitely make CCC our choice whenever we visit Phnom Penh
Facilities are kinda old. Especially the breakfast has not much choices. One person can only order one main dish. The stop offer takeaway breakfast so you need to have breakfast on site.
This is my 2nd visit to Phnom Penh over a 1 year period and CCC just gets better with every visit. The place exudes calmness and serenity. Cleanliness and service is above par
staff of hotel are nice and polite.
Room is clean.
Hotel nearby old airport district and nearby main road, convenience to arrange transportation.
I came to the Cambodian Country Club as part of a group trip and they went above and beyond to meet the needs of our party
Secondly, the hotel is conveniently located, with all major attractions in Phnom Penh easily accessible by tuk-tuk. Additionally, it boasts a rooftop pool and gym, providing comprehensive facilities and great views
This is nice comfy and amazing hotel!!!!! breakfast is serve in your bed, the bed ? do i have to say how soft and comfortable like your in a cloud and the staff ? they upgraded us to river view suit likeeee so sulit, and its not the expensive ha ? the value is equating to quality service and comfort!!
Very friendly people, stylish rooms, great location, and an amazing view. I would definitely come back! (Small note: Don't leave food out, it attracts cockroaches. But that's not a problem specific to the hotel
The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Soundproofing was excellent, providing a quiet and peaceful environment throughout the stay. Everything felt well managed and comfortable
It was a nice experience with this hotel. I stayed here several times because of the design of the room and nice service. My only problem is about the smell of cigarettes
Firstly, the hotel is located on a higher floor, offering an excellent view of the confluence of Phnom Penh's three rivers, ensuring we enjoyed a beautiful cityscape
Located in Phnom Penh, 1.4 km from Royal Palace Phnom Penh, HH Hotel & Sky Bar provides accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre.

Breakfast was A la Carte with a variety of western & Cambodian options. The pool was a relief after a day of sightseeing. Special mention to staff member Chambay (?)
After careful research we booked our own hotels and traveled independently. Most of our choices were great. Sadly our first option in Siem Reap let us down. Cockroaches! Thankfully Reasey Boutique Villa was close by
75, wonderful!!! Everything about our week visit was amazing. Even the border crossing, which we were afraid would be stressful, was not unpleasant though it takes a little time to navigate
Great hotel, located centrally to the markets, Pub Street, Old French Quarter & Wat Bo. Plenty of restaurants & shops are located in the area. Stayed in a hotel room rather than a villa
Breakfast was very good, the rooms were clean, and there was a small pool – what more could you want? The location is fantastic, central yet quiet, and just a 15-minute walk to the market
It's the beginning of the day, giving people the most comfortable feeling. The room, reception, and yard are super clean. The service is excellent and welcoming, and every request is promptly resolved
Amenities: The pool area is the highlight, with plenty of sun loungers and a relaxing vibe. The Gym, while functional, is quite small and could use some upgrades
The bed was medium-firm with crisp, clean, sheets, and the towels were satisfactory
The room would also benefit from a full-length mirror nearby the entrance for those quick fit checks. Service: This is where the Aviary truly shines. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping were outstanding
Common areas and the lobby are beautifully designed with lush greenery, creating a tranquill atmosphere in a busy part of the town. Room & Comfort: The Kingfisher Deluxe room was spacious and well-appointed
What elevates this property to a true 4-star experience is the exceptional service and overall ambiance. Conclusions: The Aviary Hotel offers a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and hospitality
One quick note worth mentioning: the toilet is detached from the main bathroom, so you would need to walk across the room to wash your hands. An unusual layout, but manageable
In the heart of BKK1 you are not far from the action. The hotel offers excellent facilities including a steam room, sauna and adaquit swimming pool. The staff are super friendly and helpful
attentive service from the staff.
the facilities such as gym, pool, sauna and steam room are provided as advertised.
overall hotel and rooms are clean.
the location is walking distance to many food options
The bed was possibly the most comfortable I've ever found in South East Asia. The aircon and internet were great, bathroom spacious and shower hot.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again.
I would highly recommend. Location is perfect, staff very friendy and attentive. Room has everything you need and the bed and pillow are very comfortable.
Clean and comfortable rooms, quiet environment, and friendly staff. Great location and overall a very pleasant stay. Would definitely stay again.
Professional courteous staff and service. Very willing to assist me with directions and restaurant suggestions.

