Staffs are very professional, helpful and kind. Cleo yang and Paul Yu helped my girlfriend’s sunglasses which lost at restaurant in sanlitun. Thank you 🙏🏻.
Facilities: The pool is fantastic; swimming in the outdoor pool during summer was wonderful.
Service: I forgot to return the pool key after using it. The customer service reminded me and then personally came to pick it up, which was very thoughtful.
