Nice Anik Palace Hotel is truly a gem in the heart of Phnom Penh. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with warm smiles, professional service, and genuine hospitality

The only issue - a minor one - was that the staff, while always courteous and professional, came across as being somewhat distant and impersonal; apart from the initial welcome and efficient assistance in the organisation of transport to execute our visit programme, we felt somewhat overlooked during the rest of our stay

While a few small compliments of the house every now and then, together with a little more personalised attention, would have made our stay even more memorable, we were generally very satisfied with our choice of this hotel and can certainly recommend this otherwise excellent establishment without hesitation

We had to leave early for a sunrise tour of Angkor Wat, so they woke us up at 4am in case we overslept and packed us a hearty breakfast to go (which is really handy because you can’t trust the hygiene of local food stalls at 5 in the morning)

The hotel is in a very convenient location, is very comfortable and decorated with taste. As one would expect from a hotel of this category, the hotel is impeccably managed and the freshness and hygiene are spotless

The hotel has two swimming pools one of them, that one close to the street, was almost not used by guests, the other swimming pool was more busy, even with a limited beach lounger it was not difficult to fin place

Shame on me that it's taken a year to write a review of this heavenly place. We went for Christmas last year and have spend this Xmas saying "this time last year. " so I felt I must add ny review for this excellent place

The view of the sea from the room was breathtaking, and opening the curtains allowed the refreshing sea breeze to fill the space

All staffs are well trained with good attitude. The young receptionists explain the term of staying clearly and with good smile. The waiters in sky bar and cafe are well trained, prepare the utensils set properly

The location is also very convenient, close to the riverfront and many local restaurants and cafés, so it’s easy to walk around and enjoy Kampong Cham. Overall, LBN Asian Hotel offers very good value for money

It is a wonderful hotel with wonderful view of the river and city. The hotel provides daily spa voucher and drink voucher to the sky bar. Very friendly staff and sumptions breakfast. Highly recommended.

The choice was plentiful and you can always ask for more if you so wish. Food in hotel is really nice and presented to a high standard. There is a small pool with sun loungers. This is a lovely quirky hotel

Our 4 night stay here was towards the end of a month long trip around Laos and Cambodia; this hotel was by far and away the best of the trip and we stayed in some pretty amazing places along the way

Some things I didn't like were the WiFi, it was often very slow; the shower took several minutes to produce any hot water for a shower; and the hotel didn't enforce their own noise/curfew rules about the pool, as for four nights in a row there was one or two families at the pool area having a party until midnight and a couple of times well after

Our room is located on the 2nd level without a lift. Hence the staff had to carry our luggages via stairs. The outdoor area is good, but because of insects, we hardly make good use of it

The Hotel is Low-rise Resort-style. It features a relative big outdoor area in the family suites attached to the Master Room. The bathrooms are lovely with full amenities

The Urban is an excellent hotel with outstanding cleanliness, very friendly and attentive service, and a perfect location close to everything. The restaurant is also a highlight, especially the delicious wood-fired pizza

The pool is the best part, you can relax after a day out exploring or just chill on a hot day. We also used the spa services and massages were really good as well

But they don’t have phone in the room so if you want to tell something to the hotel, you can go there or text via WhatsApp. For the water bottle, you can refill as much as you want at reception which is my favorite part

The rooms are nice and big and the swimming pool invites to some relaxing moments. The drinks you can buy are very cheap (a beer during happy hour is 0,5 Dollar) and the breakfast (a la carte) is ok

At first the place is incredible the staff are nice the lobby is clean checking in was great but when I came to my room 338 there is a air conditioner problem after 1 hour the room was not even cold but when we ask the staff to check it out and I went out for dinner after that the air conditioner is kinda fix but the rest of my stay in this hotel is great

For a weekend stay it’s very nice but I wouldn’t recommend it for longer than 2-3 days at a time because the AC is kind of loud when it cools down the room

It is a bit old, but the facilities are good. It is clean and located on a main road, so it is in a good location. It is suitable for group tourists. There are many groups of Chinese, Korean, and Russian teams

Booked a room during the Water Splashing Festival. The hotel is a bit old, the breakfast is average, and the service is quite enthusiastic

There were also towels available at the pool. However, the pool toilet floor was extremely slippery with wet feet; I fell and cut my finger and got bruised. I wish they could make it less slippery

I stayed for 6 nights, and during one room cleaning, the cups and towels were left untouched. I think it was that one guy, but it's no big deal

This is a pretty standard express hotel for the Siem Reap city area. The front desk service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious too.

We visited Templation for 4 nights in Siem Reap. The location was about 5 minutes from the downtown area by tuk tuk. This ended up being perfect for us

This is a real gem, hidden away in Siem Reap. It’s a fantastic little hotel, really beautifully done with lovely rooms. We had a twin room, which has a lovely pool for after a day walking round the ruins

Each room had its own outdoor bathroom, which was so refreshing! I loved taking shower outside. We ate at many restaurants in Siem Reap including high-end places, but I actually liked the hotel restaurant the best

It was reasonably priced and all the dishes were very well presented. I loved seeing bunnies and gini pigs in the garden. We sometimes had cute visitors in our villa! This hotel really is my favorite