Great stay in Siem Reap! Their staff were friendly all the time even on calls at night to enquire anything. Location was great, walking distance to pub street and many restaurants
Great stay. Only thing i didnt like is that they made me pay for water when it was understood it was fre
Breakfast is nice and they even packed for us when we were rushing to airport at 6am
It's a good hotel for those who prioritize location, but it may not be suitable for those who want quiet. Also, the breakfast, which I was looking forward to, had very few options and was disappointing
The hotel is conveniently located for getting around, but it was difficult to sleep because of the noise outside that continued until the early hours of the morning
The staff's service was so good that I sincerely hope they improve the facilities and food
Spacious rooms, have breakfast facilities, swimming pool, Spa & Massage center (expensive), 24h reception, free parking space
But only a short ride costing $1 USD into town Food thought was excellent and drinks reasonably priced. I loved just chilling out by the pool. Looking forward to returning one day
Stayed here to attend a conference. Certainly one of the best hotels I have stayed in, in Asia. It is not plush 5 star but just a genuinely beautiful hotel. I had a large comfortable twin room with everything I needed
The hotel manager and all her staff were first class and could not have been more helpful and attentive. The hotel is in a quiet secluded area away from the bustle of central Siem Reap
A stunning hotel in Siem Reap with warm hospitality and a beautifully designed space. The perfect blend of comfort and charm, making every stay unforgettable!
Tucked into the historic district yet just a short drive from Pub Street, the Old Market, and the Royal Residence, it balanced convenience with serenity
Great hotel, I spent 1 week here, big rooms, nice balcony, very friendly staff, nice restaurant and pool, quiet location only 7min tuk tuk ride from downtown pub street
Best resort in Siem Reap. Silent place best for relax, with a good serving.
Nice and quiet during COVID season. Loved the hot shower.
I really enjoyed my stay here and will come back again
A beautiful and spacious room with wonderful staff. I would love to go back and swim in their wonderful pool. We also had a delicious breakfast. In the afternoon, they have a great happy hour with an excellent bartender.
It's a really peaceful place, with a lot of different rooms to choose from if you want pool access from your room, a balcony or some privacy
I spent a couple of mornings after breakfast sitting on the rooftop enjoying the pool for a couple of hours. The views over the city are incredible and it was a wonderful place to relax
Patio Hotel was the perfect place to stay, and not expensive. Situated in a little alleyway the lead to some of the most wonderful craft Al bars, cocktail bars and restaurants of all different types
Everything I needed as a solo traveller was within walking distance of the Hotel for my 3 day stay here in Phnom Penh. The stuff were delightful – always smiling and happy and very friendly
A beautiful hotel in an excellent location. It was easy to navigate the city from here. The room was comfortable and clean and the hotel had a great selection of food and drink. Staff were friendly and helpful
The highlight was the rooftop pool and seating with fantastic views across the city
The location couldn't be better. All the restaurants you'll love are around the hotel. It's on the bar street and within walking distance of 3-5 major attractions.
We stayed at this hotel for four days. We loved it: it was clean, cozy, and quiet. It was lovely to swim in the clean pool after a hot day. The room was very spacious, the bed was soft, and the linens were crisp white
The rooms were very clean spacious with lots of sitting area and work area, the swimming pool was peaceful, quite large and plenty of lounge, chairs and shade if you wanted
Most importantly, the staff's service is truly excellent, especially the young man who escorted us to our room during check-in on December 31st, and he also saw us to the door when we left, even bringing us mosquito coils when there were mosquitoes
First of all, the location is excellent, right in the heart of Siem Reap. It's very peaceful, not far from Pub Street and the market, within 2 kilometers. The hotel environment is fantastic, very chill
From the minute we arrived the staff could not do enough for us so polite so willing to help us in any way they could. The setting is magical, relaxing, and quite comfortable
the dinner we had was delicious and thoughtfully presented as was our daily breakfast plenty full and delicious. And the staff at breakfast was extremely attentive

The pool is fantastic, and the grounds are also very beautiful (but they ruined the experience on the second-to-last day; we didn't want to complain, we didn't want to ruin our nerves)
The sauces were delicious, and the food felt fresh and authentic. There is also a poolside restaurant, where we were even invited by the resort to a 4-course menu. This was a very generous gesture
The location is ideal for excursions – Angkor Wat and the Floating Village are both easily accessible from here. Day tours can be booked directly at the hotel, and the staff is always happy to provide helpful information
We especially enjoyed the local Khmer restaurant “Mae Ly” on the property, which we tried as well. We had fried rice with egg and vegetables, which was so tasty that we ordered it again, plus grilled chicken
Additionally: we initially gave Google a 4, but it's now been downgraded because our review is shown on my wife's page, and everyone else can't see it (Google is very greedy)
The resort is surrounded by nature, very calm and relaxing. The property has a nice size with around 16 villas, which creates a personal atmosphere without mass tourism
These were incredible 4 days!!! The hotel is simply magical, very beautiful, the service is top notch! The food is impeccable, everything is delicious! The relaxation area is also wonderful! The location is 10/10: the river, the French Quarter, and the night market are nearby—everything is within walking distance
For someone who has stayed at numerous hotels in Siem Reap over the last 8 years, this would have to be one of my favourites. The staff are so kind, helpful and always there to help and made my stay so enjoyable
The room was very nice, but there were quite a few mosquitoes. However, I can understand this in Southeast Asia, and the hotel responded quickly to my request and helped us get rid of the mosquitoes
Marveleous hotel! Everything runs fine in the hotel. Room was clean and enough big. Situation is also good at least to me and my wife because we love peace not bars and pubs
We went to Angkor Wat, Phnom Kulen Waterfall, and even went on a hot air balloon ride!!! I recommend this place to everyone, it's a real gem in Siem Reap ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
All the other reviewers have already described the outstanding features — gorgeous property, lush jungle landscaping, serene pool, and absolutely impeccable service from kind staff members
This hotel is great! The rooms are beautiful, bed is very comfortable. They have a nice swimming pool. Would recommend staying there.
