I've always lived here, and the price dropped this time, I don't know why. It's in the central area, so I recommend it. Restaurants, delivery services, banks, and taxis are all easily accessible nearby

Hotel and facilities are great. The stuff very friendly and helpful Breakfest with different choices. The place itself is a little bit far from the river, but tuktuks are everywear 😀

The only downside is that the bathrooms tend to leak everywhere

Eventually, after much insistence on our part, the staff managed to obtain a baby cot from the residence apartment adjacent to the hotel

We had requested a baby cot during our booking, so we were surprised to learn at check-in that the hotel does not provide them

As we did not receive any prior communication about this, we were unable to make alternative arrangements in advance

All is well maintained and kept The pool is a welcome bonus with attendant staff, a bar and lounges. Food can be ordered to the poolside. Conveniently located to all that Siem Reap has to offer

Beautiful colonial style 2 bedrooms apartment with 2 bathrooms, separate kitchen, dinning area and lounge room, balcony with pool view. there is also a washing machine

We love it, it's like your own home, nice and cozy. All staff wer very attentive, helpful and polite. In-house tuk tuk transport, driver and knowledgable guide. Recommend to book in advance to go to Angkor Wat temple

Plenty of good restaurants and shopping close by with lovely staff. We'd organised a sunrise tour at Angkor Wat and staff were happy to prepare us a breakfast to take with us as we wouldn't be onsite for breakfast

A lovely large room with separate lounge area. Small kitchenette and washing machine available. Lovely to relax with a cuppa on the small balcony and watch the world go by

Rambutan is a gem of a hotel! We stayed for three nights and enjoyed every minute of it. It’s incredibly tranquil, especially the pool with the beautiful plants and trees around it providing a lush tropical vibe

The design and style of the resort are really cool and relaxing. The pool is wonderful, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious

I was privileged to stay at this beautiful and well-located hotel while in Siem Reap for four nights, the room was very well equipped with everything I needed, room serviced every day, the staff are all very pleasant and accommodating with very good English, complimentary breakfast together with the lunch and dinner menus' just superb

I stayed here for half a month, and I found the bed firmness to be just right for Chinese people – neither too soft nor too hard, which was quite comfortable. The only downside was that the lighting was a bit dim

Great service! The wooden room was quite small but had all the amenities.

The room is comfortable and clean. Hot water and good wifi are available. The front desk is friendly and helpful. However, housekeeping doesn't clean or change linens. They leave fresh towels and water instead.

I stayed one night with my hubby. The room was good, it has bathub, big window to see the city view, and all standard facilities in the room. The restaurant is on the top floor and has the nice view

We lived nearby and came for the pool, which was gorgeous. Secluded from the street and surrounded in palms. Mr Pete the barman, makes an excellent margarita. The other staff were also very attentive and helpful.

You had to quickly wash yourself and turn off the water while you were soaping yourself, otherwise there would be a flood. We were glad that there were robes, lightweight and comfortable

Nice boutique hotel in town. Easy access location neat Wat Bo, spacious room, great hotel service, nice swimming pool and you also can arrange your group party there. Owner are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is not bad, but there are some quirks. The room is very dark, with little light and a small window, making it feel like we were in the dark all the time. The furniture is old, but otherwise okay

we started the tour at 2pm with small tour sunset it was very nice. so I suggest to all tourisms if come to siem reap don't forget to stay here at the Moon Residence & Spa, they'll do everything to meet your expectations

Amazing service with attention to every detail. Brilliant location near the city center only 10minutes walk to up street. The staff in the lobby were exceptionally friendly.

My wife and i were very impressed with the staff and service they were very kind friendly and helpful and assisted us with the luggage to the room during we check in

We been there for our family vocation, our room js face to pool and the room is fine just some point I don’t like are : - People come out and drink in front of our room till 1am - People come to swim pool so early around 5am from swimming - they don’t have mini bar in the room

Location is great just in front of the Otres Beach, easy to access to the beach just cross the street. Bed are comfort to sleep as we booked Family Ocean Suite, with the view of the sea from our balcony

Go to stay location is nearest to the beach. I booked on the app the room which is at the ground floor but when I arrived they choose my room on the 1st and 2nd floor.

Buffet breakfast not good for foreigners, only local food provide and doesn’t have much food in the morning

Once through the trees, the first thing you notice is the beautiful pool with its infinity edge on three sides. The staff were very accommodating

The manager/ owner has good English so is really easy to deal with. - The pool was my favourite on our SE Asia and they also provide pool towels. - Rooms are comfortable and clean

The hotel is about a block off the main road but that just added to the feeling of seclusion, peacefulness, and quiet I felt when I walked through the trees hanging over the entrance

Lovely hotel, nice clean rooms. Staff are amazing especially the ones that work out in that heat Pool is beautiful and so is the beach. The food menu is quite pricey however if your stay includes breakfast it very good

It's quiet, there are no crowds, and the beach feels like it's all yours. The restaurant serves delicious food, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and beautiful. You can rent boats and SUPs for free

