The bedding was quite poor, especially the duvet. It only had a single sheet as a barrier, so after just two turns in bed, the sheet would come off the duvet! Plus, the sheet was very stiff, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

Great stay, great location attached to the PATH. Pool was nice for a family swim, with the cold weather this was a fantastic amenity.

It's Hilton. As expected. Great location with nearby amenities. Beautiful view from the rooms. No water for the coffee machine though. Pic is of the CN Tower as viewed from the room. Would have stayed longer but it's too cold now for me in Canada, so will return in the Spring. Highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel with friendly and helpful staff, clean and tidy and excellent location.
This hotel added to our experience in Toronto and we will definitely stay here again when we return.

Love the heated pool and gym. Super clean, staff was great, close to the RC. But the best thing was the super comfy bed. I don’t think I’ve ever slept so well at a hotel before.

The hotel is in a very good location and the room is clean, but the computer in the room cannot connect to the Internet. After two days of treatment by multiple people, the problem has not been solved.

Location was perfect.  staff at the reception were okay, a bit cold.  Happy with the room that offered view of the Toronto CN Tower.

Hard to go wrong with fresh fries, chunky cheese curds, and hot gravy. There's so much variety on how to top your poutine, you'll find yourself returning to try new ones. Love that they offer Sriracha sauce as an DIY add-on as needed, please keep it up guys!

I'm a regular customer at this location (Adelaide). I've praised this establishment for years and recommended it to friends and colleagues. However, a few hours ago I ordered the Slaughterhouse with extra curds off of the secret menu. Sadly, the cashier over charged me (I paid 24 dollars in total). I don't normally take notice of the price but I know it's usually closer to 20 dollars. She seemed unsure of what she was doing as she tallied up the total. I asked her if she was mistaken, she assured me I was wrong because it was "wow sized". My GF told me to "let it go" because it was only a couple dollars, so I didn't make a scene.
I don't expect the staff to work their asses off, it's a minimum wage job. However, I do expect my food to be prepared properly. And for the cashiers to give me my proper change.
For the most part, my experience at this location has been positive. The staff are usually quite jovial and they try to have fun while working. Unfortunately, some of the newer staff don't seem to care.

The customer service was great. The place has more if a fast food vibe to it. We had the large Traditional poutine, which was gigantic and very tasty!

We didn't have an experience like some mentioned here. There was one guy working, and he did awesome with a small rush. We waited maybe 5 minutes for our order, and it tasted great. This was the first meal we had when we got to town and it was a great choice. Everything was cooked properly and the atmosphere was nice with good music.

Pretty solid poutine! Doesn't beat Montreal poutine, but if you crave the carbs and grease you can't go wrong here.

Very nice food but just increased prices by 50%, not really any vegetarian options other than edamame. Service starts good but the waiters often avoid eye contact once food is served.

Good sushi. Japanese owner and chefs. The rice wasn't great which we addressed with the owner who was very apologetic. It wasn't bad, just could have been softer. The quality of the fish was good overall. We've been there twice during our 3 day visit to Toronto .

The only reason I didn't give Yuzu 5 Star rating was due to the Manager they employ. She was so rude & condescending to all the staff & I could hear her berating them too. Why & how she is Manager of such a lovely place with such exceptional, hard working staff is beyond me? She looks like she's constantly in a bad mood & a dark cloud following her. The service was truly great, the food was excellent & the decor is simple but elegant. Very comfortable place to take family or a date too. Again, the experience was exceptional, with the exception of the Manager on duty. She does not deserve to be a Manager anywhere tbh! If she's there the next time I visit, I'm leaving & taking my business elsewhere!

Service was top notch and food was perfect! Good quality fish and presentation was on point. We made a change to an order that was brought out and server was very accommodating and eagerly took away one of the dishes and replaced it with changes. I highly recommend this place.

$3 drinks... what more could you want. Long lines if you get there after 8pm on Wednesday or Friday but otherwise a nice spot to go. Great area upstairs during the summer as well.

Like the star rated, its an okay place. Went on a saturday night around 10pm and it was packed. It more of a dining than an actual club for me. Upstairs was a small disco section that was dead as a door knob. Not sure if its because of the winter but nothing exciting was happening for me.

I'm in my mid 20s so this is kind of not my age group. All of my older single friends (age 30-40) love this place. I had fun but again not for the early-mid 20s age group. Good music

Only served bottled beer. At first I found it odd but once the night got rolling I could understand why. The bartender downstairs was not the greatest but the bartender upstairs made it known he appreciated the tip I left. Service was prompt and polite. Shot a few games of pool and decided it was time to hit the club people right behind us politely asked if they could use our table. It was originally missing a ball but that was fixed quickly. Had lots of fun.

One of those places you can meet a friend, drink and people watch. A little too dirty for my liking, but others were having lots of fun.

This place is reasonably priced and has pretty good fare for the prices. The food was above acceptable but its not super fancy. This is a pub and you get pub food. Steak and frites was $20 and actually surprisingly yummy. Also they serve Donair! ? Our waitress was absolutely lovely and made the experience great. I bet most people come here for a pint but the food is is a win too!

LOVE coming here for tuesday night trivia. get there a little early to take advantage of the social hour drink specials before 7 - best deal in the entertainment district. plus MASHA is a super charming host. always a good time!!

If you are looking for good food, don't stop here. Two of us ordered their prime rib special, which the waitress told us the chef said was cooked to medium/medium rare however, when we received our plates it was so overcooked we could barely cut it. My wife ordered the pork tacos which she said were mediocre at best. The saving grace was that the craft beer was on special but then they had run out of 3 of the 6 beers they had on tap...and this was on a Saturday night. Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive but didn't seem that concerned that we were not happy with our meals.

Over the past month Grace O'Malley's has been a frequent spot for my friends and I. Adam Scott is always working which makes our experience that much better. He's super friendly, very personable and a great bartender. I definitely recommend this spot for a night out - especially if he is working!
