Days Inn by Wyndham Vancouver Downtown, Vancouver1 / 16
8.2
Vancouver, 921 West Pender Street (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Get location for someone doing activities around downtown. Room was small. Free breakfast was only muffins and make your own waffles.
Breakfast was really disappointing!!!! No fruit, no protein expect for cold hard boiled eggs. The room was good. Nothing fancy. The hotel overall was quiet and clean Location was great in downtown
Upside: very convenient. Straight metro line from airport. 5 minute walk to Canada place for all travel shuttles. Close to big central mall downtown. sDownside: Breakfast only bread and cereal, so don’t expect too much. No bathroom amenities or slippers. l
While there are fewer amenities, I was travelling with a friend and the hotel gave us a connecting room (two rooms with a shared door). It was clean, and provided enough space and privacy for both of us. It wasn’t luxurious, but it offered good value for the price and met our needs for a short stay.
There was an unexpected incident in our unit, and we had to move out on short notice. I booked this hotel because the location was convenient for me, but I truly believe they deserve a great review. The customer service was outstanding, especially Harpreet. Since I usually work from home, she kindly helped us get a room that allowed me to work comfortably and without interruption. I really appreciated...
Great value for money! We came to visit turkish embassy and it was walking distance away from the hotel. The rooms were clean and breakfast is complimentary. Very good stay overall!

Vancouver, 475 Howe Street (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Absolutely lovely! Professional team and clean room. I didn’t check any of their amenities or facilities. Overall, the room was quite decent.
The service was excellent, and the location is super convenient. There are tons of coffee shops near downtown, and it's just a 3-minute walk to the SkyTrain, making it really easy to get to the airport.
Very good hotel and exeptional staff. Greatly recommend for short and long stay
The entire staff at the Exchange Hotel was courteous, accommodating, and professional during my stay. Jay greeted me at the door with a bright smile, and when I went out later for a walk, he offered me an umbrella to borrow courtesy of the hotel. Later that evening Ivan held the elevator door for me when he saw it closing even though he wasn’t taking the elevator down himself. These kind and attentive...
Very close to everywhere, extremely clean, and the service is top-level. My room was delivered late due to high occupancy, but Daniel from the hotel management helped very kindly. While I was trying to get coffee in the executive lounge, I learned that the person assisting me was actually the hotel’s General Manager. Room cleaning and the amenities were of a very high standard.
We had an amazing stay at EXchange Hotel Vancouver and would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The concierge and front desk staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and attentive in a way that didn’t feel forced. There were always multiple people at the front desk, and everyone seemed happy to help. Small things really stood out like...

Excellent location, lovely spacious apartments which are well equipped. Made the stay so much more comfortable.
The location is super convenient, just 200 meters from the SkyTrain station, so it's a breeze even with luggage. The suite is spacious with a great view. Full marks for everything except the lack of breakfast.
Very good for business! I will strongly recommend this hotel to my friends 💯
View was cool. Room was nice, although there was a broken/ flickering light.
We are family of 4 stayed in Deluxe King Suite with Harbour View, very happy with the location of the hotel. The room is spacious, and they have Nespresso coffee machine and electric kettle but they don’t provide any plates and spoons. We did groceries for breakfast and we needed spoons for yogurt and plates for fruits. There’re cherry blossoms trees and colorful chairs and many birds flying around...

Vancouver, 1348 Robson Street, 3 (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Old building but very clean rooms, great service by staff and amazing location. Very good value. Will come back :)
Stayed with a friend at Barclay Hotel over Valentine's Day weekend and had a great experience. The room was extremely clean (speaking as someone who has stayed in many hotels) and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very helpful and let us store out luggage before and after our stay, which really took some pressure off our trip. It's within walking distance to much of downtown Vancouver and...
was a very good hotel. They even let me leave my luggage before check-in, and the front desk staff were very kind. I stayed alone, but they gave me a three-room, two-bedroom unit. It was too spacious, but I was satisfied
I was disappointed with this hotel. Honestly, it barely deserves 3 stars. I almost gave it 2, but I’ve stayed in worse places. Positives: price was good, location was convenient, and the staff were friendly. The room was fairly clean, the bed linens were fresh, and thankfully there were no bed bugs. Negatives: the room had a strong old smell that was really unpleasant. Noise was terrible - we could...
Big spacious rooms, really affordable, clean, and perfect location between Stanley park and Robson square. We arrived at 10:30am asked if we could drop off bags and the room was already ready 4 and half hours early. Best hotel experience couldn't be better.
It's an old hotel. Involves a very strange set of stairs. The lobby is very bright with tons of marble. Very affordable place to stay. Rooms weren't the cleanest, but definitely not the worst I've seen. Like I said, it's an old hotel, you get what you pay for. Front staff were very kind. Tons of restaurants/shops nearby, and a really cool arcade bar downstairs.