Really recommend to come here for your holiday. You can feel of calm, and privacy. You can swim and enjoy sunshine. The room very clean and big spaces and staffs very friendly and helpful

The only downside was that at night, there was some noise coming from a nearby pub, which made it a bit difficult to sleep. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, especially if you don’t mind the nightlife noise

Its a strategic hotel for staying, but it need improvement in some aspect : - The lamp so dim and dont feel comfortable. - Water heater not really working, the water so cold

The hotel was alright, but was only a 3 star at best. The room was hot and the a/c barely did anything, the pool wasn’t working, the hotel felt eary and dull, and the food wasn’t great

This is a big hotel in phnom penh, inexpensive for us because they're have a good service,staff friendly and careful for customer stay here. Swimming also big, they also have a nice breakfast for customer

One More thing, this place is have a big parking under the building, safe for vacation in Cambodia

The location is ideal, being right at the heart of downtown Phnom Penh. Strong wifi coverage and speedy connection, but due to perhaps the limoted space, there are simply too many stairs

Though the handicapped are supported, it leaves one puzzled how they can navigate through those staircases

Poor house keeping had to come back 3 x to finish cleaning room, like make Bed for one did bare minimal for cleaning yesterday. Shower water not hot Luke warm. Breakfast buffet not daily was off menu order on Saturday

Great location, nice rooms, friendly service. Evenings can be a bit noisy (until around midnight) due to music from nearby bars and restaurants, but I didn't find it particularly bothersome.

I like the pool but it doesn't look like the photo. It was a nice hotel good people nice cleaners. As soon as we walked into our room we sighted black mold along the skirting boards and shower curtain.

Went on a weekend bike trip, read the reviews. The reviews are incorrect, received fantastic service, rooms are super clean, great staff and great location for food and drinks

Furnishings are gaudy. Hotel could do with some maintenance. Beds were uncomfortable. Rooms were clean. Walking distance to restaurants. Comfortable for one nights stay before heading elsewhere.

Light outside on the balcony can't be turned off so we had to keep the blinds shut which is a shame as the view from the bed would have been great

They give you free tea and a cold towel every time you return back to the hotel on hot days. They clean the rooms very well and the pool is immaculate. Well trained staff that tries to help and is self aware

The breakfast is plentiful, and you can also order a la carte. The food and drinks are generally delicious. The room is large, has both a shower and bathtub, and has a terrace that opens directly onto the pool

The pool water is a wonderful temperature, and you can spend all day soaking in it. The garden around the pool is beautifully landscaped. The value for money is unbeatable, and I highly recommend this hotel

This is a very pleasant little boutique hotel. The staff is charming, and every time you arrive, you're greeted with wet wipes and iced tea. Upon check-in, you're offered homemade peanuts and a drink

The location is exactly at walking range to anything a tourist will be looking for : monuments, restaurants, markets, night market, river, walkways, nightlife, daylife ! I TOTALLY invite any traveler to step in this lovely hotel !

More than the elevator, the Hotel offers seating at the entrance to enjoy street life and by-passers, the same salon inside the reception to benefit from a quieter and temperature controlled environment

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of a tour and had a great stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was comfortable with good shower. Breakfast was good too, especially the fresh pancakes

I like the hotel, my room was clean, large and with a nice view. AC is working well and the shower and bathroom is large. Breakfast got basic and good stuff. Minus: Only one elevator for 12 floors

I could not rate it better, I stayed in the centre for my first 2 nights, too hectic and no space around the pool, I visited over 10 hotels of a similar criteria and I'm happy I chose this hotel less than 10 minutes ride from the centre

For what it costs I dont think you can expect more. I asked for beans every day and got them. I asked for papaya one day when it wasn't out front and they prepared me some. Eggs are cold sir? We will cook you fresh eggs

Very easily accessible by car, friendly staff, comfortable bed room and a clean bathroom, reasonable price for family trip, the breakfast was very delicious but less than I expected, the pool not big enough but long enough to swim

I saw people of all races at this hotel. I believe it's a great hotel, attracting people from all over the world. The manager and staff are always smiling. The clean surroundings and clean meals were great.

There are many Cambodian food shops that you can enjoy near this hotel. If you want to relax for a moment in the evening , just go downstairs there is a coffee shop and several alcoholic drinks

I had a very nice stay at the premium room. The staff was very nice and welcoming and even helped me resolve a booking error without problem. Room was clean and breakfast was tasty. The area is also good.

The hotel's location is not far from the heart of Phnom Penh. You can see famous Cambodian monuments just by walking, and there are several temples nearby

Stayed there twice and loved the bed but didn't need the bathtub.

The hotel is build in the colonial style excellently located. It had 2 bedrooms one hall and 2 bathrooms excellent for a family of 4 adults. Waiters are very polite and helpful

The masseuse is a small built, polite young lady but she is strong, exactly what you need after a day in Angkor Wat. The pool is clean too, although I didn't get a chance to get in
