Reviews
One thing to mention is the access to the tub/shower. Access is via a sliding door...and although I am not handicapped (my mobility is restricted due to hip arthritis and was extremely tough to enter/exit the shower. This could be an anomaly because my stay was booked through my corporation who didnt know about my issue.
Staff was great on arrival (early) and departure assisting me with a wheelchair and helping me down the front steps in the rain. Doorman assisted me and ensured I was safely in the Uber.
Front desk staff was also helpful upon check-in making sure I was comfortable in a wheelchair until my room was ready...we went for breakfast and it was set up in an hour. So helpful.
There is a Nespresso machine in the room and a kettle for tea drinkers. Breakfast buffet was amazing, and they offer a la carte option as well. Gym and sauna are available to guests.
The hotel is located minutes away from Rue Ste-Catherine, the old town and Gare Centrale.
Overall, great experience.
Highly recommend for your next trip to Montreal!

Service was just as bad. It was a slow night (only 7 of us seated at the bar) when the Habs weren't playing, and I still couldn't get the bartender's attention. After giving up on the cheeseburger, I couldn't get her to bring me my bill until I got up and started to walk out - that finally got her attention. I wasn't waiting just a short time, either - I was holding my credit card and trying to get my bill the last 7 minutes of the Buffalo-Edmonton game.
I get that it's a Canadiens bar, and 20 years in California means my French is now terrible, but the staff should be able to find time to take care of everyone when it's that slow. And there's no excuse for the "quality" of food they were putting out tonight.
I flew in today, and am meeting up with friends tomorrow to go to the game. They asked me to find a place for the 6 of us to go beforehand. La Cage has far and away the best location for that, but there's still no way I'll ever be back.
