The Presidential Beijing in Beijing

My family was hospitalized at the neighboring Fuwai Hospital, and we stayed there for three days. The hotel service was truly exceptional!
First, Xiaoyu, the front desk clerk, was incredibly kind and helpful. She helped us plan our check-in and reservation process based on our needs. Not only did she save us a lot of money, but we also got a larger and better room.
Second, the concierge was incredibly helpful. I had ordered a bunch of packages in advance, and I thought I'd have to find the order numbers individually. The concierge sorted them all out and delivered them to me right after I checked in.
Third, the hotel also offers wheelchair rentals—free for the first hour, and NT$50 per day for more than an hour. We borrowed a wheelchair to pick my family up after they were discharged, which was very convenient.
Finally, because we needed to keep our medication cold, we asked for ice in the restaurant. The waiter was incredibly considerate. After asking what we needed it for, she even brought us some crushed ice and then stored it in a bottle.
When I asked the front desk about various things, Xiaoyu said, "We can accommodate all your needs." My mom was so touched.
On one downside, the hotel facilities are a bit dated. Renovations have been underway since May, and I hope to stay in the new rooms next time.

This time I brought my mother to Fuwai Hospital for a physical examination. I stayed there for more than ten days and the overall feeling was great!!! The hotel facilities are very good, clean and sanitary, the front desk and room service are polite and warm, very friendly, and feel like home.

It is very close to Fuwai Hospital and 10 minutes from the subway station. The service is very good.

Large, clean room, very comfortable and at a reasonable price. The hotel is old, but still well-maintained.
Good location with lots of local restaurants and easy access to the city center by taxi (I did not try public transport so cannot comment on that). 2 complimentary water bottles per day.
Staff spoke English and was friendly.
They also offer money exchange at reception.
There was no hair conditioner (I knew this from the hotel description).
The shower tap would leak and I could not/did not know how to properly close it.
What I did not like about the room was that there was no ventilation and the room always smelled of cigarettes, even though it was a non-smoking room.
Overall, good experience.

The free upgrade was great! I complained about the noise and was upgraded to a suite. Thank you so much!

This is my second time staying here. It is very close to Fuwai Hospital, just next door, which makes it very convenient to see a doctor and stay here. However, the facilities are a bit old, and I hope they can be more modern. The location is also OK if you want to go out for fun. Overall, it is good.