The St. Regis Hotel, Vancouver1 / 20
9.0
Vancouver, 602 Dunsmuir St (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Very comfortable, with attentive service.
This is a boutique hotel. The room isn't huge, but the location is fantastic. It's a four-minute walk from the airport express, and also a four-minute walk to the car rental place. Parking the car at the rental company's spot overnight saved me a whopping $50 for the day! The room itself has real leather wallpaper, which feels luxurious and it's clean and comfortable. You can briefly stop your car...
Enjoyed my stay at The St. Regis Hotel in downtown Vancouver—it’s a charming, historic boutique hotel with some real highlights. The location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of downtown, easy walking to Granville Street, Waterfront Station, Canada Place, Gastown, shopping, restaurants, and public transit. Ideal spot if you’re sightseeing or just want convenience without a car. The complimentary...
Why is it that hotel standards vary so greatly? The St. Regis makes it seem so seamless to provide a high quality experience. From the friendly, efficient and informative front desk greeting, the cleanliness and well maintained state of everything, the comfortable bed to the excellent fresh breakfast served by truly warm and happy ladies , this is an excellent choice and perfectly located in the...
I had a really enjoyable stay at the St. Regis. The front of house staff is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is wonderful and the bed is very comfortable. I appreciated the nespresso machine with three coffee options (light, dark and decaf) provided in the room. I am looking forward to my next stay.
This is an excellent little hotel. Staff are friendly and efficient. Room has everything you could want, including glorious soaker tub and fluffy robes. Occitane products are lovely. Complimentary breakfast is...huge -- and just excellent, and I am fussy about my eggs. Really, I have nothing but high praise.

Immaculate. Housekeeping should be commended. All the front desk staff were professional and extremely helpful. This is an intriguing historical property completely renovated with every modern convenience. I would stay every time I'm in Vancouver.
Love it here at Victorian. Our first time in downtown Vancouver. It’s a boutique hotel but seemed like they recently did some renovations. Everything’s so clean, soundproof was good. We stayed in a king room. Bed was big and spotless. Shower was clean, water was hot with good water pressure. Capsule coffee machine in room and by the elevator on first floor. Free bottle water in room with refill water...
Room was clean and cute. Perfect for one or two if you’re packing light. Central to everywhere I wanted to check out. Walking distance to Chinatown, Gastown, Robson st. I would stay here again.
A gem of a historic hotel in the heart of Gastown. The rooms are clean, and crisp just like the linens. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Th front doors are always locked since it is a downtown location and this is a small is boutique hotel Whig is the beta description for it. There is a lot of history to the existing two buildings which have been renovated and modernized while still retaining...
Beautifully updated hotel with friendly staff. Off the beaten path but just a block or two from everything. Just a short walk or ride share.
Staff was courteous and room was clean. There’s also available plates/cutleries and umbrella for guests to borrow during stay.

10 years ago i stay in patricia hotel and i really enjoyed it look so classic in the heart of downtown it was very affordable price .lot of dry fruits chinease shops there and on hasting street lot of drug eddicts but they don't bauther you miss this hotel
It’s a pretty descent place for the money. There’s paid parking next to the building (roughly 10 bucks per night I think). My room had a big window so there was flawless air circulation the whole night. The bed was also great and I also had a great view! Cons - the neighborhood is not the best, also the building is old so, old vibes all the way.
Another update on this hotel. Once when I was staying there, I came down to the library section and noticed an ambulance and a doctors car parked outside. Later heard that a young guy had taken his own life in one of the rooms, 3rd floor I think. The cleaning staff new me quite well and one of them told me she was the one who found him as she entered his room for housekeeping. Sad. Aside of that, I...
Some of the staff are addicts themselves so they fit right in with the rest of the place lol The place is very old yet has maintained it's integrity to an extent. Special privileges are given to select individuals so it is beneficial to some guests that have become regular fixtures
Tjis hotel has been turned into an S.R.O ( Single Room Occupancy) by B.C Housing.
Small hotel on E.Hastings str which lead you through Chinatown to Downtown. The rooms are small old moderated but clean. Lobby is small but symphatic. The breakfast is served in the pub, regular nothing special. But in the evening there is a interesting coutry music or jazz

Overall, it's pretty good, on par with a Hanting Hotel in China.
This is our second visit to the hotel with our athletic team. We book a large block of rooms and they are always clean and ready for us. The staff are always helpful and kind, from the time of booking, to responding to inquires or on check-out. For the price, this is a great place to stay.
We stayed 3 nights at the North Vancouver Hotel. We were originally given a room close to the busy road but asked to be moved further away to cut down on the traffic noise. Our first night was horrible. On one side of us there was a chain-smoker smoking directly beside our room. On the other side of us there were two people smoking marijuana right outside our door. We called the front desk who addressed...
My favourite go to in North Vancouver whenever I need a quick shelter. Most of the rooms are clean and newly renovated, breakfast has a good selection and there’s an ample parking spaces. I will surely comeback.
A typical motel, but very clean. The service staff came every day to make the beds and take out the trash, they were very dedicated. The room also had a microwave, which was very convenient. The breakfast was really good, with a wide variety of delicious and hygienic options. One lady working there was particularly kind and friendly – she's both beautiful and has a wonderful attitude! I really love...
It is an Ok hotel for the price. One should not expect much. It is located in Vancouver suburb, I booked it only because was planing to head to Whistler early morning. Unless you need access to something in North Vancouver, like Cypress mountain, it is in the middle of nowhere. The hotel is motel style, so the entrance to the room is from the street. The rooms are basic and a bit outdated but large...

