The location is a bit off, but overall it's very good. The service is very good and satisfactory. The hotel has free activities every day, and I was given a ticket to the Ferris wheel next door when I checked in

Cons: The twin bed in the room was too small. The shower with a bathtub had poor drainage. The bathroom exhaust fan was so noisy that I couldn't sleep even with earplugs, and it wouldn't turn off

Bali hotel is my family as I stay here ever month when business trip in Phnom Penh. Their Pest Control is good and hygiene standard is meeting standard. The hotel staff is helpful.

Overall, it offers great value for money and is highly recommended. The room has good natural light, a cozy decor, and thoughtful details. The service is attentive and thorough, and cleaning is prompt and thorough

The hotel is quite far from the city's main airport (about an hour's drive, which is lengthy) and is also a bit distant from the main street and the flower market. Otherwise, it's a very pleasant resort

The hotel's location, ambiance, and views are all excellent. The front desk staff speaks Chinese, and the service is great. Most importantly, the price is reasonable, and the room hygiene is good

This is my go to hotel in Phnom Phen and I have stayed many times. The staff are attentive and the rooms are very satisfactory. The rooftop swimming pool and bar are both wonderful

The staff are amazing, the rooms are clean and stylish. The tv is big enough and room has separate toilet from shower. It's a very quiet hotel as well. The pool is not my style as it's infinity but its good view

It was an incredibly nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were good. They offered a buffet breakfast, and we were also served either pho or fried rice individually

We are super happy with our stay, it was very comfortable and wish we could have stayed longer so we could have explored even more of Phnom Penh and the surrounding area

We had two hotel bookings because of changed plans and our second room was even more spacious and had a better view than the first one

Good soundproofing, nice environment, and not many bugs during the dry season. I have to say their noodles are really good; the other breakfast options weren't great, but it's not a deal-breaker

Staying on the first floor offers a better experience~ though they initially tried to put me on an upper floor, which I caught and pointed out. Always be a bit more vigilant when traveling!

Excellent location on a quiet street close to the center. It's about a 15-minute walk to Pub Street and around 5 minutes to the riverside. There's a large supermarket nearby

Quite an amazing resort with a lot of usage of concrete all around. Staff are really friendly and attentive. Rooms are great. Happy recommend anytime. Away from hustle bustle however close enough if you wanted to be.

I was looking for a hotel in Siem Reap for my elderly relatives, and honestly, there were so many options it was overwhelming

The hotel is absolutely stunning! The rooms, service and facilities are a highlight! And don’r forget to try the pool.

We were lucky to receive an upgrade and our room was fantastic, huge and clean, with am amazing bathtube and so close to the pool, bar and the gym. The best part of the hotel its the staff

The whole area is so green and beautiful. The only thing is which could have been better is spa pricing which is waaay higher than in a city center. Maybe its better than? But we haven't tried it so I can't tell you

I wanted something within walking distance of Pub Street for convenience, but also worried about noise disturbing their rest. I also preferred to avoid overly trendy hotels popular with a lot of Chinese tourists

Thirdly, the room #411 was very clean, spacious and quiet though there was no view as it faced the façade of the adjacent building, Finally, the breakfast was delicious, high variety of products and had a superbe view on the Mekong River

The hotel itself is quite attractive. The lobby is clean and bright, and they occasionally have local instrument performances. There are two pools, one on the ground floor and another on the rooftop

It's super convenient for exploring the night market on weekends, with a fantastic array of food options right downstairs, including Mexican, Italian, Cambodian, Indian, and Chinese restaurants

The rooftop is also where breakfast is served, which is mostly Western fare like bread, coffee, milk, and salads, alongside some Southeast Asian dishes like粿条 (kway teow) and fried rice

If you get a room overlooking the pool on a higher floor, you can enjoy stunning sunrises. The breakfasts are excellent – delicious and beautifully presented

A couple of small downsides: the water pressure in the shower was weak (but this is more of an issue with the local water system, not the hotel), and we would have liked more variety at breakfast: especially fresh juices, desserts and different types of tea

Lunch and dinner bring from a nearby pizzeria. There is a nice pool with sunbeds. You can relax in the hot weather after watching the temples. By the way tuk Tuk can order direct on respec the hotel

The hotel is quite appropriate for business travelers. Centrally located with a solid breakfast to enjoy. It’s also quite quiet given its location. The higher you go the better the view too.

It was our second time returning to Navutu for a holiday stay and it was just as good as the first time. The service there is so accommodating and the rooms are extremely big

The breakfast menu is extensive with Asian and western options. The greenery of the hotel’s grounds is a plus, especially in dusty and dry Siem Reap. We will definitely be visiting again

Sometimes there's no hot water in the room, and you have to wait a long time for it to come back on. Other than that, everything else is pretty good, and for the price, it offers great value for money

Penh House hotel is extremely clean, lux, big bright airy rooms with balcony, an unforgettable rooftop pool with awesome view. Hotel also has a small gym with squat rack, dumbbells and treadmills
