The room was very clean. Mona at the front desk was incredibly warm and attentive, thoroughly explaining all the facilities. The breakfast was also good. It's definitely worth another visit.

The room is excellent, clean, comfortable, and the environment is great. I've stayed here many times and will definitely be back. I'm very satisfied! The service is good, and the transportation is convenient. I slept very well! It's super convenient!

I booked your Mother's Day package for my parents, and the overall experience was outstanding. I'd like to extend my sincere thanks to Eric, the Concierge Supervisor, the front desk team (Mia, Jia, and another unnamed front desk lady), and all the staff at the Long Street Buffet Restaurant.

As I couldn't accompany my parents during their stay, many details required the hotel's assistance. Supervisor Eric proactively contacted me before check-in, patiently understood my needs, helped prepare a fruit platter and a welcome card, and even delivered the flower bouquet I ordered to the room on the day of check-in, sending me videos and photos to confirm the details. From my parents' arrival to their departure, he maintained precise communication with me throughout, demonstrating professionalism and meticulousness, which reassured me even from afar.

The front desk team also performed exceptionally. Mia and Jia patiently explained member benefits over the phone, proactively helped connect me to the concierge, and thoughtfully sent a text message to confirm information. The other unnamed front desk lady efficiently helped me connect with the Long Street Restaurant, providing warm and attentive service.

The staff at the Long Street Buffet Restaurant were also very professional. They promptly completed the Mother's Day package booking and confirmed assistance for my parents to participate in the flower pastry and lacquered fan making experiences. The next day, due to my oversight, I didn't send the discount vouchers to my parents in time. However, the restaurant staff did not inconvenience them but, based on my previous communication, smoothly arranged their dining and departure, and as promised, assisted them with the handicraft experience. Their service was considerate and thoughtful.

Thank you to all the staff at your hotel for your professionalism, patience, and warmth, which made for a warm and unforgettable Mother's Day experience for my parents and me.

Traveling during the May Day holiday, I was pleasantly surprised to get a free upgrade to a top-floor executive room. The environment and hygiene were excellent, and it was super convenient to get around. The only minor drawback was having to pick up food deliveries from the takeout locker on the first floor, but thankfully it's inside the hotel lobby.

The service from the guest rooms and concierge was excellent, while the front desk was a bit ordinary; they could be more enthusiastic and proactive. The birthday decorations were a thoughtful touch. Room maintenance and cleanliness were also good, and the view was nice. Definitely worth recommending.

The hotel was pretty good. The breakfast was nice, and the rooms didn't feel old at all. The food was also great, everything looked appealing. The location was very convenient too. Overall, it was excellent, and I'll definitely be back next time, haha!

My only complaint is about the hotel's financial process. The pre-authorization took until the next day to be refunded, and I haven't encountered a hotel this slow in a long time; other Crowne Plazas definitely aren't like this. Everything else was great, especially the breakfast. The wonton and noodle stations were particularly good, with delicious food and friendly chefs.

The hotel was very clean, and the front desk staff had a great attitude. The facilities were excellent. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Traveled with my family and kids over the weekend and stayed at the Crowne Plaza Beijing Sun Palace. A big thank you to Bean at the front desk for her warm service. She not only upgraded us to a higher floor king room but also prepared amenities for our child, which was very thoughtful. The room was spacious, and it even had a bathtub, which my family loved. We'll definitely be back next time.

Service: Huge thanks to concierge Lang Ying'ao! My takeout order was mistakenly taken by another guest. After I inquired at the concierge desk, Mr. Lang Ying'ao enthusiastically offered to help me check the surveillance footage. He eventually located the guest who took my order and helped facilitate a resolution. He provided smiling service throughout and had a wonderful attitude. It's truly heartwarming to experience such service at a hotel in Beijing.

Even though the hotel has been open for a while, the facilities are well-maintained, and the pool was a pleasant surprise – it's huge!

The bed was also incredibly big, felt like it was more than 1.8m, hahaha.
