The hotel is right across from Beijing Railway Station, so the location is excellent. The interior is also very new; I was worried it might be old-fashioned based on some reviews, but it wasn't at all. The front desk service was great too. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Beijing.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is superb; you can see it right from Beijing Railway Station, and the surrounding area is lively and convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was so soft and comfy – I slept like a log. The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to help. Plus, we got a free upgrade to a suite! I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to the metro station, with a supermarket right next door. The service is top-notch across the board, from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant. It's a long-standing four-star hotel with a significant international guest base, often outnumbering local guests. Facilities include a gym and tennis courts. A special mention goes to the breakfast restaurant: it's cozy, offers a wide variety of dishes, and the service is prompt. I'd like to commend Li Jinhong in particular; though young, his meticulous and attentive work left a strong impression.

I chose this hotel because it was close to where I had business to attend to. I was in a rush and didn't really get to check out the facilities. What left the biggest impression on me was the breakfast environment – it felt really chic and sophisticated, almost like being in a shopping mall.

Appreciate the birthday cake and the birthday wishes from the hotel manager and staff. My wife enjoyed it very much. The breakfast is superb. The location is strategic, just next to Beijing station.

The hotel is impeccable and staffs were friendly. I was able to check-in right away although I arrived at around 915 am. The reception and many other staffs speaks good English.
The room was just nice and warm (in winter) with all amenities provided. Bed and pillows were comfortable, enough power plugs next to the bed for my gadgets and my room was facing the courtyard which incidentally serves as the Breakfast area.
Breakfast was excellent with many choices, typical of western style hotels most people outside China are used to.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right by the subway entrance and directly opposite Beijing Railway Station, making travel incredibly convenient! The rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is excellent. The red horse in the lobby really brought in the Year of the Horse vibe, wishing everyone prosperity and instant success! 😄

Wonderful hospitality and good service at the counter, front door and Riviera Cafeteria. Special thanks to the trainee Miss Wang (王奧冉）whose gentle and friendly service to elderly in the cafeteria during breakfast shift. Appreciation for Nina and rest of the counter staff who help to upgrade the room and keep all passengers warm in the cold winter in BeiJing. Just a note that the wall sockets are too few in the room to satisfy all the electricity needs mobile phones, laptops and iPads consumption in modern days. Please take a consideration to get rooms renovated with the needs.

I would highly recommend this hotel for English speaking travelers. Communication at the hotel is easy . The rooms were very comfortable with all the room amenities. Location was great and not far from the shopping areas . Bfast was great with Asian and western options . Quality of food was great . Gym facilities was great. The Chinese resturant at the hotel was fabulous. Food was great and fairly priced . I would definitely return to this hotel. It also has a roof top tennis court but it was too cold in Jan to use it.
