The room is spacious and extremely comfortable. I do not mind taking a taxi into the city if it means getting such a large room.
However, the gym, steam room, and swimming pool seem to be managed by an outside operator rather than directly by the hotel, so that part may not be as good.
That said, the room itself is really nice. It also has a washer-dryer, and the kitchen area is fully equipped, so it is very convenient to order delivery and enjoy a meal in the room.

房间非常大，住起来特别舒服。为了换到这么大的房间，我觉得坐出租车进市区也完全值得。
不过，健身房、蒸汽房和游泳池看起来像是由外部机构运营的，不是酒店直接管理的，所以体验可能没有那么好。
但房间本身真的很不错，还有洗烘一体机，厨房区域的设备也很齐全，点外卖回房间吃非常方便。

部屋はとても広くて、すごく快適でした。これだけ広い部屋に泊まれるなら、市内までタクシーで移動するのも十分ありだと思います。
ただ、ジム、スチームルーム、プールはホテル直営ではなく、外部が運営しているように見えたので、そこはあまり良いとは言えないかもしれません。
でも、部屋自体は本当に良かったです。洗濯乾燥機もありますし、キッチン設備もそろっているので、デリバリーを頼んで部屋でゆっくり食事するのにもとても便利でした。

Overwhelmedand humbled with the service we received by all staff, the restaurant chef, cooks and waiters were all to friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection, cereals and fruit, hot meals stews, steamed vegetables, bacon & eggs and steamed pork buns, soups, cheeses n cold meats and so much more to please all.
Our room service was always cleaned every day to a high standard and always returned back to our room after long day tours, as if it were like the first time we entered, clean and tidy! The bath was an absolute treat. after walking all day with aches & pains. The cleaning staff we so good at there job, we didn't even see them, I would like to say thank you.
I especially want to give a massive shout out to the front desk staff and security, who went over and above to help and support us on our journey and the kindness we received was and will be forever remembered. I highly reccomend this place for all travelers who are looking for a relaxed, peaceful and friendly hospitality service. Thank you all so much for a wonderful, heartfelt experience.

The location is fantastic, only a 20-minute ride to Beijing South Railway Station, which is super convenient for business travelers. I used my Trip.com points to get breakfast, and the spread was great, especially the made-to-order omelets.

I usually struggle to feel comfortable in hotels because I’m very much a “homey” person, but this place truly made me feel at home. The first thing that hits you is the size – the square meters are crazy. I’ve never stayed in such a huge apartment before, and it has a real wow-effect.

The apartment has absolutely everything – dishwasher, plates, knives, bottle opener, you name it. I also really liked the shampoos and conditioners, which are much better quality than what you usually find in hotels. The bathroom is spacious, the design is lovely, and everything feels high quality – from the washing machine down to the shower gel.

The swimming pool and breakfast were also very enjoyable.

That said, there were a couple of downsides. The place is so big that the cleaning isn’t always perfect – we noticed some signs of missed cleaning, and unfortunately we even saw a cockroach in the kitchen. I also noticed that the kitchen staff didn’t wear hats or hair restraints, which was a bit off-putting.

Location-wise, it’s far from tourist attractions and the subway – it took us about 40 minutes by taxi to get to the Forbidden City.

Still, despite these issues, this is a wonderful place to stay. I fell in love with the Ascott chain and would definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended!

The stay was fantastic! The overall environment was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were comprehensive, making for a very relaxing stay. A special shout-out to Bonnie, who was incredibly warm and attentive. She patiently answered all our questions and was very efficient, making sure everything was perfectly arranged throughout our stay. It really made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The hotel and room size are both super large. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the rooms are cleaned to a high standard. There are supermarkets, restaurants, fast food outlets, and everything else you could need nearby, so you don't have to go far.

Excellent stay! Lucas provided great service, and they even have robots to deliver takeout directly to your room. Being close to supermarkets and having convenient delivery options for local shops was a huge plus. The gym and pool downstairs are quite spacious and meet all my needs. Highly recommend!

Lucas was great! His service was incredibly enthusiastic, check-in was fast and efficient, and communication was smooth and clear. A fantastic experience overall!