Had to ask the staff for towels, and the room didn't come with a comb. The toothbrush provided was practically useless.
One of the best bang for your buck hotels in phenom phen hands down. Great room, pool and close to everything.
"
Comfort: "The bed was very comfortable, and I slept soundly throughout the night. "
Amenities: "The hotel had a great pool area and a well-equipped gym, which we enjoyed using
Amazing hotel. Staff are so friendly. We have stayed in this hotel a few times now and would highly recommend
The view and location is amazing, the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very nice. The rooftop pool and bar have the best view. And staff were very nice and helpful. However the breakfast buffet was very average
Great experience! Very friendly staff and clean room. The location is extremely strategic, right in the middle of everything and surrounded by shops. Highly recommended!
For the price this is an amazing hotel. I've lived in Cambodia for over a year now and have stayed at lots of hotels. A place like this would normally cost $40-60/night
Good hotel, good location, locate in the city center easily to walk around
So to have a beautiful place for $20 something is amazing
Service is good. Place is very clean.
The price is a bit high but it is luxury. If don't like guesthouse, you can relax here alone or with your friend there because the air-con is cool and the bed is comfortable.
The pool is great to relex and the room is a perfect size
Highly recommended
Quiet hotel , clean and good room , staff very helpful, balcony to see the city , you can rent motobike, 5 minutes to old market by motobike.
The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. Overall, the facilities were clean and comfortable
The breakfast, in particular, was fantastic – you could choose one item from a wide variety of options, and it tasted delicious
Regarding the location, it's a bit outside the city center, but it's easy and inexpensive to get downtown quickly by taxi, which was great
This is a great hotel! It has a pool, the rooms are spacious, and everything is very clean. The staff are really helpful too. The view from the window is beautiful
In the room we found adaptor plugs, mosquito spray, sarongs for use by the pool and the fridge on the balcony was very handy. Tea and coffee were available in the room
Beautifully curated interior in traditional Khmer houses , exquisite garden in peaceful surroundings with birds and tree squirrels adding to the tranquil atmosphere. Fantastic Khmer food lovingly homemade
The pool wasn’t very big but big enough to swim in and very warm. The breakfast gave lots of choice and was very nice. We had lunch and dinner here that too was also very tasty, great food
From the moment you arrive to the moment you depart you know you are staying in a truly special place. The room we stayed in (The Green Room) overlooked the pool and beautiful gardens
A beautifully idyllic place tucked away with the most fabulous, kind and attentive staff. We were pampered each day and enjoyed the delicious food, tropical gardens and pool
Maison Polanka is a wonderful boutique hotel, with delightful staff and set in beautiful grounds shared with their two white rabbits! Our room was huge but our balcony even bigger! Air con was very efficient and not noisy

The hotel is so nice! Locations is perfect. The rooms are very comfortable, breakfast is delicious. And the staff very helpful. I would highly recommend staying there
The breakfast was good. The place need more bright lights The place is dim.The lobby where it look like a pool below it's bree mosquito
Everything is fine, but it's close to the pub street and a bit noisy. Also, forgot to put toothbrushes in room
Also, the bed and pillows were extremely hard, and when we asked for a softer pillow, they just brought another one exactly the same. We ended up giving up on that
Still, never ideal having your arms and legs covered in bite when waking up on a first night in any city. Recommend, just make sure the room is fumegated first
Had the good fortune of having a room with bed-bugs. Fantastic location, and staff assisted very quickly with said problem