Cassandra hotel was great and clean. The hotel receptionist name Handra was so nice, amazing, friendly and helpful. I want to thank her.
The front desk attendent Handra was amazing! We could tell she cared about our comfort and her kindness made our weekend much better.
Front desk was lovely and courteous. Room was very clean and housekeeping was great. Will stay here again!
I had a great stay at the Cassandra Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived, and check-in was quick and easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day.
Handra checked us in. She was friendly and informative. She helped with unloading and taking our luggage up to our room. She was very knowledgeable about the Hotel and takes pride in her position. Our room was both spacious and clean. We will be recommending the Cassandra Hotel to both family and friends visiting Vancouver.
From calling for inquiry until we checked in at Cassandra Hotel was Fantastic! The front Desk named Handra is very accommodating. I would recommend staying here if u are in Vancouver next time. It is literally steps away from Stanley park. We had a suite that sleeps 5 people and the price was very reasonable . Thank you English Bay hotel!
Conveniently located in the city center
I've stayed here several times and it's always been great. It's quirky, quite vintage, but for the price it's the best in the area. Views over English Bay, always quiet despite being in the heart of everything there, very helpful staff and secure, gated parking with 24hr access. It is slightly dated, especially with the ovens supplied, however everything always worked and - again - for the price I...
This hotel has a good location, close to the beach and Stanley Park. However, the hotel and facilities are a bit old, and the room cleanliness is just average. Although Ctrip showed parking was available, they said there wasn't. Later, a Cantonese-speaking person said there was, in the underground parking garage, for 50 Canadian dollars for two days. I will not choose this hotel again.
BEST LOCATION EVER! Super friendly staff, huge spacious room with a kitchen. Great lay out, clean, free coffees and the best view of the sea!
The staff is friendly and informative, the place is clean. It’s a bit on the older side but it’s in a safe part of town, right by the beach, Stanley Park, all amenities at your doorstep and the room was huge!! We had a kitchenette which saved us loads of money, the beds are comfy and it is clean. All for a relatively affordable price. Staying at the Hostel up the road was the same price minus the...

The sink in the room was a bit old, and the faucet was a little quirky, but I guess that's part of the hotel's unique character. It's really well-managed and orderly; there's no noise in the hallways or guest rooms. Even the shared bathrooms are spotless. What I really didn't like was the credit card deposit, just like five-star hotels. Why do budget hotels do this? It quickly maxes out my card!
Spotless, very comfortable stay and excellent value
The room and bed is too small. The equipment in room is very limited. No kettle or bottled water 🙈🙈
i really enjoyed my stay at the Kingston Hotel! i stayed in the single bed, shared bathroom room and it was perfect. perhaps it was the time of year (end of Jan), but there weren’t a lot of people staying on my floor and the bathroom was accessible every single time. it was also incredibly clean. i can imagine in the busier months it wouldn’t be as accessible every time or as quiet. the price was unbeatable...
I was able to relax in a quiet room.
Highly recommend!! For the location and price, amazing. the shared floor bathrooms were no problem. Not once did i have to wait, males have a shared and females have their own as well. Quiet rooms, small but cute and perfect for a weekend stay like we were. Helpful and nice front desk! Would return to!

I booked for a king bed, I was given with a queen bed.
Our room was quite clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff are super nice and welcoming. The external buildings are really close to the street and thus loud at certain times of the day. However, we switched rooms to the internal building (the rooms right beside the lobby), and it was perfectly quiet. I thus recommend checking with the hotel whether these rooms are available...
Great location with good hiking trails and scenery. Clean and convinient
This is one of my "what you see is what you get" reviews If this is a quick overnight stay, it is basically satisfactory. Ours was a 4 day stay and the quality was uneven at best. I do wish I could have enjoyed tge courtyard more, but the weather...
Price point for the room was great staff was wonderful garden and decorations were so adorable! They named the potted plants inside I mean come on You can't get much better than this. A fantastic hotel suite on the 11th floor. I use the full kitchen to make a lovely BC salmon dinner. I’m looking forward to using the rest of the amenities in my 750 square-foot , one bedroom suite
We only stay here for night for New Year’s eve, great thing is that it cllose to shops and restaurants, you will get what you paid for, the room was big and having a great view but building were too old and having a smell, this hotel needs to be upgraded a bit. But for 1 night stay not bad for us.
Room is large and good value, easy parking. Downside- you get what you pay for, building and carpets have a musty smell you have to air out on arrival.

Good place to spend the night. We lost our ferry and this place was the only available spot on a busy Vancouver night (hockey-rugby-comedian). You get what you pay for, it definitely has amazing value for the location, but it was run down and there was hair and stains on the sheets when we arrived. The check in was very slow and confusing, but they were training a new person, so I wouldn't fault them for that. But the key card did stop working on the second day and we had to get a new one.
