good and attentive service by 萱萱, good clothes washing service as well, but room maintenance is not the best and shows it ages

Room was clean and spacious. Staff provided bottle water daily. Location of the hotel is connected to a mall, however, to get to the main entrance of the hotel you need to go through a small street with many bikes, cars, and packages in the way.

Highly recommend this place to everyone! The location is super convenient, making it easy to get around. The room was exceptionally clean, and all the facilities worked perfectly. Xuanxuan was also incredibly warm and helpful.

Room was clean and spacious. Air conditioning was strong and cooling with added humidifier and standing fan.
Checkin staff 贝贝was extremely friendly and engaging. Often checked on our stay satisfaction.
Concierge staff guys (sorry I forgot their names) were also very helpful. They helped to book for all our tour tickets.
Location is extremely good with connecting malls next door.

Excellent location. Stayed in Family room. 雪儿 at Front desk was most helpful and acceeded to our requests for daily amenities. Hotel has free washing machine and dryer services. Free delivery of washed and dried clothings to room. Clothes neatly folded as well.

For our stay in Beijing we did choose the Le Joy Hotel and it was a key ingredient to make the trip fantastic.
The Hotel is perfectly located to visit Beijing's most important attractions. The nearby Xidan station gives access to lines 1 and 4, providing an easy way to reach Tien'anmen, the Forbidden City, the Temple of Heaven, the Summer Palace as well as walking street areas such as as TQuianmen, Dashilan, Wangfujing and Shishahai.
Our room was spacious, perfectly clean and comfortable. We often have problems with hotel beds but not in this case and at the end of our daily long walks we enjoyed a very good rest.
The restaurant offers an outstanding breakfast with a large buffet with a variety of food and drinks, all of excellent quality.
Last but not least, the personnel was very friendly and helpful, supporting us in bookings and providing us with information. In particular Xuanxuan/Candice supported us also through WeChat all along our stay.
I strongly recommend Le Joy Hotel for a trip to Beijing!

The hotel's location near Xidan subway station is excellent, not far from Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, making getting around very convenient. Liu Ran at the front desk provided great service and upgraded us to a room with a view.

Late check-out until 2 PM (subject to availability) was a lifesaver; we just needed an extra half hour, and the front desk swiped the card for us, which was super convenient~

Booked the Grand Joy Hotel for 4 nights for a family trip to Beijing with my child. The day before check-in, the concierge contacted me and added me on WeChat. Her service was incredibly warm and thoughtful; she arranged the room in advance and even placed extra bottled water. She also sent us the hotel's location when we took a taxi, which was very considerate! The family room at the hotel is spacious, clean, and tidy. The bedding is comfortable, and the linens are soft! The transportation is also convenient!

I had a very satisfying stay! Front office manager 'Xiao Shen' contacted me in advance to confirm my booking and even upgraded my room. Upon arrival, drinks were already prepared, which was a really thoughtful touch. The hotel's location is super convenient, directly opposite Xidan Gengxin Plaza, which I highly recommend to all my 'WMLS' (fans/followers)! Public transportation and the subway are easily accessible. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in town.

The hotel is located in the centre of Beijing a busy commercial area sorrounded by shopping malls and office buildings. The rooms are modernised, beautifully decorated. Services are warm and friendly and very timely. The only criticism is the lifts which were a bit too busy.
